Not feeling the time continues to pass, the year continues to change 2 years already from Cleo Siuman, Nathan who is married and Boy who is also currently married. Many stories in the journey of the last 2 years, Mr. Ridwan the father of Nabila and- Rani who died because of illness, papa who had a stroke and mama who had started to get sick, fortunately Rey, who was sick, Nathan and Boy built a super-complete Clinic with super-good facilities next door to their home so do not bother to provide care and remain under surveillance.

Rev and Clowy are actively walking around, aunty is helping her sister Mbak Yati help Cleo care for and prepare all their needs. Cleo really became a good housewife for her husband and children, ranging from food to her third needs she prepared it herself, although many at home helped but Cleo was happy to do it. Rey's company is on a rapid rise that keeps Rey, Nathan and Boy very busy, but the three always have time for family. While Nabila and Rani who are pregnant are busy with Cleo's clinic in the financial section as the largest shareholder, the three also all take care of mom and dad.

They all look very happy with their very peaceful home life, but they did not know one year ago there was a very stressful and frightening event for this family, especially Rey and Cleo. But the impact made Nabila and Rani lose the father.

That day the air was very cool, the rain drops soaked the earth welcoming morning. Cleo who had just returned from the kitchen after preparing breakfast saw Rey already sitting on the edge of their bed

"sister, it's up" asked Cleo

"hhmm, here baby" replied and called Rey. Cleo walked over to Rey who immediately hugged her waist and leaned against her stomach

"what's wrong, sister" asked Cleo to see the anxiety in her husband's eyes

"never go away from me again, dear" said Rey

"i don't tell you what the hell, how can I go while my oxygen is here" Cleo said, then sat on Rey's lap and struggled spoiled

"so I dreamed you left me and the kids and didn't want to go back" Rey said

"just dream brother do not think too much, I'm very dear and love brother" replied Cleo a little soothing, but undeniably he still felt worried.

"sister doesn't go to the office" asked Cleo

"today's a meeting, but I'm so lazy to the office" Rey said

"i promise you, baby, because you and the kids I always bring here. Feel like I'm here baby" Cleo said

"it's a pity to take a shower after breakfast, later to the office" invited Cleo who was followed by Rey rushed to take a shower

After Rey, Nathan and Boy leave for the office, Nabila and Rani rush to the clinic to check on some patients who are currently waiting, while Cleo was still busy preparing food that would be for the in-laws. Finished taking care of the in-law Cleo was waiting for Nabila and Rani to go to the mall together. Cleo wants to find clothes for baby twins as well as Nabila and Rani who want to look at baby clothes that are suitable for their ank later. that day was not as usual Cleo just went three without her children, she left with aunt and mbak yati.

"is Cleo ready" asked Nabila who had just come with Rani

"already, let's go" Cleo replied. They finally left the house ushered by the driver to the largest mall in the city.The three look happy when entering the mall, he said, Cleo and the others went straight to the baby shop to pick out the equipment and needs they wanted. Nabila who is currently entering the age of 8 months while Rani 7 months. Nathan and Boy cannot accompany them because there is an important meeting that can not be postponed while the two pregnant women do not want to postpone the event of buying and selling.The third life is really a life that many women dream of, have a handsome, established and affectionate husband with them. Because that's a lot of people who target their position and will get rid of them, when they are done with groceries and eat-meals all three were headed to the parking lot where their driver is waiting, when they are ready, but suddenly there was someone who dragged Cleo wild from the parking lot and put her in the car. The incident made Nabila, Rani and the driver scream hysterically but the car drove quickly. the driver immediately memorized the license plate number of the vehicle carrying Cleo and he asked Nabila and Rani to get into the car and try to catch up with him. Nabila tried to contact Nathan as well as Rani who tried to contact Boy but unfortunately no one answered him, because they were holding an important meeting. The driver had seen the car carrying his mistress and was trying to catch up and also called the police station through the phone he put in front of him and blamed the speaker. The driver smoothly mentions the type of vehicle, vehicle number and vehicle color and their current presence. After a while the car that was riding Nabila and Rani was suddenly hit by a car next to him that was speeding up. The driver does not want to take more risks because now there is Nabila and also Rani who is pregnant there is a car that is carried. Rani is hit by glass and fainted while Nabila because of the blow made her bleed, and, swiftly the driver who was also injured on his forehead drove the car even though in a dented state drove to the hospital which happened to be not too far from the scene.

Arriving at the hospital, the driver asked for help from medical personnel to help the two pregnant women, after the doctor handled both he rushed to inform Nathan

"the afternoon boss.I want to tell you something important, Miss Nabila and Miss Rani were in the hospital because of an accident while chasing after the kidnapped Miss Cleo" he said

"which hospital," asked Nathan frantically thinking about his wife and child

"who's sick" Boy asked shortly after Nathan closed his call

"Nabila and Rani are in the hospital due to an accident and Cleo is kidnapped

"APAAA" Rey's voice shouted loudly because of shock at the news that was conveyed by Nathan just now.like being struck by lightning his world collapsed, his legs weakened, his mind was confused
