Along the way to the shopping center their journey was colored with laughter. Sharing stories and other fun. Though their journey to reach the destination only takes about thirty minutes, but they feel very fun. Krisna was driving, Rina was sitting on the side seat of Krisna, while Dhatu was taking a place in the back seat.
"Tu .. how did you feel when you first found out that your husband was our CEO?" Lina could no longer hold onto her curiosity.
"Of course."
"Oh .. deserves it ..." Krisna cut, "when Mr. Dirga's first introduction at the office, Dhatu looked nervous. I just found out why, it turns out that her husband is Mr. Dirga."
Dhatu smiled faintly. Another story with now. He was afraid, not only nervous because the man asked him to be an invisible shadow. He was too anxious to think about his future work life. Lucky all his fears became futile because everything went well, Dhatu never even thought in the end they could both fall in love and inseparable.
"Stop talking about me. Why don't you two start planning for the future together?" dhatu said as he chuckled, while the two took a quick glance.
"Big No!" answer the two in unison. Dhatu laughed loudly. There is nothing to deny because the seeds of love are seen in the eyes of both.
"See .. Your answer is always compact. It's amazing." Dhatu dramatizing
"Tu .. I don't care if you're the CEO's wife. If you keep snoring, I'll go down by the side of the road!" rina's voice was full of threats, but instead of being afraid, Dhatu laughed again.
A second later everyone in the car laughed. Really, their lives all seem to be improving. Everything's perfect. No more tears and that should be life. Full of laughter and joy.
Minutes passed, they arrived at their destination. After printing tickets to the cinema they had ordered previously online, they decided to fill the stomach first. There was still time for an hour, before their film was screened. Japanese restaurants are their choice. They sat in a corner of the room, a slightly quiet place, so that no one would be disturbed if they let out a laugh.
Krishna called a waitress. They all ordered food and went back to telling stories. There are always interesting topics to share. A second later a man sat beside Dhatu, making all eyes point towards the same angle. The man made Dhatu's heart stop pounding in a matter of seconds, the two looked at each other. The man's sweet smile that he gave to Dhatu was not able to rub off on Dhatu's face which suddenly looked flat, flat, krisna and Lina looked at each other and asked who was the man who suddenly sat at their table. Both of them could not hide their confusion.
"Sorry, who are you? Why sit at our table?"
The man did not reply, he was still not tired of staring at the beautiful face before him. Dhatu gritted his teeth, not understanding what the man meant. What does he want? Is it tormenting him with all the stories about the past that have ended? Or hope to repeat the story that has ended? Dhatu has buried everything deeply, not wanting to reopen the memory box. Even to just peek, Dhatu does not want to. All tastes are dead and nothing can bring to life a taste he no longer likes.
"What are you doing here? Don't use pleasantries to say that this meeting was a coincidence. It's real life, not fiction," said Dhatu sarcastically, he smiled slanted, not wanting to be close to the man who had left his life.
"You're crazy!" Dhatu hissed, "what could hurt me again. It's all over. I'm married and I'm pregnant with the fruits of our love, so please, go and never come back."
There was a shock on the face of the man before him, there was anger that he did not want to bother to hide.
"You have a lot of heart, Tu," the man looked at Dhatu heartily, "I can be a good father to your son. I'll look after him like my own son, so come back to me," the man continued, holding Dhatu's tanga at the table, Dhatu twitching his hands, trying to throw off the man's hand.
"Don't be crazy, Alvin! I don't love you, I love my husband and he's all I ever wanted as a child for my baby-to-be." said Dhatu with firmness, but the foot next to him seemed to lose his mind, his hearing was also damaged. He did not want to reject the harsh reality that was in front of him.
"Not to deny the taste, Tu. You still love me as much as I have for you. You love me," said Alvin staring intently at Dhatu, while Dhatu shuddered in horror, staring at the pair of angry beads that the man showed him.
The man further tightened his hand grip and the smile painted on his face looked terrible, making the dhatu dhatu fur stand up. Dhatu did not expect, the man who used to be so sane and gentle with him could look so terrible. Rina nudged the Krishna arm with her elbow when she saw the situation that was not conducive. Krisna immediately let go of Alvin's hand which gripped Dhatu's hand violently. The man looked at Krishna and looked at him with anger.
Rina immediately stood beside Dhatu, pulled the woman and hid Dhatu's body behind his back.
"I don't know what's going on between you and Dhatu, but it's clear that Dhatu doesn't like your presence here" Rina said.
Krishna who was already standing next to Alvin pulled the man's arm. "Go away and don't make a fuss here. It's obvious that Dhatu loves her husband and you shouldn't force your feelings unilaterally."
Alvin looked at them all and laughed amusedly. He may have lost his mind because of love. Regret gnawed at the heart, making a huge hole in his heart. Maybe love can be this crazy, ruining what was originally good. All he needs is one chance to prove his love is the best. He just wanted Dhatu to look at him, look at him like he used to. That's not fair. Why is it that only he remains in the same dimension? Dhatu is happy without him. No. .. none of this is true.
"Tu .. Give me a chance. Just one time. I beg you," said the man full of supplications. Krishna again pulled the man's arm violently, making Alvin look at him full of anger.
"I will not repeat my words. Go before I drag you out!" Krishna looked at the man.
Alvin looked around and some people were whispering to look at them, making Alvin throw Krishna's hand violently and walk out of the place. He doesn't want to make a fuss. He will think of a way to get Dhatu back. If given the chance, Dhatu will understand how much love he has for the woman. Yes, it feels so big, that it is impossible to just throw it away.
