JOHN THE MERCENARY

JOHN THE MERCENARY
CHAPTER 044 - PICKING UP THE GREAT MISTRESS.

John was silent and still suspicious of what had happened in the room.

“Yes. The woman's ambition is not something that can be sold or bought.”

John murmured in his heart, as he recalled Agnes who was very muddled with her stance.

“Turn the car on, and wait for me to return.”

John opened the car door and was about to go to the building where the room was.

“Why? Hey, whoa. Where are you going?”

Jack, who was lazy with John's behavior, just stayed in the car and waited for John to return.

John took a black umbrella in the trunk, then walked into the temple.

As John entered the building, he saw several bodyguards from an international group standing and guarding the outside, where the Agnes family was gathering.

John settles down and walks into the security room, then presses the fire alarm button that makes the sound throughout the building sound.

After setting off the building's alarm, John returned to the room to catch up with Agnes.

As John was about to walk closer to the huddle, several bodyguards immediately confronted him.

What do you need, Mister?” ask one of the guards in front of John.

“I came to pick up Mrs Agnes.”

“You can't enter. No one can enter without clear permission from the family of the deceased.”

As one of the guards pushed John away, John pulled the man's hand, then slammed a precise punch into the jaw that knocked one of the guards down.

After one fell, John ran towards the other bodyguard who was also walking towards him.

John ran and flew up his knee to one of the guards who was about to hit him.

In fact, the bodyguards of the international security group alone were not comparable to John's abilities.

How lucky Agnes was to have a bodyguard like John who had great fighting ability and initiative, apart from his attitude which was very difficult to manage.

After taking out all the guards guarding the building, John broke down the door of the room where the Agnes family had gathered.

As the door of the room opened, everyone inside rushed out of the room.

With the exception of Agnes, she was still sitting alone and daydreaming when someone else had left the room because she heard the fire alarm.

Agnes's face looks very angry and upset, it seems, she is always cornered to sell the inheritance she got to her relatives.

John approached Agnes and stretched out his hand, to take her away from there immediately.

How shocked Agnes was to see John already standing behind her and reaching out for her.

“Stand. Let's go from here.”

Agnes was speechless as she watched John come to her rescue from the family that had always cornered her.

Agnes was still looking at John with her very deep gaze, then smiling at John.

John took out a handkerchief from his pocket and gave it to Agnes whose eyes were already glazed over.

“You can't go out in this situation.”

Agnes took a handkerchief from John's hand and wiped her tears.

After wiping her tears, Agnes stood up from her seat, then walked out of the room with John walking behind her.

“But I didn't press the pen twice, but he knew I needed it.”

“From all the bodyguards I have, no one has ever moved without a command from me before.”
