After exiting the tomb, Devan immediately got into the car with Raisya. Randu's father's car has gone first, followed by David's car behind him.
"Sister, I go first, yes," cried David from within.
"Be careful, good luck." Devan lifted his thumb and smiled.
Raisya waved her hand towards Naimah who was sitting by the sister's side.
Although his family is not as complete as Devan, now he feels happy to have gotten something more from the whole family.
Why are Mom and Dad not coming?
Suddenly, Devan felt restless, not usually his parents were not present during the pilgrimage. He held his chest which was painful.
What's the matter?
Devan was getting more anxious, he turned his head towards Raisya who was busy with his phone.
"Darling, are we going to Mother's house?" tawar Devan's.
Raisya nodded quickly, it was a good idea for him, to eliminate the boredom that often struck while at home.
Devan drove his car slowly, he could not focus fully on the streets that were very crowded that morning, let alone coincide with working hours making a severe traffic jam until Devan's mind was more chaotic.
What's wrong with mom?
That question always filled his chest. I don't know, Devan feels like something's happening to the Mother at the moment.
"Aren't you papa?" Raisya holds Devan's arm, knowing that her husband is harboring something unknown.
Devan shook his head, he did not want to tell what he was going through, fearing that his prejudice was wrong.
Oh God, may I be wrong.
The traffic started to subside, Devan drove his car across the road which is now quite quiet.
Almost thirty minutes passed, finally Devan had arrived in front of Mother's house.
The atmosphere of the house as usual, all the servants work with their respective duties.
"For Mas, Non," said the security guard in front of the gate.
"Morning," Devan replied briefly while helping Raisya down.
"Assalamualaikum.." said Devan and Raisya together.
All the servants answered in unison.
Devan's eyes surrounded every corner of the room. There were no mothers and fathers there, only servants who passed by.
The twins were also invisible, as was Ashifa.
"Darling, you just sit here, I'll find you first."
Raisya sat in the living room, while Devan walked straight to the main room.
Several times Devan knocked on the door. However, there was no answer until Devan called aunty.
"Where are Mom and Dad going?" devan asked seriously.
"From morning not out, Den."
Without a warning Devan opened the door of the mother's room violently.
Mother who is lying down opens her eyes. The father sitting beside him turned his head towards the source of the voice.
"Devan," Mother's great-grandson quietly.
Devan ran over to Mother and sat on the edge of the bed.
"Mother's sick?" Devan puts the back of his hand on your forehead.
His face looked pale and his body felt very cold.
"No, you're just tired." Mother's lips quivered, her hands stretched out touching Devan's sturdy cheeks.
"Where is raisya?" ask Bunda lirih.
"There, in front."
Mother is helpless, father also looks uninspired, the man with gray hair continues to look down with his hands busy stroking the arms of Mother.
"Has mother been examined?"
"Your mother won't be checked, she won't be examined" said the father in annoyance. Because he was very worried more than Devan, but what power, he could do nothing but obey the woman's will.
"Mother is okay, you're the better."
Devan kissed both cheeks and then switched to hug his father tightly, then reached into his phone to contact Syakila. However, immediately prevented by mother.
"Why? Mother should be examined. I don't want anything to happen with you, Mother," Devan said reassuringly.
Mother Sabrina was clingy with her stance. In fact, the woman still does not want to check, whatever the reason.
"If you call Syakila, you better go home, don't meet your mother," Mother threatened to turn her gaze towards my father.
Devan puts his phone on the nightstand and lays his body hugging the mother from the side.
"Then, what do you want?" ask Devan.
This was the first time Devan had seen the mother collapse and it made his heart unsettled.
Dad lay down next to Mommy until the two men flank the same woman.
"Mother just wants to rest, don't tell the others, let them know for themselves."
The door opens again, Raisya is the culprit.
Like when Devan first came, Raisya was surprised and ran towards Mother and the others.
"Mother why, Dad?" ask Raisya enthusiastically.
Devan wakes up, making room for Raisya to sit down, while the father is still holding his mother's body and showing off his affection.
"Mother tired, sorry yes earlier could not go to the grave of mother Arum." The father who replied because the mother felt weaker, but could still welcome the arrival of Raisya and smiled faintly.
"Mother's health is more important, don't think about anything."
Mother smiled again, her hands felt Raisya's flat stomach.
"Grandmother, how are you? Is he still fussy?" ask Mother to get active.
"Good, Grandma. Had eaten rendang from his employees om David. The fuss has been carried by the wind."
Father furrowed his eyebrows, as well as Mother, Devan speech was able to foster a new spirit for mothers who want to hear Devan's explanation.
"What do you mean?" ask Mommy, this time her voice is louder.
Devan tells mom what happened, and it makes your smile more fluffy.
"Your child eats the malad?"
Mother unceasingly stroked her daughter-in-law's stomach.
"Not bad, I gave you money, really. I also don't want my son to eat haram."
Jebrraaaakkk
"Astagfirullah…."
Father stroked his chest as the sound of the door re-opening violently.
"I used to."
"I used to."
"When are you guys pious?" the father looked at his two sons who had taken each other by the entrance.
"It's all Daffi's fault, Dad," upset Daffa who was still at the doorstep.
"Not father, he's brother, should have done me the same," protested Daffi who did not want to lose.
"If no one wants to budge, when will it come in?"
Daffa and Daffi stared at each other's bodies that filled the entrance.
"You are the one who is afraid" asked Daffi.
"You, you're a sister" Daffa argued.
"If no one wants to give up, you don't want to see you."
In the end Daffi retreated, allowing Daffa to walk first.
After Daffa stepped forward, he turned his body. Stretched his hand towards Daffi instead of welcoming his brother to enter together.
"Mother."
Daffi stretched out his arms and hugged Mother, while Daffa stretched his arms towards Raisya.
"Don't fuck around!" Devan pulls the collar of Daffa clothes from behind which is able to make Daddy and Mommy laugh tickle.
"That's why you don't want to check, because your presence is the most effective medicine for mother."
