Make Peace with the Past

Kiara and Aldi arrive at the hospital. The hospital they visited was located in the city center. This tall and magnificent hospital building shows health facilities that should also be complete and good.

"Bima must be very worried about Bella's sister. Although last night you brought a doctor on standby, but Bima chose to take Bella's sister to a nice hospital." Kiara stood in the middle of the quiet Lobby. Turning his body looked at his vast surroundings.

"Bella's pregnant, Ra. The shot he received hit his stomach. The doctor I brought in couldn't handle a gunshot wound in such a difficult part. Two lives are at stake. Need better equipment and medical personnel to handle it." Aldi silently looked at Kiara who was instantly frozen in place. Kiara looked at the seat not far from them and walked over there to sit alone.

"Bima acted swiftly and quickly when he found out that Bella had been shot in the stomach. Bima may have begun to realize his mistake that has not been willing to let go of you." Kiara just silently listened to Aldi who was now sitting next to her. Aldi still continued to pay attention to whatever expression appeared on Kiara's face.

"Bella's pregnancy was not saved. She miscarried. Bella was also in a critical condition due to the loss of a lot of blood last night. My men reported that Bima looked devastated and muddled while waiting for Bella's operation that lasted all night." Aldi ended his speech. Whatever Kiara should know about the situation in this hospital she has conveyed.

Aldi and Kiara were sitting alone in a hospital lobby that looked more like a hotel lobby. Kiara processed all the information that Aldi gave repeatedly to decide to move from her seat.

"We're going to Bella's room, yuk." Kiara stood back to Aldi

"You want to accompany me, don't you, Al." Kiara looked at Aldi.

"Sure" Aldi immediately stood beside Kiara and clasped his hand. Aldi is ready to accompany Kiara to whatever Kiara will face.

When Aldi and Kiara arrive in front of Bella's hospital room, the two meet Bima who comes out of Bella's room. Bima looked surprised at Kiara's arrival which was completely unexpected. Bima then saw how the two grasped each other's hands.

Bima thought it would hurt to see the closeness of Kiara and Aldi. But his heart was okay. Bima held his chest. There was no usual pain accompanying her when just thinking about Kiara.

"I want to see Bella's sister." Kiara revealed the purpose of her arrival without making small talk to Bima. There was a lot of disappointment that appeared in his heart when he looked at this man. Seeing Bima who looked fine this made Kiara unhappy.

"Come in." Bima answered briefly then opened the door of Bella's room to Aldi and Kiara.

Bella looked at a spot outside the window. Kiara's heart felt pain looking at the older brother. The light in Bella's eyes looked dim.

Kiara approached Bella without caring about Bima who was trying to act as a good host.

"Sister" Kiara called out to Bella gently.

Bella flinched with the sound of the call. There was only one person who called him brother. That call felt like a long time no Bella heard.

"Sister, I'm sorry." Kiara said as Bella really looked at Kiara intensely.

"You're not guilty. I've been more guilty of you from the beginning till now." Bella's answer was beyond Kiara's expectations.

"We both know that I am not going to save you. Save your apologies and go home with Aldi. I don't want to happen to you. Just assume that Bima is what I want to save. Because that's my goal." Bella turned her face away from Kiara.

"No, sis. I contributed to causing my sister to lose her baby sister. I'm guilty, brother." Kiara wanted to cry. A thread of tears was already welling up in his eye pelupuk. But still Kiara could not bear to cry. Her eyes were reddening withstanding the crying.

"Maybe I deserve it. God didn't want this baby to survive and make my life happy. God took it because I wasn't good enough to be his mother one day." Bella's sentence this time pierced the hearts of three people who were in Bella's hospital room.

Bima who usually never took off her gaze from Kiara now did not look at Kiara at all since coming. Bima continued to look at the sad face of Bella, his wife.

While Aldi who also kept his distance from the other three people just stared blankly out the window of Bella's room. Aldi tried to seem unconcerned. But Kiara knew Aldi was trying to seem unconcerned. Aldi tried hard not to interfere and care.

"Sister has changed. I'm sure it is. I don't have the slightest anger about the past of the four of us. I already have Aldi. And I hope that the relationship between brother and sister's husband also goes well. I will try to repay the kindness of my brother who sacrificed so much for me yesterday. Let me be your good sister, brother." Kiara kept her distance closer to Bella who was sitting on the soft bed of the hospital. Kiara touched Bella's hand at the end of her sentence.

Bella gasps to feel Kiara's touch. Bella turned her head and looked in Kiara's always clear eyes.

"I don't deserve. I'm not a good brother." Bella looked at Aldi. Asking for approval and help for Kiara to stop acting like this. Bella hopes Aldi takes Kiara away as usual.

Aldi saw the signal Bella gave him. But Aldi was silent. Not responding to any cues Bella wanted.

"Sister already showed how good big brother is by saving me. That's enough for me. Now it's my turn to be a good sister. Big brother simply accepted me as his only brother." Kiara put one more hand over Bella's hand. Kiara asserted her seriousness.

'Is this time the four of them able to come to terms with the past?' This thought filled Bella's mind. His head was dizzy immediately. Bella held her head.

Bima who had been focusing on Bella's meme noticed that Bella was not okay. Bima ran to Bella's side.

"You dizzy, Bel? Lean back. I'll call the doctor." Bima makes Bella obey, then press the emergency button to call the doctor on duty.

Aldi who saw this change pulled Kiara to his side. Maintain a distance far enough so that doctors and medics will not be disturbed by the presence of both of them.

"Sister Bella why Al?" Kiara wanted to cry again. "Is it because of me again?"
