Proposing

"We finally arrived." Alfan took off his wheelchair and opened the door to Alisa's room. After it opened wide, he pushed the chair back inside.

The room was very saturating for Alisa, but she could not go home because her condition had not improved.

There's nobody there. Om Andre and Aunt Aida were not seen until the room was quiet.

"I just open the door, yes, fear of slander" said Alfan.

Alisa nodded without a sound. Since her meeting with Alfan which continued for two hours, Alisa often commented on the smile when she saw the man's funny behavior. Because not only to him, Alfan also looks spoiled on his mother.

Seeing Alisa trying to get up, Alfan approached and extended his hand right in front of Alisa.

"No, I can be alone" said Alisa who gradually got used to it.

Alfan took a step back, watching Alisa who looked troubled until her weak body staggered towards him.

With a swift Alfan caught Alisa's back that was almost collapsed, while Alisa gripped Alfan's arm tightly until the two looked at each other at close range.

Alisa's chest trembled, her heart pounding violently as Alfan's eyes were unmoved from her face. The man's breath hit his face making Alisa nervous.

"I want to sleep" said Alisa shyly. 

Alfan smiled and lifted Alisa's body, slowly he laid the girl's body and enveloped her.

Alfan pulled out a chair and sat down beside the bed, staring at every movement of Alisa that seemed uncomfortable.

Mother Sesil came with the mother of Sabrina and aunt Aida, they smiled to see Alfan who was serious about taking care of Alisa.

"Where, Fan? Is Alisa going to eat?" ask Mother Sesil who did not have time to see them because of other affairs.

"If I'm all in the same order, I'm sure" said Alfan confidently.

Alisa lowered her head in embarrassment.

"So what was Alisa being fed, sister?" the Great Doctor who is in the doorway.

Suddenly Alfan looked at his father who was teasing him.

"Wear this, Dad." Pointing her lips with her index finger.

At once the mother of Sabrina and the others laughed out loud at Alfan's behavior.

Alisa's face was getting together, not even daring to look at the people there.

Like Om Andre and Aunt Aida, maybe this is the right time to propose to Alisa. 

Alfan moved from his seat and approached Alisa who was currently squeezing both hands.

Alfan looked at Andre and Aida's aunt across the bed in turn.

"Om, Auntie, there is actually something I want to say," said Alfan seriously, his eyes turned to look at Alisa's face that was still holding in shame.

The atmosphere that had been crowded was again awkward. Mahesa's father was on the doorstep with the Great Doctor. Mother Sabrina and Mother Sesil stood behind Alfan.

"Speak what?" ask Andre who is no less serious.

"I want to propose to Alisa."

Grand Father smiled proudly at his first son who was untrue. 

"You see, my tadpole has turned into a brave man" whispered the Great Doctor in the ear of Mahesa's father.

Mahesa's father was grieving at the Great Doctor's words, despite being old, his narcissistic soul remained attached which irritated Dad.

Silence, all struggling with their own thoughts. Alisa glanced at Alfan then looked down again.

"Are you serious?" ask Andre Om.

Alfan turned his head to look at his mother, then grabbed the woman's hand and grasped it tightly. 

"I'm serious, and I've got Mother's blessing."

"If you agree, it depends on Alisa too."

Om Andre throws an answer to his daughter, even though as a father, he is aware and has no right to impose his will because he does not contribute to raising the girl.

"I…. I can't answer it now."

I thought I was gonna say I wanted to. 

"But I want you to answer now," urged Alfan in a sniffy tone, but from the bottom of his heart he was just joking, like to see Alisa's nervousness getting funny.

Alisa bites her lower lip, she is increasingly confused by Alfan's request, on one hand Alfan is very kind to her, on the other hand, he has not been able to accept other men to continue his life again.

"Wait for Mama." Finally getting away with it was a word that had never been slung in his brain.

"Mama has come" said someone from the door.

Mahesa's father shifted her body, giving way to Camelia.

Camelia's cry broke out to see her daughter lying weakly on the bed, the woman ran over and hugged Alisa tightly, pouring out a passionate longing. Likewise with Alisa who returned her mother's warm embrace. 

"I'm sorry you just came" Camelia said, full of regret.

Emir's father greeted everything there, followed by his two daughters.

"It's okay, Ma. I understand, Mama must be busy."

After being satisfied, Alisa switched to hug the Emir's father and his two younger siblings who also joined. 

"When did you come home? I miss," said Alara whining. 

" Yes, sister, I miss too, we go home, yes" Asena said.

Alisa looked at Alfan who looked sullen, it seemed like the man was not willing if he left. 

"How about Lis, do you want to come home?" ask the Emir's father.

Alisa so worried, if this morning he kekeh wanted to return to Turkey, just the presence of Alfan like binding him to stay in Indo.

"I don't know yet, Dad. I'll think about it again."

With us that alone can make Alfan smile and raise his thumb, because he knows the reason Alisa can not leave the city. Not because of Devan, but because of him.

"Have you eaten?" ask Camelia. 

Alisa nodded slowly and smiled, still clearly remembering how Alfan forced her until one bowl of porridge was devoured.

"Tante take it easy, Alisa won't starve, trust her to me."

Camelia turned her head to look at Alfan, although she had never met him, Camelia felt that the man's face was familiar to her eyes.

"She's my son" said the Great Doctor who made Camelia cluck. 

"Have a face that looks the same" Camelia said.

"Bak how are you?" greet Sabrina's mother then to melt the atmosphere. Connecting the fraternal rope that had been cut off.

Camelia wiped her tears, as she promised at that time she wanted to apologize to the woman she had hurt.

"I'm good." Camelia grabbed Sabrina's hands. 

"I'm sorry for what I always did __" 

Momentarily silenced Camelia's lips. 

"Already, Ma'am. Don't discuss it again. It's all over, and I'm sorry if Devan can't be with Alisa, I can't figure out why."

The eyes of the mother of Sabrina also glazed, the atmosphere is very moving, the mother of Sabrina can hug people who used to be her honey.

Mahesa's father chose to leave, he also remembered how he used to treat Sabrina's mother badly.
