Chapter 33 Getting to Know Closer

Adelio just smiled hearing the question from her twin sister. He ruffled Adelia's hair as he said,

"You'd better meet him soon."

This time Adelia was not angry with the habits of her brother who likes to ruffle her hair. However, he smiled happily because his twin brother had really protected him.

"Don't be careless and always be careful" Adelio whispered in Adelia's ear.

Adelio left her twin sister after getting a smile and a nod of the head from her.

"No doubt, my sister is indeed the best" Adelia said with a smile looking at Adelio's motorbike which had just disappeared from her sight.

"Aadellias! Why is it still there? Did you intentionally, so I could pick you up there?" said Kenzo while chuckling and walking towards Adelia.

Adelia turned to the source of the voice. He welcomed Kenzo with a sweet smile. Then he said,

"Sorry, I'm a little late."

"I'm willing to wait until whenever you come to see me" Kenzo said with a sweet smile.

Adelia was amazed to see Kenzo's smile and listened to her speech, which was able to create a red hue on her face.

"Oh yeah, didn't you just say you brought your own car? Then, why did Adelio just drive you?" asked Kenzo with a probing look.

Adelia remembers her car. He had completely forgotten that this morning he left alone in his car, without being ushered in by Adelio, his twin brother.

"Emmm... That, the car went into the garage. So then... Brother Lio was-"

"Why not just call me? Will we not meet later? So, I'd better pick you up at the office" said Kenzo, staring intensely at the pretty face of the girl before him.

Adelia smiled broadly to cover up her nervousness. In his heart he said,

Where can I tell you to pick me up, there could be a world war in the office later. I'm sorry Kenzo, I'll tell Arion right away. I-i promise.

Kenzo grabbed Adelia's hand. He held the pretty girl's hand tightly and led her into the cafe.

Adelia held back her smile. His heart was filled with flowers, so it was very pleasant for him.

Kenzo has everything ready. He had made a reservation at the very famous cafe, so that the rooftop that had been ordered, has now been beautifully transformed by the owner of the cafe.

The handsome young man took Adelia to the rooftop cafe. The beautiful girl smiled happily, and showed her amazed look at the scenery in the rooftop, saying, saying,

"Gee... It's a beautiful sight...."

Kenzo was happy to see the beautiful girl who had caught his attention, happy for the surprise that had been given by him.

He invites Adelia to see the night view from the rooftop. The pretty girl's eyes sparkled. He was amazed at the sight before him. Even the night sky was very beautiful, with no rain to ruin it.

A few moments later, there were two waiters delivering food that had previously been ordered by Kenzo.

The handsome young man who was trying to take Adelia's heart, now took her to their banquet place. He pulled out the chair that Adelia was about to occupy and let her. After that he sat on the chair opposite the beautiful girl.

That night was truly the most beautiful dinner together with a man other than his father and brother. Even Kenzo treated her like a princess tonight.

Of course Adelia never got that from Arion. The economic class between Arion and Kenzo is different, even much different. But that is not what makes Adelia suddenly feel uncomfortable with him. Arion's ambitious changes make Adelia uncomfortable by his side.

Adelia is feeling very comfortable and very happy tonight. He forgot about Arion's figure and forgot about the incident this afternoon, when Adelio picked him up.

Kenzo put down his spoon and fork, after the food on his plate had been enjoyed. He looked in admiration at the beautiful girl before him and asked,

"Adelia, may I ask you something?"

Adelia who was sipping her drink using straw, now stopped her. He looked at Kenzo and said,

"Ask what?"

"How did you decide?" ask Kenzo to Adelia.

"Huh?! My decision? About what?" adelia asked by showing her confused face.

Kenzo smiled looking at Adelia's expression which he thought looked cute Right now. Then he said,

"Didn't you want to grant our parents' wish to get engaged?"

Adelia's face stiffened. He was nervous when he saw Kenzo's eyes. In his heart he said,

Mucus! Why is he talking about it now? How'this? I haven't told Arion the truth. I do want to accept Kenzo, but I don't want to hurt Arion.

"Adelia," called Kenzo softly, moving her hand right in front of Adelia's face, left and right.

Adelia gasps. He was aware of his daydream. With a little misbehavior he said,

"Emmm... Actually I also do not want to disappoint Mama and Papa. But I also don't want to be disappointed. Can't we get to know each other first, before we agree to the engagement?"

Kenzo smiled and nodded his head in response to Adelia's wishes. Her hand gently grabbed Adelia's hand. Then he kissed the girl's hand feelingly.

Adelia felt all that. He smiled shyly and implied a red hue on both of his cheeks. Her heart has grown more confident that she will come out to Arion and end their relationship, even though the timing of their agreement is not yet over.

The two of them, spent the dessert presented while talking about themselves, their families and their work. Adelia's desire to get to know each other has been done at this time. In their hearts they are both very confident, if their relationship will be very smooth, without any obstacles that can cancel the engagement plan, even their marriage.

"It's Ken's night, I'd better go home now" Adelia said, looking at the clock in her left hand.

Her hands clenched, her chest rumbling and her facial expression showing her anger, when she saw Adelia clearly get off the car along with a well-looking man. Even the man took Adelia's hand and walked into the house.
