Dhatu and Dirga were eating in the man's room. With the supplies that were prepared Dhatu once in the morning, the two ate lunch. Dirga examined the face of Dhatu who had looked sad. He rubbed her face gently, Dhatu turned her face and smiled at her husband.
"Why? How, you don't seem to be excited? What's the reason it doesn't taste good to a man yesterday?" Dirga looked at the woman before him with a scrutinizing gaze.
Dhatu nodded slowly. "I feel guilty. I should have told him earlier, so that no heart would be hurt."
Dirga clucked. "It's not all your fault, Tu. He should also be able to understand, if love cannot be forced. Sometimes, we have to accept reality, even if it's hard."
Dhatu smiled faintly and nodded in understanding. He knew very well that the heart could not be forced, but did Krishna understand that? Guilt filled his heart. He tried not to think about all these things, but could not prevent himself from thinking about everything.
"I've always thought of him as my older brother, never more. I didn't know she had that feeling for me."
Dirga smiled soothingly. "Udahlah, Tu. It's not all your fault. Eat it, honey." Dhatu nodded listening to the man's request and continued his eating.
"Have you written a resignation letter?"
"Udah, Mas."
Dirga smile. "I'm planning on having our wedding reception again. This time, we will invite friends and co-workers. I want everyone to know that you are mine. I don't want people to think you're bad, Tu."
Dhatu fused both eyebrows and looked at Dirga in wonder. "Well, do you wear it that way, Mom? You're just going to spend money, Mom. I don't want to" Dhatu said, shaking his head in disapproval.
Dirga sighed softly. "I don't want anyone to misunderstand me anymore. It was me who was wrong at first for trying to hide you from the world and now I regret it, Tu," said Dirga, full of regret as he clasped Dhatu's free hand.
Dhatu smile. "There's nothing to be sorry about, Mom. Most importantly, we are happy and in love with each other. There's another way to introduce me to the world."
Dirga nodded, gave up on Dhatu and no longer wanted to argue. What Dhatu said was true.Toh they have been married for four months, it feels strange if you have to do the reception again. After all, all this time he did not care about the words of people, then why this time he began to think about what people would say about them.
The lunch hour had ended and Dhatu had returned to his own room before lunchtime had really ended so that not many people knew he had just come out of Dirga's room. Dhatu glanced at the door as soon as Krishna walked in, he tried to smile, but was ignored. What did he expect? He had hurt the man and was too naive if he thought the man would still behave the same way he used to.
"You guys fighting again?" silvy asked who was coming from behind Krishna. He looked at the two researching. Krisna did not respond and immediately sat in her place, while Dhatu smiled clumsyly.
"I told you that Dhatu is not as innocent as he looks," Silvy said with a mocking smile, then the woman sat back in her own place.

Krisna who had just walked out of the bathroom door was shocked when she saw Dirga as soon as she came out. He cleared his throat, then was about to continue his steps but stopped when he heard Dirga calling him.
"Your name is Krishna, isn't it?"
Krishna turned the body. "What business are you doing with me."
"Can I talk to you for a second?"
Dirga could not bear to see the sadness in his wife's eyes. He knew how valuable the man was to Dhatu. He who is none other than an only child just as Dhatu understands how happy to have someone who can be counted like a brother, as he relies on Drew who is like his own brother. Having someone who is always supportive and living by your side when everyone is far away is a gift so Dirga can understand Dhatu's feelings.
Krisna seemed to think something before nodding in agreement and following Dirga who walked first to the emergency exit. Both stared.
"I love Dhatu, I know all this will surprise you. At first, we got married just because of an arranged marriage, but after getting to know her more deeply, I fell in love with her." Dhatu's smiling face flashed in Dirga's mind making the smile rub off on her, "he's very special. I'm not asking you to understand our feelings, but I want you to not think anything bad about them."
Krisna could see the gaze of the man before her soften as she talked about Dhatu. In Krishna's heart, it was as if he didn't want to leave. In fact, he felt so lost that day. The moment where he saw the two looking at each other was full of love. He felt dwarfed and angry at himself who was late in expressing love. If only, he stated first, then none of this would be possible.
"You're so fond of her?"
Dirga nodded with confidence. "With all my heart."
Krishna smiled thinly. As a man, he should be able to accept defeat with a spacious chest. Seeing the amount of love they have makes Krishna sure there is no gap for him to enter the heart of Dhatu. It is his own fault that is too easy to think about feelings. He doesn't know, if feelings can be this complicated. He thought, ordinary people like Dhatu and himself will live a romance that is not as complicated as the rich. They will love each other, go for a walk, and share their stories casually without thinking about the differences that might make the relationship both difficult to get blessing. But unfortunately, reality is not as beautiful as his imaginary world.
Krisna took a deep breath and slowed her down. "Take good care of him if you don't want me to take him. Once I see her crying, then I'll snatch it and not give it back to you even if you keep begging" Krisna said.
Yes, it's time he brushed off his anger. It may be true what people say, love should not have. Foolish and senseless words, but you will realize if they are true when you see a happy laugh framing the face of your loved one. Seeing her eyes sparkle happily, making you capable of sacrificing anything, including your own heart because of it.
Dirga smile. "I'll never make her cry! Not anymore."
