Then I lost track of you

Kiara forgot when she last saw Aldi angry. Aldi was always nice. As Kiara recalls, Aldi will only silence him if Kiara makes a mistake or things that are not in accordance with Aldi's wishes.

'Well, Aldi almost never gets angry like this. Except when Kiara drowned in the sea during their honeymoon.'

Aldi still looked at Kiara with anger.

"Sorry, Al. I was wrong." Kiara sincerely apologized.

"You always repeat the same mistake, Kiara! When will you listen to my wishes? When did you stop endangering your own safety!" Aldi clasped his hand until it paled. He was still trying hard to contain his anger.

Kiara was silent.

"It was only the day before that I told him about my family and how our current situation is. You just went around without telling me! Alone without any guards!"

"How can you save me this time, Al?" Kiara tried

"How do you think!" Aldi is still angry considering how it felt to know Kiara disappeared.

Aldi did not want to eat anything at the table in front of him. Seeing Kiara who had no guilt at all this made the anger in her chest flare up even more.

"Sorry, Al. I don't think the situation is as severe as you're telling me."

Aldi just silently looked at Kiara whose face was lowered.

"I think the Mall also includes the hotel area. Because you said the hotel was safe. I think the Mall, the one with the hotel, is safe."

"So now you blame me for saying the hotel is safe? I said hotel, Kiara! I meant to keep us in the room!" Aldi wanted to be angry again.

"With an injured knee like that alone you can wander to attract danger come with you. What else if you are healthy! You can be too busy inviting criminals wherever you go!"

Kiara began to not bear Aldi's anger. How can he call himself like to crawl. But Aldi's angry face frightened Kiara into provoking her greater anger.

"Yes, Al. I was wrong." Kiara could only repeat that sentence.

"It's good that you know wrong. More importantly, this is the last time you'll admit this, Kiara! Tell me if you're going anywhere. Bring a guard or a waiter!"

"Yes. Yesterday I forgot to say goodbye to you. I myself plan not to go long."

"Not long, Ra?!" Aldi returns emotions.

"You stopped by for almost an hour. Then to the clothing store also more than an hour. After that you still have no intention of returning to the hotel room. You said it wasn't long!"

'Oh, I was wrong again. It seems like only an apology and admitting wrong can be used to talk to Aldi.' Inner Kiara.

"Of course I'm looking for you! My wife is missing and cannot be contacted. Wherever I might be silent waiting for a kidnapper for a ransom" Aldi did not use a high tone back. He sounds more frustrated.

"When did you know I disappeared?"

"When you got out of the Mall with a guy, Daniel was at the hotel to meet you."

"Daniel?" Kiara wants Aldi to tell more stories.

"Yes. She I told you to deliver this dress you're wearing." Aldi looked down sad.

"So Daniel has been following me from the beginning and saving me?"

"You wish to be saved by someone else? another man!" Aldi hardened his intonation again.

"Then?"

"He went straight to the hotel room. But you disappeared."

"He reported to me. Because you can't be contacted either."

"I'm sorry Al. You must be panicking." Kiara felt guilty.

"Not just panic, Ra. Two days earlier I had just experienced this. The fear of losing you had just finished two days earlier. Imagine. I must feel Frustrated and helpless again yesterday." Aldi squeezed his short hair and looked at Kiara in disbelief.

"I'm so worried that my enemy could take you from a hotel room that I believe is safe. I feel like the whole world is no longer safe for you to live in, Kiara!" Aldi's gaze flushed.

Kiara felt guilty. Aldi got like this.

"Lali how can you get me, Al?"

"Daniel is looking for traces of you through CCTV. Also track your cell phone signal."

Aldi. Kiara understands. Aldi is devastated by the news of Kiara's disappearance from the hotel to not know what to do.

Looking at Kiara who was just silent, Aldi continued. "Once Daniel can trace your trail out of your own room and go to the Mall, I feel like I have hope. I wish you were just walking. I was hoping you'd be back soon or I could track which store."

"I started hacking the CCTV MALL and the hotel. I can do it faster than Daniel. But I found you out with the masked man."

"Daniel also managed to find a bag containing your phone that was in a garbage can outside the Mall."

"Then?" Aldi who then just kept quiet made Kiara want to hear more.

"Then I lost track of you." Aldi looked frustrated.

Actually Kiara can't wait to hear the continuation of the story. But seeing the pain in Aldi's eyes when telling of his rescue yesterday made Kiara unable to bear to ask him to continue the story.

"Al, I'm hungry. Let's eat yuk." Kiara tried to distract Aldi. If Aldi doesn't want to tell her the things that hurt her, Ki Huara won't force her.

"You eat it." Reply Aldi weakly.

"Eating alone is not good. The taste of the food is not as delicious as when there are friends who eat with us."

'Friends. Kiara called him a friend."Aldi was silent thinking about this.

'So Kiara didn't listen to me and I was forbidden to leave the hotel because I was just a friend. A friend who is not important to hear his words.' Aldi was quieter with his own thoughts

"l. Aldi" Kiara called out to Aldi who was silent.

"Eat. I don't want to." Aldi got up from his seat and left Kiara. He walked towards the flower garden. He needed to breathe fresh air and calm his mind.

Kiara fell silent. Trying to think through all of Aldi's words and anger just now. Aldi's sad and frustrated face loomed in his mind. His appetite was gone too.

It feels like Kiara is following Aldi. But Kiara had to apologize in any way again. Aldi looked too angry. Remembering the incident of his kidnapping yesterday also made Aldi feel back the frustration and sadness that he experienced yesterday.

"Miss. Is the menu served tonight not to the taste of the young lady and master." Irma just suddenly stood beside him and asked politely to Kiara.

"Where have you been since?Did you hear our conversation from now on?"

"I really don't dare, miss. I saw the young master sitting around in the flower garden. I guess the young lady and master have finished eating. So I'm going to clean up the dining table. But it turns out that nothing is eaten."

"Aldi's in the park?"

"Truly miss."

Hearing Irma's reply, Kiara moved from her seat. Kiara didn't want to think too much. Kiara just wants to be near Aldi. Kiara went to the park where Aldi was.
