Mahesa's father's family has never escaped from the crowded, as it is today. Syakila's been moved to the ward. Syakila lay on the bed. She is surrounded by her husband's family and Randu's father's family, while the mother is busy with her grandchildren who are starting to fuss.

Devan and Raisya had just arrived, after saying their greetings, they shook hands with all the guests present first.

"Why did you miss?" ask aunt Ilma.

"There was a little drama at home."

Although she was five months old, Raisya still often nausea and vomiting, also a little lazy.

"Be careful, son." Mama Aya leads Raisya to the empty sofa.

The whole family filled the room. Plus David and Naimah and Susan are just coming.

"Mom, that's Aunt Syakila's sister was born. Soon her aunt Raisya's sister is also born, and when is my sister?" 

Susan whined, the boy who was almost six years old was pulling the tip of his mother's hijab.

Everyone stared at Naimah and David in turn. They were married for three months, but there was no sign of Naimah getting pregnant.

"Susan's sister is being processed. So be patient, for the patient is dear to God."

Susan digested the words David had heard several times.

"Susan sit here." Mother Sabrina patted her left side which was still empty. 

The boy walked up and sat down next to Sabrina and looked at the tiny baby who was playing his hand here and there. 

Susan's scourge had begun to subside when Mother told her. David and Naimah moved closer to Syakila on the bed.

"Speaking Susan said, she must be lonely, is there no sign of you getting pregnant yet?" mama Aya asked Naimah.

"Not yet, Ma," answered Naimah briefly.

"No papa, that means God has not trusted me to be a father," David said reassuringly, he did not want Naimah to feel depressed about her situation.

"Have you checked with the doctor?"

"No need, brother. We're married for three months, if it's five months and Naimah isn't pregnant yet, we'll check."

Naimah felt bad, she chose silence and listened to everyone talking to each other.

Naimah looked ahead, when she saw the poster of the KB image on the wall, her eyes immediately widened and wastighfar in heart.

I'll put the IUD on after Naimah's birth, and I haven't taken it off, because it was too busy with Ramlan's ailing mas.

As Naimah's face dimmed, she looked at the smiling David from the side.

If David knows, he's angry, right? Why can I forget. I need to talk to David immediately.

"Mas, I want to talk for a moment" Naimah whispered. 

"Speak what?" david also whispered.

"Not here, I want to be alone." 

David holding Naimah's hand, the two walked towards the hospital hallway which was quite quiet. 

"What's wrong?" ask David kindly. Looking at the face of Naimah who seemed to save something.

Naimah rolled her eyeballs, she was still hesitant to speak, afraid that David would be angry. 

"Mas, I'm putting on an IUD." l

"What?" shrieking David enthusiastically, his face a little fiery hearing the word, the man who had never been angry looked creepy with both eyes bulging. 

"Listen to me first, Mom. I put her up after giving birth to Susan. It was me and Mas Ramlan who were poor, and didn't dare to have any more children, so I decided to install the IUD."

Naimah looked down, she dared not look at David's face.

The blood that had been boiling was warmed again, David grabbed Naimah's body which almost made him angry.

"I guess after we get married, and you don't want to conceive my son."

Naimah looked up at David's face without letting go of his embrace.

"I'm sorry, let's not remember the IUD, which I remember just how I ate. After Ramlan died, I was busy thinking about raising Susan without a husband, and I didn't remember anything."

David smiled, "Welcome to the hospital, you want to take it off now?" 

Naimah. 

"But what I heard, if you want to take off the IUD wait for your period first."

"So yeah, no papa, if you don't come a lucky month will I." David cooed Naimah's nose to make the master blush.

Just a few steps away, David sees Meta doctor who just came out of his room.

"Doctor Meta" exclaimed David. 

Doctor Meta smiled at David and Naimah who walked up to him. 

"What's up David? Are there any signs."

"Look, my wife turned out to install the IUD, can I ask? But if the doctor's busy, then."

"No papa please come in!" Doctor Meta opened the door again. 

David and Naimah sat in the guest chair, while Doctor Meta sat in his place. 

"I plan to remove the IUD that was installed five years ago, roughly after that what should I do to get pregnant quickly, Doc?" naimah asked, unlike the old days who were always awkward, since marrying David, he had begun to get used to interacting with people around him. 

"Pick it up, don't slacken it." Doctor Meta blinked one eye at David, while Naimah was serious, Doctor Meta joked. 

"I'm serious, Doc."

"Meta's doctor is serious, too, Dek. If we make it often, it will be." 

Naimah's face blushed even more at the words of Absurd David. She did not expect now her husband dared to joke about it in front of others.

"I'm serious, Ma'am. Later after being released you have to be active in making a sister for Susan." The face that met was getting reddened due to the temptation of doctors Meta and David.

"What if the IUD is released it must wait for menstruation first?"

"Yes, Mas. If you do not want to wait for menstruation, Mas David must fast for seven days first, then it can be removed. Sometimes there is a bleeding effect as well, if I suggest it is better to wait for menstruation first." 

David snapped his finger while he was carrying a beard.

"Rather than fasting I also chose that." 

Naimah just glanced at her husband without wanting to talk, because she denied like anything she still lost to David.
