Wake Kiara!

Kiara succeeded Aldi lift to the top of the resort deck.

Aldi laid Kiara in a supine position. But his chest did not move up and down as a sign that Kiara was still breathing. Then Aldi checked his breathing by bringing his ears closer to Kiara's mouth and nose to feel a puff of air, but no breath blowing from both nostrils and mouth even though it was slow. Along with trying to feel Kiara's breath, Aldi also checked the pulse on his neck by sticking the tips of his fingers. But there was no pulse that Aldi could feel.

Kiara suffered from respiratory failure and heart failure. Realizing this, Aldi's eyes were already as red as blood. But the movement of his steps since rising to the resort deck in helping Kiara has been controlled in accordance with the demands of first aid on drowning victims.

Aldi began to practice the theory he had read by placing his left hand over the chest of the middle part of Kiara which became a compression point. Then put the right hand on the left hand. Then the fingers of the right hand are linked to all the fingers of the left hand which is just above the chest of the middle which becomes a compression point. Aldi had to do compression with a right angle of 90 degrees, which is perpendicular between his hands that are linked to Kiara's chest which is the compression point. Aldi compression is done with his hands in a quick matter of 30 times at a speed of 100 times per 60 seconds.

With a depth of about 5 cm, Aldi performs the first compression as many as 30 times. Aldi pressed Kiara's chest with a count of 1 to 10 by repeating 3 times without stopping. After 30 compressions, Aldi had to check if Kiara had managed to breathe again.

After the first compression, Kiara had not yet regained her breath. So Aldi had to blow artificial breath. Aldi breathed through Kiara's mouth until Kiara's chest expanded. But before blowing an artificial breath, Aldi had to open Kiara's breathing path by raising Kiara's head and lifting her chin carefully.

After doing the first compression and the first artificial breath, it was not successful. Kiara wasn't breathing. Aldi was getting frustrated. Both of his eyes were already barely able to withstand the already warmed tears at both ends of his eyes. But Aldi must continue to provide Pulmonary Heart Resuscitation (CPR) up to a maximum of three times in a row by interspersed with two artificial breaths in between the three times of compression.

Aldi did not want to lose hope. Aldi still has a chance to save Kiara. Aldi should be sure he can bring Kiara back.

Aldi will be doing the compression for the second time. Aldi began to compress a second time by pressing the compression point in the middle of Kiara's chest back. Perform compression by pressing both hands perpendicular between the hands and chest Kiara until a right angle is formed. Perform compression by pressing the middle of his chest to a depth of 5 centimeters. Aldi pressed Kiara's chest back 1 to 10 to three times. In total there were 30 pumps to Kiara's chest back.

After this second compression, Aldi again gave artificial breath by lifting Kiara's chin carefully so that he could raise Kiara's head. Only after Kiara was in that position, Aldi again blew a breath into Kiara's lungs.

This time Kiara was still flinching. There was no reaction.

Without thinking anymore to see Kiara who did not react, Aldi immediately did the third compression. This is the last compression of the CPR circuit that Aldi can do. Kiara's heart must successfully beat back. Kiara had to breathe again. Aldi must do so with complete confidence in order to succeed. Kiara must survive! Kiara has to open her eyes again!

Aldi put his two hands that linked to each other like twice the previous compression. Staring at Kiara's face which looked pale blue.

"You don't usually keep quiet Kiara! You've been quiet this time for too long, Kiara! Kiara's back! Speak as much as you like Kiara!" Aldi shouted to Kiara while counting in his heart from one to 10. Then count 1 to 10 the second.

Then continuing with the compression on the count of 1 to 10 most recently, Aldi shouted back, "Wake up Kiara! Let's go back Kiara!"

At the count of nine towards ten, Kiara gasped while breathing out loudly. Kiara coughed even though her eyes were still closed.

Aldi who was shocked and a little relieved to see Kiara breathing immediately sat down limp while continuing to watch her girl come back to life. Kiara still slightly coughed and pulled out the water that entered her lungs even though in the condition of the eyes are still closed.

After a moment of seeing Kiara had regained her breath and her heart must have been beating again, Aldi took her suit that he had just thrown with origin. Aldi enveloped Kiara with his jacket so as not to get cold.

With the condition still half conscious, Kiara's body was carried by Aldi with both hands. Kiara who was still half conscious was taken by Aldi to their resort room.

Aldi still could not breathe with relief seeing the pale Kiara and still closed his eyes in his arms. There could be complications because it was a long time unconscious. Kiara should have been treated by paramedics once she managed to breathe again. At least Kiara needs artificial oxygen to breathe. But they were on a thousand islands which was only a small island. Aldi doesn't know if he can find medical help on the island this late.
