Bintang Harapan hospital is the arrival of several graduates majoring in medicine who will do koas to undergo practice directly in the hospital.
All the doctors at the hospital have been appointed as mentors for the coas students, from the neurosurgery department who are senior doctors are currently out of town in a few months.
Arkana was appointed as the guidance physician of the neurosurgery department to replace him, and he got three koas students to be guided over the next two years.

Arkana got out of her car using the umbrella she had brought before, then she approached Tsania while tapping on the glass window of the girl's car.

Tsania felt embarrassed for her, she apologized for being too impudent in speaking. He is completely unaware there is a ring on Arkana's finger, which he thinks Arkana has a girlfriend turned out to have a wife.
