Handsome CEO Shadow Wife
You Know, Love Is Painful

Dirga was transfixed for a moment to see Dhatu walking along with Kana. Dhatu's face looks grim, but not with Kana who looks very happy. The woman ran small towards Dirga and hugged him tightly. Dhatu was still walking leisurely, letting the painful sight of the eyes and also the heart unfold before him. Dirga tried to release Kana, but the woman seemed to have glue and could not be separated from it.

"Tu .. I can explain everything," Dirga said in a panic just after Dhatu stood before her.

Dhatu tried to smile, though his heart was sore. She will listen to all the explanations of her husband. He does not care about the words of others, other than Dirga. They are new to each other and immediately tied up with marriage, but love cannot be measured by how long you know each other or how many memories you have carved together. In the end, love just happens, without signs and also excuses. We know we're trapped in it. There's no way I can go again.

"What do you want, Kana?"

Kana finally let go of her embrace and looked at Dirga with sparkling eyes, radiating clearly happiness within the woman's eyes. "I'm pregnant" she said with excitement.

Dirga knitted her brows and looked at Kana cluelessly. "What do you mean?"

Kana pulled Dirga's hand and placed it on her stomach. "I'm pregnant with your child, Mas.Our child," she said in the same happy tone. He clasped Dirga's wrist.

"You're crazy, Kana!" Dirga slammed the woman's hand, "I never even touched you. How can you carry my child? It doesn't make sense!"

Dirga really doesn't understand why Kana can be so crazy. Dirga is not a good man, nor a hypocrite and a holy pretender who does not want to touch a woman's body once he has the opportunity. Dirga had done that since he was in college, free association and abundant property made it easy to bring any woman to his bed, but not with Kana. Not because the woman is not attractive, but the calm and weak figure of Kana makes Dirga does not want to take the opportunity. He thinks, he has fallen in love, to want to keep the woman as good as possible. Don't wanna ruin it. Their relationship was nothing more than kissing and playing the woman's mountain. The rest Dirga always suppresses desire yes when with the woman.

"You remember your business partner's birthday party four months ago? You were drunk and asked me to hook up in the hotel room where the birthday was. I love you and of course I'm willing to give myself up to you."

Dirga seemed to think for a moment. It was true, but he did not remember what happened that night. All he remembered was himself and Kana dancing by the pool, the moonlight and the beauty of the night sky that added to the romantic impression of their togetherness. After that Kana asked the waiter to bring alcoholic beverages for them to enjoy by the pool, the two told her while drinking there. After that, Dirga's vision blurred and he no longer remembered anything. In the morning, she saw Kana coming out of the bathroom, but she said nothing. How is it now that the woman is suddenly holding her accountable. It doesn't make sense!

"You can't do this to me, Mom!" Kana shouted hysterically while firmly grasping Dirga's wrist. His eyes showed anger that he did not want to hide.

Kana's self-esteem seemed to be trampled. All this time, no one dared to refuse him. Ignoring his pleading gaze and not falling into his love device. He did not accept the attitude of Dirga who seemed so easy to throw it away. He is not a toy, only he can play and stop when bored, open others. He will bring the man back, no matter how. Kana's gonna get Dirga back.

"I'm not a fool, Kana. If you are pregnant with my child. Clean the kid up and we can test the DNA. If he were my son, I would be responsible for everything. I'll even put his name on the family card. I'll make her birth certificate and proudly write my name as her father." Dirga smiled, then thinned the distance between their faces and looked at the woman sharply, "but, it is not your name that will be written on her birth certificate as her mother. The wife and mother of my children, there is only one and that is only Dhatu" Dirga continued with a cold gaze.

Slowly the grip of Kana's hand loosened, her body shaking violently. Never once had he seen the cold gaze full of anger that radiated from Dirga's eyes before. The man was not the Dirga he had known before. Now, the man before him seemed to be two different people. Suddenly, Kana felt foreign. Where did Dirga who used to pamper and protect him?Where is the man who often hugs her tightly and gives her the warmth she needs? Where does Dirga who often looks at him adore and give whatever he wants to kam when he whines? Is that guy no more? Was everything he had received from that man just a memory that had ended?

Unknowingly Kana's tears fell. Regret pervades her heart, ushering in a stifling sense of the chest. He was unfortunate, not realizing if there was such a great love, to let go of what he now hoped could be his again. Now, there is another woman who takes his place. The lucky woman who has received all that she has thrown away is only because of an insatiable desire to have a man. A heart that never feels enough with the abundance of material it receives from Dirga. Why is he so stupid. Kana's legs suddenly weakened, she drooped and cried sobbing.

Dhatu who felt pity, wanted to calm the woman, but Dirga prevented it and shook his head, making Dhatu step back.

"It's all just acting, Dhatu. I've seen it a lot. Come on, we go home" said Dirga while pulling Dhatu into his car. Dirga opened the door and Dhatu immediately sat down, while Dirga turned the front of the car and sat on the steering wheel.

The man clasped tightly onto Dhatu's tanga. "Thank you for trusting me" said Dirga. The two exchanged smiles. Dhatu who should thank because the man did not fall into the trap and quickly able to find a solution.

Dhatu stared out the window and was unable to take his eyes off the sobbing poor woman by closing his eyes with his hands. It was so deeply implied regret. Dhatu smiled miris, that's how love works. Destroying and making someone miserable.
