Chapter 86 Gossip

The rant that came out of Arion's mouth was completely ignored by Adelia and Adelio. Even the two twin brothers seemed to care about his hearing. The two of them simply passed leaving the nagging Arion behind them.

"Based on a madman. He was humiliating himself," Mia muttered with a grin looking at Arion from her office doorstep.

It wasn't just Mia who looked strangely at Arion. Everyone who was there sneered at him, without them knowing what was really going on. According to them, Arion did not know himself, because he dared to approach and chase Adelia who was not comparable to him.

They all walked through Arion with gazes that seemed to be humbling him. It is not Adelia or Adelio who belittles him, but Arion's own attitude that makes him look down on by others.

The next day, as usual, Adelia was escorted by Adelio when she left for work. In his car, Adelio gives a lot of advice to his twin sister.

"Why? Is there something you want to ask me?" adelia asked as she walked along with Mia.

Mia sighed. It was common for a Mia to always say what she wanted to say, but this time she tried to wait for Adelia to tell her first.

It seems like there's no way that Lia would have said it to me first. I usually ask him first. So, I better just ask her, Mia said in her heart.

Mia follows Adelia into her room. Without being invited by the owner of the room, Mia immediately sat on the chair in front of Adelia's desk.

"Lia, what the hell is going on between you and that security?" mia asked with curiosity.

Adelia sat in her chair and smiled at the question that Mia had asked her. Then he asked,

"You think?"

"Ck! Asked to reply to nanya. She must have liked you, and she must have always bothered you. Right, right?" ask Mia again to confirm her thoughts.

"Why do you think that?" adelia asked with a smile, as if she was playing Mia.

"Lia, just so you know. I'm not the only one who thinks like that. Even everyone here has the same thoughts as me. Especially last night they all saw it. They grew more confident with their thoughts," Mia replied seriously.

Adelia was silent. What he was worried about when he left for the office, finally happened. He and Arion become the talk of the office dwellers where they work. Now he can only resign, and wait for the gossip about him to subside by himself.

"Why didn't you ever tell me?" mia asked while holding Adelia's hand.

Adelia smiled at him. She held Mia's hand back to him, and said,

"Are you not working? Soon it's our working hours" said Adelia to stop Mia's speech.

Mia looked at the wall clock in the room. Then he said,

"yes too. Why can I forget? Lia, I went to my room first huh."

As fast as lightning Mia moved from her seat, and she darted swiftly out of the room, leaving Adelia chuckling at her.

Elsewhere, Arion felt uninspired. From last night he came home from work, until this morning, he was still in his room. He even refused to talk to his father and mother. Not only that, he always refused when his father or mother invited him to eat with them.

"Arion! Out briefly! Let's have breakfast together!" fabian shouted while knocking on Arion's room door.

The knock on the door and the cry from Fabian did not also make Arion move from his bed. That made Intan angry.

"This must be because of Adelia. I can't let this happen" Intan said furiously.

"Mom, stop. Not necessarily because of Adelia. Maybe Arion is tired of working, or maybe he is not feeling well" Fabian said carefully.

"Mas, how are you? Arion became like this because of him. Would Arion be treated like that by Adelia and her family?" tanya Intan.

"It's not like that, honey. I mean, let's just ask Arion, so we don't get it wrong" Fabian replied very carefully, so that his wife wouldn't get mad at him.

However, Fabian's persuasion could not melt his wife's heart. Intan knocks loudly on Arion's room door, and shouts his name, telling him to open the door for her.

A loud knock on the door and a shout from Intan, made Arion disturbed, so he was forced to walk towards the door of his room, to open the door.

"What's wrong?" ask Arion lazily.

Instantly Arion's hand is drawn by Intan. The weak Arion, having just woken up from his sleep, was so easily pulled by Intan towards the dining table.

"Sit down! Finish breakfast! Don't leave any food on this table!" intan said firmly.

Fabian smiled faintly at the way Intan forced Arion. She feels grateful, because Intan can make Arion out of her room. However, he also regretted Intan's attitude which was always selfish and angry.

After a while, Fabian and Intan finished their meal. Another case with Arion who is still ogah-ogahan eating his food.

"Dad left for work first" Fabian said after sipping his coffee.

Intan got up from his seat, and drove Fabian out of the house. While Arion, still sitting in his chair, while eating little by little food.

Suddenly, a notification sound came from Intan's phone at the dining table. Feeling disturbed by the sound of the notification that many times, Arion also approached the phone.

His eyes suddenly widened, when he saw the notification on the screen of the phone. Even all messages that have just been received can be read clearly by him from the notification.

"What'sthis? Why do you get messages like this?"
