Clarissa's Cake 'n Bakery

"Kue red velvetnya one!" david and a beautiful woman at the same time.

"Sorry, Mr and Miss. The red velvet cake is one," said the shopkeeper.

"Sorry Miss. I ordered it first" said David trying to be friendly.

"can't. This red velvet cake is mine. You'd better pick another cake" replied the woman with her face.

David stared in annoyance at the pink-haired woman, wearing a tight shirt and a knee-length short skirt in front of her.

"Just boy. I saw it first, so this cake is yours."

"Just look, but you haven't paid for it yet."

David and the woman continued to argue.

"Master and Miss. Can you stop arguing? You have made other customers uncomfortable" said a middle-aged man, who was none other than the shopkeeper.

David and the woman were silent as they looked around them. Both are quite embarrassed to be the center of attention at the cake shop.

"In the store we have various types of cakes. You can choose our other delicious cakes and do not need to grow this red velvet cake" proposed the store owner.

"I want this red velvet cake!" david and the woman.

The two stared at each other fiercely. The shopkeeper let out a long sigh while twitching his temple. Then the woman looked towards the shopkeeper with a clear face.

"Sir, please give me this red velvet cake. Have pity on this cravings pregnant woman," woo the woman.

"Curtain, drama-smoking," David sneered.

The woman's face looked increasingly sad, she even shed tears in the corner of her eyes. The shop owner was also very sorry.

"Sir, I beg you to yield with this Miss. She's pregnant, and have mercy on the baby in her womb" she asked David.

David exhaled his coarse breath. "All right, give him this cake. And pack a mississippi mud pie for me."

"Good Sir. Waiter, pack a red velvet cake for this Miss. And mississippi mud pie for this Master."

"Thanks," said the woman with her cynical face.

David ignored the woman's words. After paying for the cake, David immediately breezed away leaving the store. David got into the car with a little slamming on the door.

"Why is your face so sour? Like a woman with PMS?" ask Shane who is sitting at the wheel.

David rolled his eyes and stared out the window.

"For that woman, I lost the only red velvet cake left in the store" he said.

Shane followed David's eye.

"Beautiful and attractive woman" praised Shane with her black eyes.

"Curtain! You don't know his mouth is very venomous" David said, leaving Shane stunned.

Shane immediately drove their car to Evan and Jasmine's mansion.

"Are you sure David? Jasmine's husband would definitely not like to see you coming in their mansion," Shane asked.

"Well I know. But my resolve is well-rounded" replied David.

David got out of the car with the cake he had bought. "Would you like to come or stay in the car?"

Shane let out a long sigh, then came right out. Both of them stepped into the courtyard of the mansion, after first requesting permission to the security.

"It's crazy, Bro. The security is tight. The men on guard were not like security, but bodyguards" Shane said.

David agrees. In his family mansion alone which was larger in size, his security system was not that tight.

"Excuse me, sir and Miss. There are guests outside" Matilda reported.

"Who's the guest, Mrs Imelda?" ask Hans.

"There are two men. They said they were friends of Miss Jasmine. One of them claimed to be named David" replied Mrs Matilda.

"Do you want that guy to come here?" asked Evan annoyed.

Evan stood up and was about to meet David, but Axel immediately held him back. "You better go to the room and call Jasmine. Let my executors face the two men."

Evan scrunched his forehead, but Axel's expression was very convincing. So Evan immediately went to his room.

In the living room, David and Shane were stunned as their arrival was greeted by the three beautiful children but with gazes as cold as an iceberg. Baby Triplets sat in front of them. David put the cake he had brought on the table.

"Is the AC temperature in this room very low? My body feels shivering" whispered Shane.

David just forced his smile.

"Hi, sweet children," said David with a smile, but only got a sharp look from the three.

Gleck... (David gulps his saliva)

"So, you're the guy who tried to tease aunty Jasmine?" ask Arkana.

"What?" exclaim David.

"Did your ears not work properly?" Arshaka.

David and Shane looked up and looked at each other.

"Mmh... Meet me David. And this is my friend, Shane," said David.

"Hi," said Shane.

"We are aunty's friends Jasmine."

"Cannot be. Jasmine's aunty friends are good people. But you, no. Because you've made aunty Jasmine and Uncle Evan quarrel" Arkana said.

"Bu-not that kind of sweet kid."

"I'm not sugar" Arkana said.

"OK. I'm sorry. Uncle's coming here, because uncle wants to straighten out the misunderstanding to Uncle Evan. So Evan's uncle won't be mad at Jasmine's aunt." David tried to explain.

Shane shook his head at David's words. How could David say such a thing to a child. Shane took the drink that Madame Matilda had served on the table and drank it.

"Are you not doing?" exciting Arsyilla.

"Uhukkis..." Shane immediately choked and spilled a bit of his drink.

"Well?!"

"Aunty Jasmine has a husband, Uncle Evan. Why are you still chasing after aunty Jasmine? Definitely not doing well," taunted Arshaka with a condescending look.

Shane was stunned by the words of the three twins. While David was silent and trying to control his emotions.

"What a shame my fate today. I met a poisonous woman at a cake shop. And now have to face off against the three mentally weak and spicy-mouthed children, "inner David.

"Have you guys finished having fun, Daddy's darlings?" ask Axel who came with Hans.

Hans could not help but laugh. While Axel remained loyal to his flat face. David looked over and gave his glare towards the Baby Triplets who were walking out of the living room.

"How dare you look at my children like that! Do you want your eyes to pop out one by one?" hardik Axel's.

David immediately nodded. "It turns out his father was even scarier."

Axel and Hans are in place of the Baby Triplets. David and Shane seemed to be in front of the executioners.

"I came here just to accompany David. But why does it feel like he's on trial for committing a felony," said Shane with a pitiful face.

"So you're David?" hans asked as he looked at David from top to bottom.

"really. My name is David" replied David.

"What is your relationship with the three men who tried to harm my sister, Jasmine?" ask Axel directly.

David scrunched his forehead and took a deep breath.

"I don't know any of the three men" David replied.

"I'm telling the truth. I really don't know who they are" he added as he looked at Axel and Hans' incredulous gazes.

"Then, how do you know if Jasmine is in danger? Impossible, if it's a coincidence" Hans said.

"Well, I'll explain the chronology. At first, I accidentally ran into Jasmine in the hallway of the campus towards the toilet. We chatted for a while, before Jasmine finally went to the toilet. No matter how long, there were some students running around with frightened faces. They said that three foreign men were in the ladies' room and forbade anyone from entering."

"I remember when Jasmine went to the toilet. So without a second thought I ran straight to the toilet for fear that something might happen to him. And when I arrived, the three men were fighting with Jasmine. They're trying to gang up on Jasmine" David explained.

"If you don't believe me, you can check the CCTV footage that's there" he added.

"The CCTV footage is dead all over the area, meaning it was deliberately turned off" Hans said.

"Well?!" exclaim David.

"Do you have any hard evidence to convince us?" ask Axel.

David was silent, then shook his head. "I have no evidence or witnesses, because at that time there was only me, Jasmine, and the three unknown men. But for God's sake, I'm telling the truth. I've loved Jasmine since I first saw her. But I'm still sane. I'm not that crazy to justify any means to get it."

"I hold your word. If I knew you were lying, then I wouldn't hesitate to make the O'Connell Cooperation level with the ground" Axel threatened.

David and Shane gulped down their saliva violently. David nodded slowly and inwardly wondered who the man before him was.

"How, Brother?" evan came with Jasmine.

Evan purposely hugged Jasmine's waist possessively. He wanted to show David if Jasmine was just his.

"Although I was upset and disliked him, but he was telling the truth" Axel replied.

Evan and Jasmine sat side by side.

"One more time I thank David, because you came in time to save me" Jasmine said sincerely.

"Together," David replied with a smile.

"Evan dear," called Jasmine as she glanced towards Evan.

Evan took a long breath. "Thank you David. Thank you for saving my wife and our future twins."

"Well, equally," said David, forcing his smile.

Suddenly David fell silent and digested Evan's words. "Wait a minute. A baby twin? You mean Jasmine's pregnant?"

Evan nodded with a proud smile. "Yes, Jasmine is pregnant and soon we will get two angels at once."

"I congratulate you both. May Jasmine and your two baby-to-be always be healthy" David said with a sincere smile.

"Thank you" Evan and Jasmine replied.

"And you're Evan. Make sure the snake lady stays away from Jasmine. I'm worried that the snake woman is trying to hurt Jasmine and your future child" David said.

"Snake woman?"

"I mean, the woman you were with at the clinic yesterday. I saw him smiling happily to see you guys fighting" David replied.

Evan clenched his hand. "You just calm down. I'm not gonna let anyone hurt our wife and future twins."

"Oh, yeah. I brought you this cake. Hope you guys like it. Actually I wanted to bring red velvet cake, but unfortunately it's over" said David.

"Thank you very much, David" Jasmine said with a smile. Contrary to the face annoyed Evan because of jealousy, it turns out David knows what Jasmine's favorite cake.

"Hello, everyone," a woman's cry came from the door.

All eyes were instantly fixed on the woman who was standing with a smile floating on her red lips.

"Maye!" jasmine and Hans.

David widened his eyes as soon as he saw the newly arrived woman. The woman was the woman who had fought and fought over the red velvet cake with her.

"Nayya Franda Son!" there was a heavy Axel voice that was terrifying.

The woman turned to Axel.

"K-kak Axel," said the woman called Nayya with trembling lips to see the gaze of the eagle eyes Axel who seemed to want to pounce on him alive.
