Today Jasmine began studying working at the Alvaro Group as one of Axel's assistants. Irene will guide him, as Axel and William have to go to Bandung to attend an important meeting. Irene was amazed at Jasmine's intelligence. With one direction, Jasmine was already able to do her job well.

"Miss, this afternoon we have a meeting with Nagasaki Group at the XXX hotel restaurant" Irene said.

"Alright, Brother. We're going there now. And after the meeting is over we can go straight to lunch," said Jasmine.

Jasmine smiled sumringah when she found out the name of Evan ️ on her phone screen.

A tall man with a native face, stepped into Evan's room.

"Sandy. Do we have an important meeting this afternoon?" evan asked his assistant and secretary, Sandy.

"good. Then I'll go first. If there's anything important, call me" Evan said.

"Do you not want me to deliver?" ask Sandy.

"no need. I'll just bring my own car" Evan replied with a smile.

Sandy nodded her head. Evan immediately stepped out of his room to his car parked in a special place Sahir Cooperation officials.

Evan is happy because he has taken the right decision to follow the advice of his future brother-in-law, Axel. Axel previously suggested that Evan choose a man to be his assistant and secretary. Evan used to have a female secretary named Dena. Dena always tries to attract his attention, with all his behavior that makes Evan annoyed. Evan fired her and replaced her with Sandy.

While still on her way to the XXX hotel, Jasmine gets a call from Axel.

"Assalamualaikum, brother," said Jasmine.

"Vaalaikumsalam. I just wanted to let you know that today we have an important meeting with one of our clients, Mr. Kimura," Axel said.

"I already know, Brother. Right now I and Sister Irene are on their way to the XXX hotel" Jasmine said.

"Oh, thank goodness. Calm sister. I'm sure you can have a good meeting with me" Axel said.

"So calm down. I won't let you down" Jasmine said.

"Before a minute, William wants to talk to you" Axel said.

"Hello, Miss," said William.

"Yes, Brother Will. What's up?" ask Jasmine.

"Please ask Irene, has she eaten yet? But in the morning in a hurry, we did not have time for breakfast. Irene has a history of acute ulcer disease. I was worried that the illness would recur" William replied in a worried tone.

Irene smiled hearing that. Irene is happy to have a husband who is very affectionate and considerate to her. Shortly after, their car entered the XXX hotel area. Jasmine and Irene get out of the car immediately, then meet an important client from the land of Sakura, Mr. Kimura.

Jasmine's meeting with Mr. Kimura went well. Both have a job deal for both companies. Mr. Kimura was very impressed when Jasmine explained all the cooperation programs proposed by Alvaro Group.

"You're amazing, Young Miss Alvaro. Even though you are young and inexperienced, but you have the ability that needless to say as an Alvaro. I'm very happy that our company can work with your family's company" Mr Kimura said.

"Thank you Sir. You're too complimenting," Jasmine said politely.

Mr. Kimura immediately left the XXX hotel, as he had to go to the airport and make a flight to his country, Japan.

"Sister, we'll just eat at this restaurant. The food menu is pretty good here" Jasmine suggested.

"Alright, Miss. But let's go to the toilet for a while, yes" replied Irene.

"Please, Brother," said Jasmine.

Irene immediately went to the toilet to spit out what was inside her stomach. Actually since then he had been holding back the turmoil in his stomach. His stomach disease relapsed, his stomach felt sore and made him feel nauseous.

"Hufft... My stomach really relapsed. I need to take medication before it gets worse. I can't make Miss Jasmine and William worry," Irene murmured as she wiped the cold sweat on her face.

Irene took her medicine bottle. Then immediately gulp down the liquid-shaped medicine. After that he immediately cleaned his mouth and stepped out leaving the toilet. While going back to the table they had ordered, Irene accidentally collided with a young girl of Jasmine's age.

The girl looked at Irene with annoyance.

"Where did you put your eyes? How dare you hit me! If the road is careful!" snarl the girl.

"Why should you be angry? Whose eyes are busy on your phone screen, that means you're wrong" Irene said.

"How dare you blame me!" snatch the girl again.

The girl was about to slap Irene in the face, but her hand was held back by Jasmine.

"Based on society's garbage, you're wrong because of your eyes that yell. Still willing to blame someone else," Jasmine snapped as she threw out the girl's hand.

"You! How dare you yell at me! You don't know who I am. Ahhhhh!" the arrogant girl kept yelling.

"I don't know, and I don't want to know. Care very much who you are. Want the son of the president or the king though, if it's wrong you have to apologize," said Jasmine annoyed.

"Already Miss. Ignore it, her name is also a unstable girl" said Irene.

"What did you say?" the girl shouted, then pushed Irene's body firmly.

Irene fell on the floor and fainted. Jasmine and the girl were instantly shocked.

"Curtain! Weak basic. Being pushed like that just instantly fainted," the girl sneered.

The furious Jasmine, instantly grabbed the haircut of the arrogant girl.

"Aarrgghh!" screech the girl.

Jasmine instantly pushed the girl until she fell down on the floor. If not for seeing Irene's condition, Jasmine would have already beaten up the super arrogant girl.

"You better get out of here before my patience runs out!" snapped Jasmine.

The girl went straight away. Jasmine approached Irene and tried to wake her up.

"Sister Irene, wake up!" call Jasmine.

Irene did not wake up. Anxious Jasmine immediately took her phone. Luckily Evan was calling her.

"Hello, Evan. Where are you?" jasmine asked worriedly.

"I'm at the hotel restaurant. You come here quickly. Brother Irene fainted," Jasmine replied.

"All right, I'll be there soon" Evan said.

Evan's headed to the XXX hotel restaurant. Upon seeing Jasmine, Evan immediately ran up to her.

"Jasmine, how's sister Irene doing?" ask Evan.

"Sister Irene is still unconscious. We'd better get her to the hospital right away" Jasmine replied.

Evan carried Irene's body and carefully placed her in the car. After that, Evan drove his car fast. Upon arriving at the hospital, Helena had already welcomed their arrival in the IGD room. Jasmine had already contacted Helena before.

Helena immediately checked on Irene.

"His blood pressure is very low" said Helena anxiously.

"Sister William said, if Sister Irene has acute ulcer disease. And this morning Irene was late for a meal" said Jasmine.

Helena checked Irene's pulse back.

"Aarrgh!" Irene began to wake up.

Irene's hand was holding her head which was still hurting.

"Thank God you're aware of Irene" Helena said.

"What happened to me?" ask Irene.

"Sister fainted. Me and Evan took sister to the hospital, Helena," replied Jasmine with an anxious face.

"Thank you Jasmine" said Irene.

"Together, Brother," replied Jasmine.

"Irene, are you still doing the treatment I suggested first?" ask Helena.

Irene nodded.

"And what about your menstrual schedule?" ask Helena again.

"Since adolescence, my menstrual schedule has not been smooth every month" Irene replied. "Is there a problem?"

"No. But we better do a further examination," Helena replied with a smile.

Irene simply nodded and forced her smile. In my heart Irene was very scared. Helena took Irene to Zahra's doctor's office. Doctor Zahra, who had been contacted by Helena, welcomed their arrival. Jasmine and Evan waited outside the room.

"Please get on the bed first, ma'am," said Dr. Zahra.

Then Zahra's doctor performed an examination using an ultrasound device.

"Are my guesses right, doctor?" ask Helena.

"Right, doctor Helena," replied Zahra.

"What pain am I, doctor? Is my pain severe?" Irene asked with a scared look on her face.

Helena and doctor Zahra smiled.

"You're sick, Irene. Your stomach disease is relapsing. But there's something else going on with your body" Helena replied.

Irene's face grew tense. Doctor Zahra used his ultrasound device back.

"Mrs Irene, look at the monitor. There's a little dot there" said Irene.

"Is it some kind of tumor or cyst?" ask Irene.

"Not Madam. This is the baby, you. Congratulations, Mrs Irene, you are currently pregnant and the gestational age is only 4 weeks" said Dr. Zahra.

Irene rolled her eyes.

"W-what? Am I really pregnant with a doctor? Miss Helena?" Irene asked in disbelief.

"Truely Irene, you're pregnant. Congratulations, yes" said Helena.

Irene was crying happily. Helena hugged him.

"Eventually all your struggles and patience pay off, Irene. Now you're pregnant and you're going to have a child" Helena said quietly.

"Thank God. William would be so happy if he knew he was going to be a father" Irene said sobbing.

Axel and William accelerate their steps upon arrival at the hospital. Axel went straight to Zahra's doctor's office, according to a message sent by Jasmine.

"Jasmine, Evan," call Axel.

"Sister, Brother Will," said Jasmine.

"Where is Irene? And how's it going?" ask William to worry.

"Sir Irene is still being examined inside, accompanied by Kak Helena," Jasmine replied.

The door of Zahra's doctor's room opened, and Helena came out.

"Thank God you've come" Helena said as she looked at Axel and William.

"How's Irene doing, ma'am?" ask William.

"You better get inside, Will. There's something Irene wants to tell you" replied Helena.

William opened the door and entered Zahra's doctor's office.

"Please come in, sir," said Dr. William.

"Will," called Irene with eyes still crying.

William immediately approached Irene who was lying on the bed. William grabbed Irene's hand and kissed her.

"Dear, relax. I'm already here. You have nothing to fear" said William softly.

"My wife is sick what doctor?" ask William.

Irene immediately pulled William's hand and placed it on her still flat stomach.

"Is your stomach hurting, baby?" ask William.

Irene shook her head while smiling.

"Do you know Will? Inside here is a junior candidate William" Irene said.

"What?" William's surprised.

"You're gonna be a dad soon, Will. We will have children and be parents" Irene said softly.

"Is that true, doctor? Is my wife really pregnant?" ask William who still does not believe.

"Truly Sir. Mrs Irene is currently pregnant, and she is 4 weeks pregnant" Zahra's doctor replied, submitting a picture of the USG results.

William's hand trembled slightly as he received the ultrasound results. Her tears fell unbearably.

"Thank God, this is the best gift you can give. Thank you dear. I love you so much" said William and kissed Irene softly on the forehead.

The two of them embraced each other with a feeling of happiness.
