Kiara still hasn't opened her eyes despite being conscious and breathing. From his face it was as if he was in a nightmare that made him uneasy. After Aldi laid him in bed, Aldi immediately contacted the resort's in charge. Aldi asked about the presence of a hospital near the resort. There are also doctors at the resort. Aldi also reported that his wife was drowned and in critical condition. His wife needs medical attention as soon as possible.

While making a phone call, Aldi took off Kiara's clothes that had been soaked. Aldi had never seen the innocent body of any woman. Aldi also did not plan to see Kiara without clothes for the first time in this unconscious condition. Aldi tried to suppress the uncomfortable feeling when removing all the wet Kiara clothes. Kiara should not be allowed to wear wet clothes for longer.

If only he could, Aldi would have washed Kiara with warm water so that her body temperature would soon be normal. But Aldi couldn't do that. Aldi chose this method alone.changing his wet clothes with warmer ones only. Aldi looks for the thickest shirt in Kiara's suitcase. Also pair Kiara's jacket and then add it with a blanket.

Kiara had been safe in thick clothes coupled with a blanket that was still wrapping her. Aldi continued packing their suitcases. When he was done with the suitcase, the resort officers came to bring their goods. Aldi himself carried Kiara with both hands. Approaching Kiara to her deck. Aldi remembered his wish tonight to hold Kiara while she was sleeping. And God granted his wish, but what's the matter this way? This is not what Aldi wanted.

Although in Aldi's mind was raging a lot of things, Aldi remained focused on carrying Kiara up to the ship. They will take off on the fastest boat the resort can find. They will go to the Regional General Hospital of the thousand islands on the island of Panggang, North Thousand Islands. That's the nearest big hospital Aldi can choose. The distance was still about thirty kilometers more than the Ayer island they were on at the moment. This ship had to use its maximum speed to arrive at Panggang island within half an hour. Aldi does not want Kiara to get more handling than that.

Aldi never thought to choose to stay on the island of thousand islands that have a hospital like in Pulan Panggang. Aldi is focused on finding islands with resorts that have honeymoon packages and also the sea views that Kiara likes. Aldi also did not expect to be right above the sea making Kiara want to jump into the sea just like that easily.

Given how Kiara jumped into the sea made Aldi pay attention to the woman who is now in his lap in a state of still unconscious. Aldi still can not understand why Kiara jumped into the sea. Waiting for their ship to arrive on the island of Panggang feels very long for Aldi. Aldi's mind fell apart and could not plan anything. Aldi used to plan things early. Kiara's uncertain circumstances make Aldi do not know what to do as long as Kiara has not been aware and declared out of critical period.

Arriving at the dock, Aldi immediately carried Kiara to the vehicle that had been waiting to take them to the hospital. The streets seem empty and quiet. Aldi who still holds Kiara in his arms tells the driver who drives their car to run his car faster continuously. Aldi tried to resist his desire to drive this car himself more quickly. But with Aldi himself driving, then Aldi did not have the heart to let Kiara lie alone in the back seat. With the speed of driving Aldi, Kiara will be thrown alone, even hit by a collision in this unconscious condition. Aldi also does not want Kiara to be in the lap of the driver even though in the condition of Kiara who will not realize what happened.

Upon arriving at the hospital, the medical team had prepared to deal with Kiara. The resort has contacted the hospital to prepare to receive Kiara and take care of her. Now Kiara is on top of the hospital gurney to the Intensive Care Unit room. Aldi could not enter the ICU. Can only stare blankly as Kiara is pushed into the ICU room by herself.

Some doctors seemed to come in turns. Some nurses were also in and out taking some tools and medicine.  Aldi just sat alone in front of the door that read ICU. Observe and wait for every little thing that happens once someone opens the door.

Aldi waited until midnight. Soon the day will change. Why hasn't anyone told us how Kiara is doing?

"Hi, Bro." Mike patted Aldi's shoulder.

Aldi did not answer. Aldi remained silent staring at the door of the ICU room. It's like I didn't hear Mike's greeting.

Mike was told about the situation of Kiara by Aldi when Aldi was still able to hold his phone. Hearing the frantic tone of his cousin, Mike decided to immediately follow to RSUD Thousand Islands with a private yacht owned by the family company. Ever since Mike knew Aldi, Aldi has always seemed calm. Rarely could anyone make Aldi so panicked like this.

"Three hours"

"Nobody told me what happened to Kiara inside?"

"Nothing's wrong." Aldi replied while still staring at the ICU room door.

Mike patted his brother's shoulder and provided warmth through his palm to Aldi's back. Expect Aldi to be more relaxed and feel comfortable because he is not alone when he gets a disaster like this.

Seeing Aldi like this, made Mike remember the incident a few months ago when Dad died. Aldi looks cold like this. Aldi did not appear to be crying. But deep down Mike understands that Aldi's grief and pain are more severe because Aldi can't channel it. Mike hopes that his presence by his side is now able to make Aldi not hold back any feelings that he has.

After a long wait with Mike, Aldi finally saw a group of doctors out of the ICU room. One of the doctors who appeared to be the leader of the medical team approached Aldi and Mike.

"The patient is past the critical period." Said the doctor. Hearing that, Aldi looked relieved.

"Patients have pulmonary edema because they do not get the third oxygen sink for too long. Although it has passed the critical period, we will observe the condition of the patient in 1 x 24 hours. May the patient be aware within that time."

"Can I see my wife, doc?"  Aldi was already impatient to see Kiara's situation directly.

"Sorry, sir. Father's wife could not be found. We'll wait until tomorrow morning. If things improve, then you can go in to see how things are."

Aldi did not answer. His eyes went blank again, seeing that, Mike thanked the doctor before the doctor left.

"Calm down, Al. Kiara has passed the critical period. He'll definitely improve. You can meet Kiara tomorrow. " Mike patted Aldi on the back.

"Yes, he'll be fine. I'll wait for him here. " Aldi seemed to know if Mike would take him away from the hospital to rest. Aldi precedes Mike to refuse his invitation to rest. Being as close to Kiara as possible makes Aldi calmer.
