Chaptre 30. Don't Want You to Get Heartache

Early in the morning, Axel was already in Marissa's apartment. Electricity and water lines in Marissa's apartment are experiencing problems and need to be repaired. Marissa begged Axel so she could stay in Axel's mansion.

Axel rejected it subtly for various reasons. Eventually Axel takes Marissa to the A1 hotel and places her in the presidential suite. Marissa was glad that her plan had finally worked. Although he could not stay in the mansion, but he was sure the plan he had prepared would definitely go smoothly.

"Don't you want to stay and keep me here, baby?" marissa asked spoiled as the two were inside the hotel room after moving some of Marissa's belongings.

"Sorry Cha. Today I have to attend an important meeting with Alvaro officials and some clients" Axel replied.

Marissa pouting.

"But tonight you can accompany me to dinner, here?" marissa Pinta.

"alright. Later in the evening we have dinner together," Axel replied with a smile.

"In a moment, the hotel waiter will deliver your breakfast. You eat and rest. If you want to go for a walk, I'll send a driver to take you, "Axel said.

"alright. Thank you so much, baby," said Marissa hugging Axel's arms.

"Then I go to work first, yes" said Axel.

"Yes, be careful. I can't wait for nightfall to have dinner with you" Marissa said.

When Axel got out of the hotel, William and Irene were waiting for him in the car.

"This is Sir, your breakfast menu. This morning Miss Helena made some rib soup. That's delicious, sir. Right Irene?" said William.

"That's right, sir. Miss Helena is very good at cooking" Irene said.

Axel gave a look of annoyance.

"How dare you guys precede me to taste Helena's cooking!" snapped Axel.

"Yes how else. The boss was again the same cym-cemannya," William sneered.

Plaque!!!

Axel hit William on the head.

"Yes...! Sick Boss," cried William.

"Teach your mouth before you speak. Bule pure German just pretentious to say cem-ceman," said Axel annoyed.

Irene threw her face into the street while holding back her laughter.

"Hurry up and run the car, Will! I'm hungry and want to get to the office!" axel's orders.

"Each boss is bucin," William said.

"What did you say?" snapped Axel.

"Ready Boss!" shouting William.

Helena is busy with her work in the hospital. Reymond occasionally looked for an opportunity to approach him. Reymond deliberately invited Helena to lunch together to be alone. But Reymond had to swallow the disappointment pill because Helena also invited Aisya.

In the afternoon, Helena stopped by a supermarket to buy some meat and other groceries. Helena wanted to have a barbecue party with the maids and guards in the mansion.

All that Helena did so that she did not feel lonely because Axel always came home late at night. Especially since Marissa's return, Helena almost never met Axel at night. Helena's heart was sad, but she didn't want to continue to dissolve in her grief.

Unbeknownst to Helena, Reymond followed her earlier.

"What a fool the man who is your current husband, Helen. God has given you a wife as good as you, but she's enjoying another woman's arms" Reymond said.

Reymond walked closer to Helena.

"Helena," call someone.

Helena surprised. He immediately turned his body around and saw who had called him. Helena sees a man from her past holding a handsome baby boy.

"Marco?!"

Reymond immediately stopped his steps and hid again.

"What are you doing here?" ask Helena.

"I want to talk to you. I beg you to give me a moment" said Marco pleading.

Helena and Marco are currently in a cafe near the supermarket. Marco put the baby in the stroller. Reymond was also in the same cafe, and sat behind Helena so that Helena would not know of her whereabouts.

"What do you want to talk about? We don't have any more business, do we?" ask Helena.

Marco took a deep breath and looked at Helena's face.

"Me and Sherly are getting a divorce" Marco said.

Helena frowned.

"He lied to me all this time. Behind me she has a dark boyfriend, named Rocky. I caught them making out at the hotel" Marco explained.

Helena exhaled her rough breath.

"Then what about your children?" helena asked while looking at Marco's baby who was sleeping soundly.

"Deniz, is not my son. I've done a DNA test with him. Sherly swapped our baby girl for baby Deniz to please Papa and Mama who desperately wanted a baby boy. And I don't know where my real son is now" Marco said in tears.

Marco looks very fragile. Helena felt sorry for.

"Why don't you look for him?" ask Helena.

"I'm trying to find him. I lost track of her, and even Sherly doesn't know where our son is. But there is a little bright spot. The hospital where Sherly gave birth said a couple had adopted a baby girl whose parents were unknown. And they brought the baby to this country" Marco replied.

"I'm really stupid to have fallen into Sherly's trap and all his lies over the years" Marco said.

"Yes I'm a fool. I have wasted a woman as good as you for the sake of a j. I came here because I wanted to apologize to you. I'm so sorry. I want to reduce the burden of my guilt that has hurt you so much during your time as my wife" Marco said.

Reymond rounded his eyes, when he learned that the man Helena was with was Helena's ex-husband.

Helena let out a rough breath.

"I've forgiven you, even though I probably won't be able to forget it" Helena said.

"Then what is the fate of this innocent baby? Are you gonna throw it away?" ask Helena.

"No. Even though he is not my flesh and blood, I will still be his father. I love him so much. He is the source of my current strength, even though my parents rejected him. I will raise her and also will continue to try to find my biological daughter" Marco replied.

Helena smiled.

"You're not Marco's good husband, even very bad. But you're a good father" said Helena.

Marco smiled.

"How's your relationship with Axel? Are you happy with your marriage?" ask Marco.

Helena smiled knot.

"Well, I'm happy" replied Helena briefly.

"I'm sorry, because you once broke your friendship. I love you too much, so Axel's presence in your life makes me jealous. I'm sorry, " said Marco.

"It is Marco, and let it pass. I hope you can find your daughter soon and find your happiness" replied Helena.

"Where did you live while you were here? I feel sorry to see your little son. Are you sure you'll take care of it yourself?" ask Helena.

"My mother has a younger sister who lives in this country. My aunt was very nice. She and her family volunteered to help care for Deniz, especially when I was looking for my daughter" Marco replied.

Helena smiled as she nodded.

"I pray that you will always be given Helen's happiness. May your marriage to Axel be your last. I know you've loved each other for a long time, but you're trying not to acknowledge that feeling. You deserve to be happy. I'm willing to let you go, Helen," said Marco.

"Thank you, Marco. I also pray that someday you will get the woman who is the best mate for you. I also pray for your happiness" said Helena.

Helena crouches down and kisses baby Deniz's cheek. Helena and Marco give a hug as friends. Then Marco and the baby left the cafe.

"When are you gonna be a stalker, Rey?" said Helena.

Reymond turned his head, then gave a forced smile.

Helena sat in front of Reymond.

"What does this all mean, Rey?" ask Helena.

Reymond looked at Helena.

"I'm sorry Helen. I can't deny my own feelings. I may have been attracted to you at first, but the longer I realized I had fallen in love with you, Helena. I've always wanted to be by your side, to look after you and protect you. I don't want to see you sick, Helen," Reymond replied honestly.

Helena took a long breath. He was disappointed in Reymond.

"You know for yourself that I'm married and have a husband" Helena said.

"I knew. And I also know that your marriage only lasted 6 months because your husband loved another woman" Reymond said.

Helena stiffened her jaw.

"Enough, Rey. For the sake of our friendship, never interfere in my personal affairs or my marriage" said Helena.

"But your husband loves another woman" protested Reymond.

"I don't care" said Helena.

"I won't force you to return my feelings. But if one day your feelings are no longer able to withstand the pain, tell me. I will take you away from here and from all the things that make you sick, Helena," Reymond said, touching and holding Helena's hand on the table.

Helena pulled her hand.

"Thank you so much Rey for all your attention.

I hope you can throw away your feelings for me. I don't want you to get hurt later. And I'm sorry I can't return your feelings" Helena said.

Helena immediately got up from her seat and left Rey who was still sitting speechless. Helena immediately went back to the mansion. His body was tired and his head was heavy. Helena wanted to arrive at the mansion soon and enjoy a warm bath.
