Chapters 5. Divorce Lawsuit

Helena was crying in the room. He did not accept Marco's treatment. The slap Marco gave him was hard enough to leave a bruise on his face. Helena's heart hurts so much. Helena immediately wiped her tears.

"I've survived enough. I won't let them hurt me anymore" Helena said with a look of resentment.

Helena immediately opened her wardrobe and stuffed her clothes into the suitcase. Helena was only carrying items she thought were important. Helena's determination has been unanimous to get out of Marco's mansion.

Marco takes Sherly to his new room next to Helena's. The two were sitting on the couch with Sherly hugging Marco's arm and resting his head on Marco's shoulder. Marco closed his eyes and tried to control his emotions. In her heart she regretted slapping Helena. Although she was angry with Helena's attitude, she shouldn't have given Helena such a hard slap. Marco fears that his relationship with Helena will deteriorate.

Sherly knows that Marco is thinking about Helena, and she will not let Marco's mind be filled with Helena. Sherly raises her face and starts kissing Marco's neck so Marco is****g. And one hand mischievously touched his chest and then went down to touch Marco's combat weapon.

"Emh... What are you doing Sherly? Don't lure me. Your body will still hurt from the fall earlier," said Marco while holding back his desire.

Sherly just smiled and got more and more excited about giving the attack. He had already memorized Marco's body weakness point. Helena rolled her eyes panted while listening to that disgusting voice. He immediately stepped his foot down the stairs. In the living room were Mr. Husein and Mrs Miranda.

"Where are you going Helena? After you tried to hurt Sherly and my future grandchildren, you just wanted to get out of here?" asked Madame Miranda in an angry tone.

"I'm not pushing Sherly, whether you believe it or not. And I can't live in a place that's already like this cattle farm" Helena replied.

"What do you mean, Helena? Please don't go, son. We can talk about it carefully" said Mr. Husein, trying to keep Helena from leaving Marco's mansion.

"Try you guys to go upstairs and take a look at yourself" Helena replied with a cynical smile.

Mr. Husein and the curious Mrs Miranda immediately moved up and went upstairs. As soon as they reached the stairs they heard Marco and Sherly's loud howls. The faces of Mr. Husein and Mrs Miranda immediately turned red in embarrassment at the absurd voice. They decided to go back to the family room.

"Hows it? It feels like a cow farm, right? And there's nothing more we need to talk about, Papa-in-law" Helena said with a mocking smile.

Helena walked away. Driving her sports car, Helena leaves Marco's mansion. The first place Helena went to was the hospital. He wanted to do a visa as one of the proofs to file a divorce lawsuit to the court. Helena also copied CCTV footage from the family room when Marco slapped her.

After getting a visa from the hospital, Helena immediately went to the court office. On the way, Helena contacts Emily and tells her that she will be suing for Marco's divorce. Helena also recounted the incident she had experienced earlier. Emily was furious when she heard Marco slapped Helena. Emily immediately followed Helena to the court office.

After examining all the evidence presented by Helena, including CCTV footage showing the KDRT, the court finally processed her divorce suit against Marco. And will immediately send divorce papers and subpoenas to Marco's side.

"You're just waiting for your divorce proceedings. And what if Marco refuses to divorce you, Helen?" ask Emily while driving Helena.

"With the evidence I have, Marco will not be able to resist it. And from the CCTV footage it was also proven that I didn't push Sherly" Helena replied.

"Then what do you want to do now?" ask Emily again.

"I want to go back to Paris. I have to tell Daddy and Mommy about my marriage to Marco" Helena replied.

"No need to thank me. We are friends, even like brothers, Helen," said Emily.

Helena nodded with a smile, in her heart she was grateful God gave her best friend Emily for her.

After traveling for several hours, Helena and Emily arrive at the Hermawan mansion. Their arrival was greeted with great joy by the Helena family.

"Finally Mommy's favorite daughter came home too. We miss you so much, dear," said Miss Charlotte, hugging and kissing Helena.

"Helena also misses you so much" Helena said.

Helena alternately hugged her father and mother. Mr. Narendra hugged Helena tightly. He misses his beloved daughter very much.

"Mom, Dad, this is my best friend Emily. She was also Helena's college friend in Austria" Helena said, introducing Emily.

"Halo Uncle and Aunty. Meet me Emily. Nice to meet you guys" said Emily.

"It's nice to meet you, Emily. We are the parents of Helena. Let's have a seat, dear" said Mrs Charlotte, holding Emily's hand and taking her to the living room.

"Why doesn't Marco come home with you? Was he too busy to take you home?" ask Mr. Narendra.

"Helena's coming here, because Helena wants to tell Daddy and Mommy something" Helena replied.

"Helena has filed for divorce with Marco" Helena said.

Mr. Narendra and Mrs Charlotte were very surprised.

"Divorce duty? What the hell is going on? Why did you file for divorce? Tell Daddy and Mommy, baby," asked Mr. Narendra.

Helena also tells about the problems in her household starting from the affair committed by Marco and his friend Sherly so that makes Sherly pregnant and the two have also been married. Helena also recounted the moment Marco slapped her for the slander Sherly had given her.

Mr. Narendra's face turned red and his blood seemed to boil knowing the misfortune that befell his daughter. Madame Charlotte was crying, wondering how much pain Helena felt.

"Show Daddy, where b*j****n it hurt you!" exclaim Mr. Narendra.

Helena took a wet tissue and cleaned up the makeup she used to cover Marco's slap marks. As soon as the make up was clean, the wound on Helena's left cheek made Mr. Narendra even more angry.

"How dare that man hurt my daughter! I'll break his hand!" shouted Mr. Narendra.

"Helena please calm Daddy down. Helena does not want Daddy to do something that will harm Daddy. Simply cut off the cooperation relationship between HH Corps and the Austin family company and help Helena to be free from Marco and his family immediately" Helena asked.

"Definitely darling. Daddy is not willing to establish a cooperative relationship with a petty person like them. And Daddy will also prepare the best lawyer to accompany you to settle your divorce case with Marco" said Mr. Narendra.

"Thank you Daddy" Helena said, hugging her father.

While at Marco's mansion, having finished with his heated struggle with Sherly, Marco comes out of the room and meets his parents. Marco was furious when he found out Helena was coming out of the mansion while carrying all her belongings. Sherly cheered happily in her heart.

"I should have gone after Helena and apologized to her" Marco said.

And Marco's gerrymandering grew as the head manager of his company informed him that HH Corps had severed its partnership with the Royal Company. Mr. Husein was furious.

"Father warned, keep your attitude and your words. Don't offend Helena. Now that Mr. Narendra must have known about your household problems so he decided to cooperate with our company, HH Corps" Mr. Husein was full of emotions.

Marco and Madam Miranda were silent while bowing their heads.

"Papa take it easy. Royal Company has grown rapidly and has subsidiaries in several regions in Germany. Without the support of HH Corps, the Royal Company will survive" Sherly said.

Marco was surprised to hear Sherly's words. He gave a sharp look to his young wife.

"It's so bad you talk like that, Sherly! You can talk like that if your family is on par with Helena's family," snapped Mr. Husein who was increasingly ignited by his emotions.

Sherly was silent. His heart was very angry. He did not accept her to compare him who had been an orphan with Helena, and also underestimated her. Sherly squeezed her dress, then shed tears. Mistress Miranda who knew it became heartless.

"My husband. Calm yourself. Don't yell at Sherly like that. Poor thing, she's pregnant with our granddaughter, the future heir of the Austin family," Miranda said, trying to appease her husband.

Mr. Husein just kept quiet while massaging his temple. Marco immediately picked up his phone and contacted Helena. But it can't, because Helena has blocked Marco's number. Marco slammed his phone into the sofa. Then she goes to Helena's room leaving Sherly and her parents who are still in the room. Marco laid his body on the bed that used to be their bed. Marco hugged Helena's pillow and rolled up and inhaled the scent of Helena's body that was still left there. Marco cried, he was so sorry to have hurt Helena, the woman he loved so much.
