JOHN THE MERCENARY
CHAPTER 050 - DISAPPEARANCE OF ANNA.
“Entahlah. I'm not sure if I love him, or just sympathy, ” replied John who was still lethargic.
John loved his ex-girlfriend. There's no way John's going to be that angry and sick, when his ex-girlfriend is killed by Tom's men.
“Alright, then. I'll be back now.”
“Where are you going?” ask Agnes before John leaves.
“To my place, and guarding your stepdaughter whom you have hidden,” replied John.
“Not necessary. Now you're a member of the I-KEEP. You will stay in the apartment I will give you, and live with other PASGA officials.”
“No need, thanks. I'd rather stay at my current job.”
John is still clumsy and wants to live in the house where Anna is.
“When you're already an I-KEEP official at PASGA company, it means that I will be responsible for protecting you and your entire family.”
Agnes continued to insist that John would stay and settle in the apartment that had been provided for him.
“No. To me, it sounds more like, ‘you will be my slave from this time’,” replied John.
“Gosh. Why do you think that, John? I never betrayed anyone, for those who never betrayed me too.”
“You're right. No employer betrayed his slave. However, there is a friend who one day will definitely betray his friend. Isn't that right, my friend?”
John smiled at Agnes, then left the glass room.
Agnes simply smiled at John who had not fully believed her.
The two of them had spoken long enough, until dawn came, when John was about to return to Anna's residence.

When John arrives at Anna's residence, he sees Jane sleeping in her underwear.
“Hey, wake up!”
John pulls Jane's pillow which makes him wake up shocked to see John coming early.
“Oh, Mr. John, it's you. Nay! This is not true! Don't do this to me.”
Jane pulled out the blanket and covered her body with it. He thought John was going to mess with him.
“Stupid basis! Woe to us.”

John throws a pillow at Jane, then goes to Anna's room to see her condition.
Arriving at the room, how surprised John saw Anna was not in the room.
John immediately contacts Sam to inform him that Anna has run away from home.

Moments later, Sam's car arrives at Anna's house to meet John.
The house aunt was silent because she knew nothing about Anna's disappearance from there.
Jane who had changed clothes just looked down because she felt so guilty, she was negligent with her job, so Anna could escape from the house.
Sam is furious at Jane who has failed to look after Anna and falls asleep while she is at work.
Sam calls Marco and asks him not to report the news to Agnes, as he will take responsibility and find Anna's whereabouts first.
John, Sam, and Jane board a car together to find Anna's information and whereabouts.
Apparently, they will check all the CCTVs along the street in the city.
On the way, Deny calls John and tells him, Anna's favorite place she always went to when she was a child.
Deny said she always came to the park once a week with Anna, when her birth mother was alive.
