Chapter 7 The Soulmate Since Orok

"You eat here too?" adelia asked as she opened the hands of the man who covered her eyes.

The man turned his hand on Adelia's shoulder. The man smiled at him and said,

"Yes, I just finished eating. You want to eat here too?"

Adelia nodded her head and said,

"Yes, I just came. Come to think of it, all day we've always met at the diner?"

"From the oroks we're always together. Isn't that what you call a soul mate?" ask the man while blinking his eyes.

Arion's heart felt pinched to see Adelia and the man in front of her so close and familiar as a couple in general. What else their conversation makes Arion more convinced if the man is the girlfriend of Adelia.

Adelia chuckles at the man's behavior which makes her very amused. Then he said,

"Why not eat at home? Mama's the same papa must be waiting."

"I was starving after the service. At home, I will definitely eat again. Why are you eating here too? Why not just eat at home? Must be Mama with Papa again waiting," asked the man while pinching Adelia's nose squash.

Arion is uncomfortable seeing the interaction between Adelia and the man. She longs to get out of front of them, but she feels sorry for Adelia who has an appointment with her.

Adelia pulls the man's hand and takes him right in front of Arion. Then he said,

"Oh yeah, meet me, this is Arion, he helped me this morning when it was raining. I purposely treat him to return his kindness."

"Oh so he's the one who helped my beloved Princess avoid the rain?" the man asked with a smile and looked at Adelia as if she was insinuating him.

Adelia looked resentfully at the man and said,

"Ck! You must know I don't have an umbrella."

"Isn't that your habit?" ask the man back while chuckling.

"No. You wrong. Usually the umbrella is in the car. Yesterday I forgot to put the umbrella back in the car after removing it" Adelia replied with her rent.

"I already know. This morning I saw the umbrella on the terrace. I took her with me and drove her to your office, unfortunately by the time I was about to call you, I saw you swinging around with a man, so I broke my intention to give you that beloved umbrella," said the man while smiling bitterly as if his feelings were hurt.

As Arion gasped, he felt guilty for making the man before him sad and misunderstood him.

"Sorry Mas, I'm just a security man at the bank where Ms. Adelia works. It has been my job to help workers there, like Ms. Adelia when I needed an umbrella this morning. So.. I hope Mas does not misunderstand me," said Arion with a sigh to the man.

Adelia and the man stared at each other, as they held back their laughter at Arion's words.

The man extended his hand to Arion and said,

"I'm Adelio, the older sister of Adelia, her twin sister."

Arion was flabbergasted to hear the words of Adelio. He did not think that the man in front of him was now Adelia's twin sister.

Adelio and Adelia laughed at Arion's reaction when they heard Adelio's words. They are always satisfied to see others misunderstand their relationship.

Adelio tightly embraced Adelia's shoulder. He looked at Arion and said,

"Titip My Princess is my favorite. Just be careful if there's anything, you'll come face to face with me."

Arion was afraid of being stared at by Adelio. Really he did not expect if a handsome and cool Adelio could be all that. He could only nod his head

"Sister go home first, baby. See you at home" said Adelio, kissing Adelia's right and left cheeks.

"Go home, sister, do not turn to another place" said Adelia while chuckling.

"You go straight home too. Don't dawdle. What else is being with a man who just met."

"Ok My Boy" said Adelia, chuckling and waving her hand to accompany Adelio's departure.

The calls they give each other are imitating those of their parents. And they don't mind because it's the affectionate call of both of them from their families.

Adelia scrunched her forehead to see Arion staring at Adelio's departure. He approached Arion and moved his palms right in front of his face saying,

"Arion, come on in, I'm so hungry."

Arion gasped, he came to his senses from his daydream. She was nervous and misbehaved when her eyes met Adelia's eyes.

"Let's go in! Let's not be too late we go home," Adelia said as she walked to the restaurant in front of them.

Arion smiled as he walked following Adelia. Her heart was relieved to find out the truth about Adelia and Adelio's relationship which turned out to be twin brothers.

Arion sped up his steps in order to walk parallel to Adelia. They walked side by side into the resto.

"Just sit there by the window" Adelia said, pointing to the table in the corner, right by the window.

Arion followed Adelia by the window. They sat facing each other while waiting for their food order to arrive.

The two of them talked about their work, until they finally asked each other about their personalities. Now they feel more familiar. The chatter of the two of them just flowed, so that they did not feel their food had already run out.

Time is moving fast. Adelia looked at the circular clock on her left hand. Then he said,

"It looks like I should go home now. I'll pay for the food."

Adelia moved from her seat. He walked towards the cashier. As for Arion, she smiled looking at Adelia while saying in her heart,

You are not only beautiful, you are also very good. Not necessarily employees in the office want to make friends or even eat with security like me.

After paying at the cashier, Adelia turned to look towards Arion who was still sitting in his place while looking at him. Adelia waved her hand to take Arion out of the place.

Arion was stunned from his daydream. As soon as possible he moved from his seat and walked quickly out, trying to catch up to Adelia who had already left the place.

"Adelia, where is your home?" asked Arion who was walking behind Adelia, trying to stop Adelia's steps with her question.

Just as Arion had guessed, Adelia stopped her steps. Then he turned his body and said,

"Near from here. Why?"

"Just want to drive. I want to make sure you get home safely" Arion replied with a shy smile.

Unbeknownst to Adelia and Arion, Adelio was still there. He would not let go of his twin brother just like that.

He had expected that Adelia would sit by the window, as was their custom if eating together at that place. Adelio waits and notices Adelio along with Arion from inside his car.

Beeps... Beeps...

The sound of the car horn was begging Adelia and Arion who were talking. They looked towards the sound of the horn.

"Darling, let's go home! It's night. I'll be behind you" exclaimed Adelio from inside his car which was now near Adelia and Arion standing.

Instantly Arion's eyes widened. He slightly shrieked looking at Adelio's sharp gaze at him. In his heart he said,

Why is he still here? And why is he looking at me like that? Does he not like me? I think I should impress her.
