Chapters 15. Plunked

Axel was talking to Mr. Robinson while sitting on a long sofa. Suddenly came a beautiful woman in a tight maroon dress with a cleavage low enough to show two very tempting mounds, approaching to their place.

"Good night, Mr. Robinson," said the woman.

"Good night Miss Meyer" replied Mr. Robinson.

"Mr Axel introduced this is Miss Evelyn Meyer, daughter of Mr. Andreas Meyer, the owner of UniMeyer" Mr. Robinson said.

"Good night, Mr. Axel. Meet me Evelyn Meyer. Nice to meet you," Evelyn said as she reached out with a seductive look.

"Good night Miss Meyer" Axel replied as he received Evelyn's hand.

Evelyn accidentally played her hand while shaking with Axel. Quickly, Axel immediately pulled his hand. Evelyn simply smiled, then dropped her waist and sat down near Axel.

"It turns out the rumors about the good looks of Young Master Alvaro is indeed true. Can we be even closer friends, Mr Axel?" evelyn asked as she brought her body closer to Axel's.

Axel spontaneously shifted to the side and slightly moved away, as he felt uncomfortable. Mr. Robinson just smiled looking at her. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Robinson left to welcome his other guests and left Axel with Evelyn. Evelyn was getting excited to get closer to Axel.

"Mr Axel, you are truly enchanting. What if after this event we have our own show? It's just the two of us" Evelyn teased as she bit her lower lip and brought her body closer to Axel's.

Axel's face hardened.

"I thank you for your offer, Miss Evelyn. Sorry, I'm not interested. Because I already have my own show with my wife. Please keep your distance and attitude. I don't want to make my wife misunderstand later" Axel replied coldly.

Evelyn's bright face instantly turned cloudy. He is disappointed to learn that Axel is married and has a wife. But all that did not dampen Evelyn's intention to get Axel.

"Oh, I'm sorry sir. But, if Mr. Axel changes his mind, you can contact me, "Evelyn flirtatious said as she handed me a business card.

Axel received the business card and placed it on the table as he picked up his drink.

While at the mini bar, Sherly also started her drama.

"How are you, Helena, former Lady Marco Austin?" asked Sherly who deliberately raised her voice.

Mrs Robinson and the other guests were shocked to hear Sherly's remarks. Guests whispered that Helena was Marco Austin's ex-wife. Helena just turned the ball off.

"What are you doing Sherly? Why are you talking so loud? Aren't you ashamed of the other guests?" marco asked annoyed.

The noise was heard all the way to where Axel was. Axel's feelings were not calm.

"What's that commotion, Will?" ask Axel.

"I don't know, Sir. But I heard Miss Helena's name mentioned," replied William.

Axel immediately stood up and walked quickly towards the source of the commotion with William walking behind him. Evelyn also moved from her seat because she was also curious. Axel and William stop their steps when they see Helena facing Marco and his wife.

"So this is the drama that Helena said earlier," Axel's inner self with a faint smile.

"Why should I be ashamed of my husband? I'll talk as is. Helena is your first ex-wife, but she can't give you a child. It is in stark contrast to a healthy and fertile woman like me who has given you a handsome and healthy boy who will be the heir to the Austin family. While Helena is classified as an imperfect woman, it could be a barren woman. The proof is that my husband is healthy and fertile, so we can have children" Sherly said.

Axel's face hardened and his hands clasped firmly holding in anger. Mrs Robinson widened her eyes in disbelief. While the guests begin to gossip and spread rumors that Helena is a barren woman. "Mrs Sherly Austin. To be honest as long as I was married to Mr. Marco, it was true that we did not have any children. Axel stood beside Helena.

"Did something happen, honey? Did they hurt you?" axel asked as he touched Helena's right cheek gently.

Helena flinched, and instantly her blood rippled. His tongue felt faint to answer Axel's question. Helena was silent while looking at Axel's face.

"Darling?" exclaim Marco shock.

Sherly and Evelyn. Axel turned his body and looked towards Marco with his hands still hugging Helena's waist possessively.

"Husband?" ask Marco and Sherly at the same time.

"True, this woman you just despised is the Young Madam in the Alvaro family," Axel replied.

Marco and Sherly widened their eyes. The Alvaro family owns the Alvaro Group, the largest retail company in Asia and Europe. And of course the Royal Company company is not comparable to a mega company as big as Alvaro Group.

"You married?" marco asked in disbelief.

"True, we are married and officially become husband and wife now," Helena replied with a smile.

"Mister Marco better teach your wife this manners. I will not remain silent if my wife is humiliated and demeaned. To me, my wife is a jewel and a symbol of my honor. If my wife is insulted, then it would be tantamount to insulting myself and Alvaro's extended family. We Alvaro family will not stay silent if we are insulted. We can easily make the Royal Company flat on the ground" Axel said coldly with his evil face.

Marco gulped his salivary rough. She does not expect that Axel, her little friend Helena is an Alvaro. Now Axel and Helena are married and united. Marco's heart felt pierced repeatedly with a sharp knife.

"I'm asking your wife to apologize to my wife. Because what he is accusing is not true. My wife is a healthy and perfect woman. For child problems, we never get dizzy. We are still young. "Please be guided by Mr. Marco. Not Helena but Young Madame Alvaro" Irene exclaimed.

"You made trouble first, Sherly. You better apologize, or they'll take the matter to the law. You know the Alvaro family is a distinguished and powerful family. I don't want the Royal Company to be destroyed just because of you. Unless you want to live in poverty" Marco said with emotion.

Sherly shakes. He did not want to live as poor as he used to. She wants to continue to enjoy her luxurious life as Mrs Marco Austin. He had to decline in his self-esteem in front of Helena.

"alright. I apologize for my ominous remarks earlier, Young Madam Alvaro. And I beg you not to take this matter to the law and not to put me in prison" Sherly pleaded with her fake face.

Helena smiled in a slant.

"How's my husband?" ask Helena gently to Axel.

"Whatever makes you happy, dear," Axel replied no less gently to make the hearts of the women who heard it melt.

"Alright Mrs Austin, I'm sorry. I hope you won't repeat it again, because all of that will only embarrass yourself" Helena replied with a triumphant smile.

Sherly lowered her head. She squeezed her dress tightly until her knuckles turned white from enduring embarrassment and anger. She had hoped that Helena would feel humiliated, but instead turned into her humiliated self.

"Ekhm!"

Mr Robinson mendehem.

"All right. The problem is over, isn't it? We'd better have dinner now. My wife, tell the waiters to prepare our dinner" Mr. Robinson said.

"Well my husband" replied Mrs Robinson.

"Let's go to the dining room, my wife" Axel told Helena.

Axel continues to be friendly in front of Marco. Axel knows Marco still has feelings for Helena. And Axel saw the flames of jealousy in Marco's eyes. It was not only Marco who was jealous, but also Evelyn. He gave a look of hatred to Helena.

"My husband, I'll let you go to the toilet for a second, yeah" Helena asked.

"Alright, don't be long. I wait in the dining room" Axel replied.

Helena simply nodded as she moved her feet towards the toilet. Axel gestured for Irene to follow Helena as he saw Evelyn and Sherly also walking towards the toilet.
