CHAPTER 038 - TOM'S WOMAN.

Agnes just smiled and threatened Tom back.

Agne gave her personal assistant a code order, to call someone.

A young woman in her late thirties came to the party and approached Agnes and Tom who were talking.

Apparently, the woman was a young woman who was with Deny in the room, when the attack occurred.

How shocked Tom and his assistant were to see Agnes capture the woman, and use her to strike back.

“Oh, are you here?”

Agnes smiled and greeted Tom's errand woman.

The young woman gave Agnes a car key-shaped flash drive.

“By the way, I also believe the mastermind behind the incident that happened to me and my husband's company will soon be found and arrested. Because I have proof of my car and building.”

Tom and his personal assistant are increasingly worried about hearing Agnes attack him.

Agnes also shows the flash the woman gave Tom.

“How are you, Mr secretary?”

The young woman greeted Tom's assistant who looked increasingly panicked and nervous.

“Gosh. Turns out you know Officer Tom's assistant, too? Gee. It will be more interesting,” said Agnes who provoked emotions.

“To be honest, this woman has been in our foundation for a long time. He was already my employee when he was 20,” continued Agnes.

“Good work. You can go.”

“Good, Mistress.”

The woman leaves Agnes and Tom looking panicked.

As the young woman left, Tom grew more panicked and frowned at her face.

Tom whispered something to his assistant, as if asking why this could happen.

“This world is not so friendly, even for a beautiful woman like her. But you can't blame her beauty, can you? What is wrong are people like snakes that creep on the planet.”

“He kept that he wanted to confess to me about something he did behind my back, then, what should I do? What should I do, Mr Tom?”

“Hahahahahaha!! Geez, that might be my problematic staff fault! He always does bad things! Jeez!”

Tom laughed out loud and reasoned, that his men did it.

“Yes, it makes me wonder why there are so many subordinates who keep doing whatever they want these days.”

Tom smiled slightly and smiled, then walked up to Agnes, and whispered,

“What we break even now?”

“You mean, what is this offer to make peace?” ask Agnes.

“We may be upset with each other, but we must not hurt physically,” Tom said.

“No. I feel physically hurt, but I accept your offer to make peace,” Agnes said.

“Gosh. You are very generous, Big Lady. Haha. Let's toast first.”

Tom laughed and invited Agnes to a toast without any embarrassment.

They both toast and drink the wine in their glasses.

Back to John who was with one of the guards who was also in charge of guarding the house.

The bodyguard took John into his study in a room.

Inside the room contained several monitors connected to the entire cctv in the house. There is also a mattress that is quite luxurious, which can be used to rest.

The bodyguard began to explain to John about all the CCTVs that were in the house.

“In conclusion, there are 16 cameras inside the house and 5 outside the house. For privacy reasons, CCTV in the room uses a thermal camera in blur.”
