Chapter 220: The Purpose of a Funeral

"I don't intend to fight a fellow member of the 12 holy knights, but since you witches have already killed our comrades so I have to kill you too."

"Not that you use magic, either" cut Lugunica.

"Our magic comes from the blessing of the goddess Harmonia, not the same as you sinners."

"Rightly ridiculous."

Ferdinand Lorenz lunged forward, stabbing the spear towards Lugunica which dodged it well.

"Good move for a loli girl."

"It's nothing."

Not only did Riel and Karina shut up and leave everything to Lugunica, the two of them also joined forces to fight Ferdinand.

Ferdinand held back Riel's scythe then kicked Karina who was about to attack him from the side at the same time Lugunica had slipped forward giving him a punch making Ferdinand fall with blood spurting from his mouth.

The two witches darted forward together while dragging the scythe on the surface of the stone floor, Ferdinand filled his spear with wind then turned it around to create a tornado that threw both of them into the air and fell violently. Simultaneously Lugunica had mounted the horses while opening his mouth to collect the fireballs there.

When the tornado disappeared the ball was shot right in front of Ferdinand's face then exploded violently.

"Did it work?" lugunica said but Ferdinand stood there while patting his dirty uniform.

"You guys are really troublesome, but that's a good fight."

Lugunica glanced towards her body where a spear had pierced through her before returning to her owner's hands.

"Guakh.so this is the power of these 12 holy knights."

Riel and Karina held onto Lugunica's shoulder to stop her.

"What are you two doing?"

"We go first."

"Magic Creator, Cross World, The Lost Sanctuary," the three disappeared in an instant irritating Ferdinand.

"Sadly, they went to that place.I'll just have to find a different way to meet them later."

Riel, Karina and Lugunica appeared on an empty land with dead trees around it. There were several tombs in place there and all of them were nameless gravestones.

"How do you hurt Lugunica?"

The hole that had previously formed had closed itself.

"Thank God, if you die because of us, it makes us feel a little bad." right Karina."

Silence was felt between the three until Riel cut in.
