Chapter 12
“I'm almost late! Good thing I came right before the Captain broke his hand.”

I heard the voices of Mas Juang, Arga and Dirga were talking about the matter earlier, I opened my eyes looking around and realized that I was still in the hospital. But until late at night we were not given a chance, because until I fell asleep they were still chatting in my room. Until I finally woke up almost dawn and the atmosphere was deserted. I saw the Lieutenant sleeping on his back on the sofa with his hands folded over his chest, he looked very peaceful in his sleep.

The Lieutenant smiled then clasped my hand with both hands while saying steadily, “Pah.”
I smiled calmly knowing that he would remain beside me. I really needed him to stay beside me not as a guard of my heart, but I needed him beside me more to believe in myself, reassuring my heart of my true feelings.
