Chapters 25. The Real Me

There were two sports cars arriving in front of the Alvaro mansion. Emily got off the red sports car, while Aiden got off the black sports car with Azzura.

"You?!" emily and Aiden together.

While Azzura gasped to hear the two scream.

"You two know each other?" ask Azzura.

"No!" answer Emily and Aiden.

Azzura glanced at Aiden and Emily alternately.

"I've met him once at one of the bag shops. She was a bitchy, fierce woman and there was no soft-soft one" Aiden told Azzura.

"Hey! Stupid guy! Take care of your talk. You're a proud, rich-ass man, who's just a little handsome capital and your family's treasure!" snapped Emily.

"What did you say? What was that guy?" Aiden won't take it.

"What I'm saying is, she's a shitty, fierce woman, too" Aiden said.

"You?!" point Emily in Aiden's face.

Emily and Aiden glared at each other.

"Enough! You are like little children" cried Azzura.

Azzura walked up to Emily.

"Hi, pretty sister. Introduce my name Azzura," Azzura said as she extended her hand.

Emily accepted Azzura's hand and shook it.

"Emily" said Emily.

"If you may know, why would you call him a stupid man?" ask Azzura.

"How can it not be stupid to choose a woman who is dressed like a clown and even looks like a sprightly aunt and this man is like his gigolo" replied Emily.

"What did you say? The man as handsome as myself who got the gift of good looks from the Greek god, you call a gigolo," furious Aiden with his angry face.

Azzura laughed out loud.

"Queen!" aiden shouted annoyed.

Azzura stopped her laughter.

"I like my sister. Is her friend's sister Helena?" ask Azzura.

"Yes" replied Emily.

"I'm Jasmine's best friend, sister-in-law Helena. But I'm also close to Helena. She is like my older sister" Azzura said.

"And this guy, whose brother says like a gigolo is my brother, his name is Aiden. He's a friend of Axel and Helena's sister" Azzura said.

Emily just nodded her head.

"We'd better get into the mansion. They must have been waiting for our arrival. Come on, sister," Azzura.

Azzura pulls Emily's hand and invites her into the mansion. While Aiden followed them from behind still with his unfortunate face. They were immediately greeted warmly by Helena and Jasmine. Soon, Axel joined in.

"Emily, this is Axel, my husband. And this is Jasmine, Axel's sister."

"And Axel, Jasmine, this is Emily, my college friend and best friend."

Helena introduces Emily to Axel and Jasmine.

"Welcome to the Alvaro mansion, Emily," Axel said kindly.

"Thank you Young Master Alvaro" said Emily.

"Call Axel," Axel said.

"Alright, Axel," replied Emily.

"Hi, Emily's sister, I'm Jasmine. I'm so glad I finally got to meet Emily. Helena's sister used to tell me about you a lot" Jasmine said with a smile.

"It's nice to meet you, Jasmine, too" Emily said.

"Aiden. There's something I want to talk to you about" Axel said.

Aiden nodded. Axel and Aiden go to Axel's study. Helena and Jasmine take Azzura and Emily to the kitchen. Azzura and Emily sit at the mini bar to continue their conversation while watching Helena make a breakfast dish that Jasmine helps with.

Aiden dropped his hips on the sofa in Axel's room. And Axel too.

"What do you want to talk about, Axel?" ask Aiden.

"What are you hiding from me, Aiden?" Axel asked back.

Aiden frowned not understanding.

"There's no way Axel knows what Jasmine and I have done to investigate Marissa" Aiden said.

Axel grinned.

"I know Aiden," cried Axel.

Aiden widened his eyes and looked at Axel in disbelief.

"I'm back, Aiden. Axello Zyan Alvaro, your friend and brother are back" Axel said with a sharp look.

Aiden smiled happily.

"You're finally back, brother. I'm very happy" said Aiden happily mixed.

"Thank you, brother. You have always been loyal to me, even though you knew at that time I was not fully myself" Axel said.

Aiden nodded with a smile.

"What do you know?" ask Aiden.

Axel took out a bottle of antidote.

"You already know about this drug.Where did you get it?" ask Aiden again.

"From the factory and handed over directly by the manufacturer," replied Axel.

Aiden smile.

"So you've met Zheng's doctor in person" Aiden said.

Axel nodded.

The Flashback

Axel's car stopped at the Marris mansion, but at the back door, which was one of the secret doors. Axel used to enter the mansion through that door. Axel got out of the car, followed by William and Irene. Aiden's men who are members of the Red Dragon welcome Axel's arrival with friendly.

"Is Aiden in the mansion?" ask Axel.

"There, Sir. Please come in," replied one of the Red Dragon members.

Axel nodded.

"You two wait here" Axel told William and Irene.

"Okay, sir," they answered simultaneously.

Axel entered the door that led to the main part of the mansion. Azzura was in the garden, she canceled her soaking intention. Azzura sees Axel coming. Azzura finds out that Aiden and Jasmine are in Aiden's private room with a guest.

"Sister Axel," cried Azzura.

"Azzuraj. You're back. Is Jasmine back with you too?" ask Axel.

"of course. He was with Aiden and their guests" Azzura replied.

"Guests?" ask Axel.

"Follow me, brother," Azzura asked.

Azzura walked towards somewhere. Axel followed him from behind. Axel felt alien to the path and place he was passing by at this moment.

Azzura stopped in a room. Azzura took down the painting on the wall. There were small holes in the wall. Azzura and Axel instantly heard the voices of Aiden, Jasmine and a man named Doctor Zheng. Axel stood near the small hole. Axel could clearly hear all three of them talking. Starting from the poison that Marissa gave to weaken the performance of Axel's brain and the antidote. Axel also learns that Marissa is alive and is currently in a relationship with a man named Javier Alonso.

Axel clenched his hand as he learned all the truth about Marissa. Axel felt stupid because it was affected by the sweet mouth and cunning Marissa, even to fall in love with the woman. Axel and Azzura were already outside with William and Irene.

"Now my sister knows. Jasmine is not wrong. He's always trying to find evidence of Marissa's rot. Although big sister was hostile towards her, Jasmine did not give up. All that he did because of his great affection for Kak Axel. I beg you, brother make up with Jasmine immediately. He misses you so much, sister," Azzura said.

"I understand. Thank you very much, Azzura. Because of you I know everything. You don't have to worry, Jasmine and I will make up" Axel said.

"Can you keep my arrival a secret from Aiden and Jasmine?" ask Axel.

"Send me. I don't need to worry" Azzura said.

Axel nodded with a smile. Then Axel and his two assistants immediately walked out of the Morris family mansion.

"Will, follow the car in front of it," Axel ordered as he saw doctor Zheng's car coming out of the mansion.

They followed Doctor Zheng's car all the way to doctor Zheng's mansion.

"Excuse me, doctor. My boss wants to see you" William said, seeing Zheng's doctor, who had just stepped out of his car.

Doctor Zheng smiled.

"Tell it to your boss. Let's just talk inside" said Dr. Zheng.

Axel and William break into Zheng's doctor's mansion, while Irene waits in the car while standing guard. An hour later, Axel and William came out of the mansion.

"What's the plan, sir, now?" ask William.

Axel picked up a bottle from inside his suit pocket. It was the antidote that doctor Zheng had given him.

"Women are good at making dramas. So, our drama is reciprocated with drama," Axel said grinning.

William and Irene gave their evil smiles. Axel held his head, the pain reappeared.

"Wouldn't we go to the hospital and check on you, sir?" ask William.

Axel shakes.

"Freely I have a wife who works as a doctor, if you still have to see another doctor," said Axel upset.

William and Irene smiled. They know Axel wants to be with Helena now.

"Good, Sir. We're back at the mansion right now" exclaimed William.

Flashback Off

"So, are you going to play a role now?" ask Aiden.

"Of course" Axel said. "Let's not let anyone else know, so that this drama looks real, including Helena and my family."

"Including Jasmine?" ask Aiden.

"Yes" Axel replied.

"alright. But you should know the consequences later. Helena would've misunderstood you if she saw you and Marissa together. What if Helena chooses to leave you later?" ask Aiden.

"For that problem. I'm asking you for help. Help me convince Helena to keep her going with our marriage. I did all this to protect her. I'm sure Marissa is just a pawn. There are still far more dangerous people behind him and controlling him" Axel said.

"Without you asking me to help you. I've always wanted to see you guys together a long time ago." "How do you feel about Helena now? Did you love him?" ask Aiden.

Axel shrugged both of his shoulders.

"I don't know. I definitely don't want to lose Helena. I don't want him to leave my life again" Axel said.

"That means you love Helena, but your ego is too high to admit it. You've loved her since she was a child" Aiden said.

"Remember! The players are getting in front now" Aiden added.

Axel's face turns irritated when he remembers doctor Rey, one of Helena's male co-worker doctors who looks very interested in Helena and is after her. Axel snorted in annoyance.

"Aiden's right. I have to keep an eye on that man, the pebinor-scented man," Axel's inner fury growled.

"Now say, what important thing are you hiding from me? Believe me I'm back to being the real Axel" asked Axel.

Aiden breathed.

"We have found Patrick's whereabouts" Aiden replied.

Axel widened his eyes.

"He was in England. Patrick was found badly injured and is now in a coma. Patrick is under the protection of Prince Aaron. Patrick was one of Marissa's victims and her accomplice" Aiden said.

Axel nodded in understanding.

"Have you guys taken Patrick's parents away from America?" ask Axel again.

"No. But it was Philippe who accepted their arrival. They are currently in the hospital where Patrick is being treated, hoping to help Patrick recover. And what managed to get them out of your men's custody was your sister-in-law's candidate" Aiden replied.

"Sister-in-law's candidate?" axel didn't understand.

"Yes. The Turkish bule, Evander Sahir," Aiden said.

Axel smile.

"My sister never got the wrong choice" Axel said.

Axel and Aiden are now joined by women enjoying their breakfast, including William and Irene. After breakfast Axel left for Alvaro Group with his assistants. While the women plan to walk in one of the shopping centers. Azzura was enthusiastic when he found out Emily had the same hobby as him, which was hunting branded goods.

"I go to work first" said Axel, giving his right hand to Helena.

"Yes, congratulations" said Helena without seeing Axel's face, then salim and kiss the back of Axel's hand.

"Is that how a wife lets her husband go to work? If she spoke, she saw her husband's face. Later rejeknya less blessed," said Axel annoyed.

Helena raised her face.

"Yes, heart-ha....."

Cup...

Axel kisses Helena's lips.

Blushes... (Helena's face is blushing)

Helena rounded her eyes. His body was frozen.

"That's true. Assalamualaikum," Axel said with a smile, then turned his body.

"Waalaikumsalam" replied Helena slowly.

And how shocked Axel was when he found out Jasmine, Azzura and Emily were there and saw everything. Axel's face instantly turned cold to cover up his embarrassment. Helena's face turned red with embarrassment.

"Look easy, brother. Just think of us as invisible astral beings" Jasmine said with a smile holding back her laughter.
