“Because that's why when Anna returned to America, I considered it a God's demand for me, that I be a good father to her.”
“That's why I don't want to see Anna and you don't have to bring me here.”
“Right now, there is no point lamenting what has happened. Then you must keep your word, John. Please tell you.”
“Good. Now it's time, to make my poor daughter even sadder.”
Deny calmed herself down before she got out of the car and into and into the building.
Marco and some of his men came out of the office to greet Deny and open the door for him.
“What are you coming here for, Deny Office?” marco asked as Deny got out of the car.
“Antar me to the medical room. I'll meet the girl.”
“Good, Sir. I'll drop you off.”
Marco and some of his men drive Deny to the medical room to meet with Anna.
John got out of the car, followed Deny who had walked into the medical room.
The clinic doctor also greeted Deny as she was in the medical room.
“You can go from here, I'll talk to him.”
“Good, Sir.”
The doctor, Marco and several other bodyguards left the medical room.
Only John was standing and waiting for Deny from outside the room.
When Deny entered the room, he saw Anna lying behind him.
Deny held onto Anna's shoulder and said,
“Anna, dad's coming. Wake up, there's no one else right now. You can talk to dad now.”
Deny continued to turn to Anna who closed her eyes even though the look of her face would cry.
After Deny wiped the tears on Anna's cheek,
“Dad!!!”
“Jeez, my poor daughter.”
Deny patted the crying shoulder of Anna and continued to hug her tightly.
“I'm sorry, Anna. I have failed to be a good father to you,” Deny murmured inwardly.
“I miss you so much, Father.”
“Yes. I miss you so much too, Anna.”
Deny also began to cry because she could not bear the sadness that Anna had been feeling all along.
“Alright, Anna.”
Deny let go of Anna's embrace and looked into Anna's eyes.
“Gosh. My daughter is very grown up now. You deserve to get married, son.”
Deny smiled and began to comfort Anna with her words.
“Patience, Anna, and wait a minute. When I'm President, I'll choose a good man for you.”
“You can also date him and also play with your other friends. Your life would be more fun if it happened.”
“When the time has come, I will marry you to a man who is much better than me, so that he can make you happy.”
“So, you don't have to worry now.”
“Dad, you have to listen to me! Mom didn't kill herself! I remember everything that happened that night.”
Anna also began to discuss the death of her biological mother.
“When I went to mom's room, she was already in a state of unconsciousness.”
“I also saw someone who was in his room at the time. He shone a flashlight into my eyes, so that I could not recognize his face, then blurred when I was in pain.”
Anna kept telling me about what she had actually seen, when she was very young.
“Anna. It's all over. You should forget that from now on.”
