JOHN THE MERCENARY

JOHN THE MERCENARY
CHAPTER 062 - YOU FUCKING DEVIL!

“No, Dad. Thas right. Although I have not fully seen who that person is, but I am sure that that person is Agnes.”

Ann continues to prejudge Agnes who has killed her own biological mother.

“Anna! It's been. You can't say that. If anyone hears you say that, then my career in politics will be ruined, and I can't save you.”

Denye warns Anna not to discuss the incident again, because Deny knows that the medical room has CCTV that can be monitored by Agnes through RUGAL.

“Anna. You keep imagining it, because you went through a really bad time as a kid and got traumatized when you were a teenager.”

“No, Dad. I'm sure if...”.

“ANNA!!! Already, Son. Stop”

Deny cuts off Anna's words that continue to talk about her mother's death when she was a child.

“You really want to see your father in trouble? If you say anything like that again, I can't see you anymore, Anna. You want that to happen?”

“Dad!!”

Anna's eyes glazed over and looked like she was about to cry because of Deny's words.

“Alright, you're a good girl. That's how it should be.”

Deny hugged Anna to calm her down, as she looked like she was about to cry.

“I'm sorry your father, Anna. Just wait a minute. I will save you from that demonic woman,” Deny muttered in her heart.

“Dad, I have something to ask you.”

“What is it?” ask Deny.

“Do you love mom sincerely?’

Anna took off Deny's hand which was holding her and, suddenly asked that.

“Is it true that mom used me to blackmail you too?”

Anna kept asking Deny about Agnes' words, as she met him that very day.

“Basic, Agnes Fucking Devil!” mumbled Deny in the heart.

Deny already knew that it was Agnes' speech that was only intended to provoke, so that Anna's mentality was more uncontrollable.

“What.....why is that why you left me and Mom, Dad?”

Finally Anna was crying because Deny was still silent and did not answer her question.

“Anna. That's an adult affair, son.”

“Am I not an adult? I'm 25 years old, Dad. I also want to know that's the truth.”

“Anna. All that is not important for now.”

“Why? You said you loved Mom sincerely. When mom died, and I was transferred overseas, you never visited me at all, Dad, so, why doesn't that matter?”

Deny rubbed the tears Anna had already dripped on her cheek.

“Anna. Don't you know, your father is an influential enough person to handle big things in this country? And when you handle big things, small things should be forgotten.”

Deny considers Anna and her biological mother nothing more than her political affairs, which makes Anna even more convinced that what Agnes says is true.

“So, that's right. Everything Agnes told me was true, me and mom were just a small part of your not-so-valuable past

Anna cried and went back to lying on her bed, then covered herself with a blanket.

“Alright, Anna. You must be so tired today. You'd better get some sleep and rest and get all those useless thoughts out of your mind. May you recover quickly and recover.”
