CHAPTER 060 - WHO TOLD YOU?!
“Hei! If you don't want to see him, then tell him directly. Don't give that poor girl a false hope,” John denies.
“Who told you to do this?” ask Deny.
“Nobody told me at all. You know, no, I don't like being told to, if I don't want to do it, I don't even want to be told to you if it doesn't match what I think.”

Deny was very emotional and even uttered harsh words to John.

Deny was silent when she heard John tell her what Anna had said in the park.
John also said that Anna ate strawberry ice cream, and told him that it was from her father.
“What? She ate strawberries? Are you crazy? She's got a pretty severe allergy to strawberries, so if she..”.
“YA. THAT'STHAT'S TRUE! He could have died. I know it.”
John snapped and cut off Deny's words.
“Even Anna accidentally killed herself by eating strawberries, when she heard that strawberries were from you.”
“He tried to kill himself not because he hated you, but because he realized he was just a burden to you. He just tried to disappear quietly. That's what I deduce from him.”
Deny's tears came out upon hearing what John had said about his own biological son.
Deny hit the window and cried angrily to herself, having become a useless father to her son.
Moments later, John's car had arrived in front of the PASGA office building.
Before Deny came down, he sent a message to John.
“If you do all this for Anna's sake, you must promise me to always protect Anna, even if I have died.”
“If you promise me that, I'll get out of the car and meet him.”
John was still thinking about Deny's words.
“Good. I'll keep looking after him, even if you're not around. I promise!”
Eventually, John promises to look after Anna. If John has promised, then Deny should not be afraid if John will renege on his promise, because John must keep his promise.
“Do you know why I didn't want to see Anna all this time? Because, if I meet him, it will only harm himself.”

John just keeps hearing the clarity from Deny who keeps telling him about Anna's very poor life.
