Ch. 88 — You're Not My Daughter.

“What do you mean, Xu Huang! Don't you want to accuse my daughter of a no-no. If you cannot give me a reasonable explanation, then I will also declare war with the Xu Clan,” exclaimed the Demon King staring intently at Demon King Xu.

The heavy blow to the defiance Fu Rong had committed seemed to have had a huge impact on Demon King Fu's emotions. Therefore, he could not think long and would immediately declare war on anyone who dared offend him.

“I'm not a demon who likes to say nonsense! Therefore, I always have a very reason in every word.”

Demon King Xu again showed the image stored inside his Devil eye artifact.

The incident shown by the Devil's eye artifact this time was the one where Fu Rong created a protective field within the dimensional portal.

Demon King Fu again exclaimed to Demon King Xu. This time, he had even prepared to smash his fist if the events shown by the Devil's eye artifact were still convoluted.

Before Fu Rong managed to refine an immortality gemstone artifact, in fact the Demon Lords had used all sorts of means to refine the artifact so that they could all utilize the devastating power stored within it. However, all the efforts made by the Demon Lords never came to fruition.

They immediately set their eyes on Fu Rong who was currently standing in the middle of the altar and also witnessed all the events shown by the Devil's eye artifact.

“Daughter, what does that Devil's eye artifact show you is true?” asked Demon King Fu with a bitter look.

Demon King Fu's wish for Fu Rong to become his successor after his abdication seemed to have collapsed in an instant.

“There's nothing more I can deny. Yep! All events shown by the Devil's eye artifact are true.”

Fu Rong finally took out the immortality gemstone artifact from within his soul world and instantly dispersed the layer of demonic air that covered the surface of his skin with the power of that artifact.

With the disappearance of the demon air poison, the color of Fu Rong's skin became brighter without stains like a god who was enveloped with a holy light. However, none of them could see Fu Rong's face because Fu Rong was still covering his face with a veil.

“You really disappointed all the Devil Nations!” exclaimed Demon King Fu expressing his disappointment.

“I used to remind you never to lift a child from a goddess. But, you ignored my warning.”

“Any living being can never forget its origin. A goddess is always looking for a way to return to being a goddess even though you have used your powers to turn her into a demon and give her unlimited affection.”

“If you would have listened to our warning at that time, then the Devil nation would definitely not have received a loss of this magnitude.”

All the Demon Lords who were near Demon King Fu were unceasingly blaming the decisions Demon King Fu had taken in the past.

As the Demon Lords were busy blaming Demon King Fu, Fu Rong's face looked even more saddened when he heard the words thrown from the mouths of each Demon King.

“Dad, is what they say true? Am I not your real daughter?” Fu Rong who was supposed to have an ice-cold personality, started to shed tears upon hearing this bitter reality.
