Chapter 108: The Secret of the Dragon Festival

As an apology Stelfania invites Souma to take a walk along the city alone, for Celestrial and Anna both chose to take a quick break however they already worked quite well in the store so there was no harm in spending time in the care of the twins.

Following Stelfania from the side he happily showed every important house in the dragon city including some rare properties.

"This is the only dragon shower in the dragon city."

"Owh."

Souma applauded how the water came out of the dragon's mouth with great fanfare, obviously it was an awesome water show.

"And here is the legendary sword of our mother Lugunica."

A sword not far from there stuck well on the floor. The sword was well sheathed with a dragon carving pattern as well as all of them were golden in color.

"Doesn't anyone want to take it?" ask Souma.

"This sword is specially made, except from the dragon race alone who can use it."

Souma approached and touched his hand through the sword.

"It doesn't matter if Souma wants to try it."

"This is an important dragon city icon, I definitely won't do it."

Stelfania smiled and continued.

"This sword was made to kill the witches of calamity that once controlled us, if the dragon that held it maybe we would be controlled and this weapon would only be turned against humans, witches could not use it either."

"If you assume that then the other races will also be able to kill you with this sword."

"This sword cannot be used to kill dragons."

Souma finally knew what Lugunica wanted, he hoped that one day there would be someone who could kill a disaster magician but there were still many questions about it.

Seeing the expression Souma showed Stelfania smiling and then took Souma to the only library in the city, they entered it and many dragons were reading books there. "Then what about the other witches?"

"I don't know, it's possible that the peace was made just for us to be free from dragon control without thinking about the other races."

"That makes sense, Lugunica couldn't possibly save everyone so she chose to protect your race alone."

At the end of the painting a little girl extends her hand to Lugunica, which signifies one thing.

"The moon magician will move if another witch attacks the dragon race but she can't do anything if the control magic is activated," Souma said who got a small nod.

The question is what does Lugunica offer for that?

And Stelfania answered.

"How to divide a soul into 1000 people."

Souma was brought back into the next room and there, inside the place, was a clear-coloured giant crystal and inside was the figure of a naked little girl curled up with a plain face.

His silver hair was longer than it should be which exceeded his own body.

"You gotta be kidding me?"

"This is where the real body of the moon witch resides."
