Ch. 20 — Impossible.

“Accurate once. The Gemstone of Life is the key to the Yin Yang Seal. There is absolutely no secret about eternity. Everything about immortality was just Li Ting and Dao Gi's boo to fight over the thing. However, the heirloom has a very strong life that is able to show the healing process is so amazing.”

The soul that Xiao Zhao left behind explained about the Gemstone of Life to Heilong in detail without any cover-up including the special power that the stone has which turned out to be only limited to speeding up the healing process, not eternity.

Heilong finally also had another picture of the great battle between Gods and Demons for the sake of fighting over the Gemstone of Life. And, the true cause of that great war turned out to be far different from what Li Ting had told her. In other words, the great war was taking place due to the ambitions of each Great Realm leader.

“The god that I thought was so wise and always kept the peace of the entire God Realm turned out to be so cunning and selfish. To fulfill his selfishness alone he had even sacrificed the peace of the God Realm, this was no different from what the Devil Nation often did!”

Heilong looked very angry. Clenching his hands, he several times cursed Li Ting from this place. He also never expected that Li Ting had also played himself like a chess piece.

If he hadn't met a soul left behind by ancestor Xiao Zhao, then he would have been caught up in Li Ting's plan and been in the Underworld to steal the Gemstone of Life. That way, then his safety would never be assured as he would continue to be hunted by the Seven Demon Lords and all the inhabitants of the Demon Realm.

As for Li Ting who was the brain of all these rotten plans, it would definitely immediately break the seal of Yin Yang and escape to the higher realms after obtaining the Life Gemstone from him.

A soul belonging to Xiao Zhao only chuckled when he saw Heilong drowning in anger. “There's no point in you being angry like that because anger doesn't change anything. Blame yourself for why you are so much weaker than Li Ting that you must be willing to take orders from him.”

Heilong was like being struck by lightning after hearing the ridicule of a strand of ancestor Xiao Zhao's soul. For what a soul says is true! If he is stronger and at the top of this world, then he can rule over anyone because it is a law of nature that has existed since this world was formed.

'Who is strong then he is the ruler of the world and all that is under his feet are chess pieces.”

“True once! There is only one way to avenge this heartache that I must become stronger than all the Gods that exist in the God Realm even I must be stronger than all the Gods that have ever appeared in this earth face.”

“Huge ambition! You are fit to be my descendant. Do you want to be stronger than anyone?”

“True!” without hesitation, Heilong nodded his head upon hearing the offer of that soul. It would be good to think that the soul of ancestor Xiao Zhao who was a veteran in the cultivation world was willing to help him to increase his strength.

“However, such a thing would not be possible because the strongest in this Universe is the Creator. You can become stronger than anyone ever created by the Creator but it is impossible for you to surpass the Creator,” scolds a soul remembering Heilong so that his ambitious thinking does not lead him to the path of the devil.

Again Heilong received a loud slap in his mind when he heard the words of the soul of ancestor Xiao Zhao. How could he forget that no one in the Universe could rival the power and majesty that the Creator possessed. In fact, even Gods and Demons that are considered the most powerful creatures on earth are just an ant in front of the Creator.

“Alright, Provided I can defeat Li Ting and protect this World from all sorts of dangers that arise then it will be enough for me.” Heilong spoke in a slightly lower tone. He was afraid of being mispronounced again and severely reprimanded by his ancestors.

“Follow me!”

The soul then guided Heilong to the interior of this Palace. Without feeling he had walked more than fifty meters and finally arrived at a room decorated by two motifs of the colors "Black" and "White. And, on each side of the room there are objects that have elements that are opposite to the other side.

“What is this place?” Heilong looked around the space as if astonished at everything that was here in just one glance.

“This room is where I learned about the meaning of life and gained an understanding of Yin Yang. I named this room the Room of Heaven Dao,” replied the soul and flew into the middle of the room while emitting such a powerful force.
