Chapters 6. Officially Divorced

Two days after Helena's departure from the mansion, Marco gets a subpoena from the court to meet the divorce suit that has been filed by Helena. Marco was furious, he immediately tore the letter. Marco also slammed some of the items in his mansion. That made Sherly and Miss Miranda afraid. After getting tired of the rampage, Marco stepped up the stairs and entered Helena's room and locked her up.

Sherly came out of her room holding a bag on her shoulder. She approached her mother-in-law who was watching television in the living room.

"Mama. Sherly let's go out for a second. Sherly wants to pick up what's left in the apartment" Sherly said.

"Do you want Mama to be with you, baby?" ask Mrs Miranda.

"No need for Ma. I can go there myself. Anyway, my body is fine too. Mama doesn't have to worry. Sherly had already booked a taxi, and was waiting in front," Sherly replied.

"alright. You be careful yeah. If there's anything you call Mama or Marco" Miranda said.

"Yes Ma, definitely. Sherly go first yes Ma," said Sherly to leave Marco's mansion.

Sherly got into the taxi waiting for her.

"Heh... How could I possibly take Marco's mother? I'm gonna have fun with Rocky. Marco's mood is bad, I better avoid him first. I miss Rocky so much and all his touch" Sherly said with a smile.

Helena and Emily are back in Germany. Mr. Narendra orders some of his men to keep an eye on Helena, fearing Marco will try to meet Helena and disrupt her life again. Helena and Emily are having lunch at a restaurant in a star-rated hotel.

"Two more days your first trial of divorce will take place. Are you ready, Helen?" ask Emily.

"I'm ready, Em. Daddy has also prepared several lawyers to accompany me during the trial. Daddy and Mommy will also be present" replied Helena.

"Good then. I'll be with you, too" said Emily.

Helena nodded.

"Thank you, Em," said Helena.

After the meal, Helena and Emily leave the restaurant. When they get to the restaurant, they see Sherly and Rocky hugging and talking***n friendly. The two had just walked out of the hotel room where they were matching their love. Helena and Emily widened their eyes. Emily immediately pulled Helena's hand and approached the two people who were making love.

"Ekhm!" dehem Emily's.

Sherly and Rocky untie their lip link. Sherly is shocked to see Helena and Emily in front of her.

"I know you're a j*****g, Sherly. But I didn't expect you to be this low. You've taken Marco from Helena, and now out there you're still looking for another man to warm your body up" humiliated Emily.

Sherly's face flushed and her jaw hardened. Rocky just kept quiet without intervening.

"g a**r! How dare you insult me!" snapped Sherly.

"Why should you be angry? The truth is like that. Aren't you ashamed of that baby in your womb?" emily said with a mocking smile.

Helena tries to calm Emily down so she doesn't keep fighting with Sherly.

"So talk! This is my life, my business is none of your business. You better entertain your best friend who will soon become a widow" Sherly said, looking at Helena with a mocking look.

Helena spoke up.

"What amuses me for? I'm not sad, I'm really happy that I'm finally free and I don't have any ties to Marco anymore" Helena said.

Sherly looks upset.

Sherly laughs.

"Because I want to take everything you have, Helena. I hate you so much. You're too perfect. You are beautiful, kind, intelligent, born into a rich family and always filled with the affection of everyone around you. Even you have a lover as handsome and as rich as Marco. As for me, since childhood must feel the hard life and lack. In order to get a better education, I had to study hard in order to get a scholarship. I suffered even more when both my parents died in an accident. God is so unfair" Sherly replied with a look of hatred.

"I deliberately approached you and made friends with you so that I could know your weakness. I want to feel happiness like you. And I also want you to feel how life suffers like I've ever felt before" Sherly said with a grin.

Helena smiled wryly.

"So you did all this just out of envy in your heart. You even lowered your pride to take Marco away from me. I feel sorry for you, Sherly. You are beautiful and smart. You should be a more precious woman" Helena said.

"Don't try to insult me, Helen. Now I'm superior to you. Because soon I will be Marco's only wife, the Young Madam of the Austin family," Sherly said.

"Please take Marco. I'm happy to give it to you. Pray that our divorce process will go smoothly so that you can quickly become Young Lady Austin" Helena said with a cynical smile.

"Let's Em, we get out of here before my eyes hurt from watching too much of an indecent spectacle" Helena asked.

Helena and Emily soon leave Sherly in a rage.

"How's Helen? Do you still want a divorce with Marco? You see for yourself that Sherly's been cheating on Marco's back," asked Emily when the two were in the car.

"of course. I don't care if Sherly betrays Marco or not, it's none of my business. I want to be free of the Austin family soon" replied Helena.

After undergoing several court proceedings, the court judge granted Helena's divorce application. With a heavy heart and tears, Marco read his talisman to Helena and the two were officially divorced. Miranda was sad to see her son. As Helena and her family are about to leave the court office, Marco takes them into custody. Marco asked permission to speak to Helena for a moment.

"Helena. I'm sorry for all the wrongs I've done to you. I'm sorry for all the injuries I've done to you. I'm sorry I haven't been able to make you happy as long as you've been my wife. I'm sorry for not being a good husband to you. I'm a stupid man. But I want you to know, I will always love you. You're the only woman in my heart" Marco said in tears.

Helena took a long breath.

"I'm also sorry for not being a good wife to you, so you're looking for another woman. Thank you for all the happiness and suffering you have given me. Our relationship has been enough here. You have to learn to love Sherly, she's your wife and your son's future mother. Give your heart to them. I pray that you are always happy. I'm leaving first, Marco. Goodbye" said Helena.

Helena reached out her hand to shake hands. Marco also received Helena's hand. It felt like she was pulling Helena into his arms. Sherly's heart was hot when she saw Marco looking at Helena with a loving look.

Helena went with her parents back to Paris. Mr. Narendra and his wife are worried that Marco is trying to meet and disrupt Helena's life again. Emily stayed at her father's mansion for a few days, then went to Italy to meet her mother's family.
