Dusk Rainbow
Well received

It was not Alisa's wish to be in this position. He wants a whole family like the others. But what a force, he must accept the fate of having two mothers and two fathers.

Alisa stared at her father's luxurious house from inside the car, her hands clinging to each other without wanting to get down. He had doubts about his father's wife, who would most likely reject him.

"Come, brother, we're down!" get Mayra to pull Alisa's still stiff hand. Twice meeting makes Mayra feel comfortable while beside Alisa.

"You go in first, I'll follow you later." Alisa tries to quell the growing fear. The story of the wicked stepmother he often heard, not from a fairy tale, but in real life when he was still living in Izmir.

After Mayra moved away, Andre's father opened the left car door where Alisa was sitting.

"You don't have to be afraid, there's a father who will always protect you."

Alisa feels relieved, it turns out her real father is very good to her. That means he's not alone.

My goal here is to find Dad, and now that I've found him, I don't care, if you don't accept me, I'll stay in the apartment.

Alisa got out of the car, throwing away the fear of shackling.

Andre led Alisa to the main door. Just set foot on the front porch, the door opened from the inside.

Aida welcomed her husband with a smile. However, the instant that smile streak vanished when he saw Alisa who was beside Andre.

What does this girl mean by Mayra? Why did he call Andre daddy? Whose son is he?

While Alisa can only widen her eyes when she sees the woman in front of her father.

Isn't she Devan's mother, but why be daddy's wife? alisa wondered.

"Who is he, Mas?" Aida kissed the back of Andre's hand after which stared fixedly at Alisa.

"We go in first, there's something I want to talk about."

"Ra, you go to the room first yes, I want to talk to mom."

Seeing her husband's tense face, Aida was curious, not usually her husband was serious, even to the point of sending Mayra to her room.

"What's up, Mom?" ask Aida to investigate.

Alisa lowered her head, waiting for the expression on her stepmom's face when she found out who she was.

"It's Alisa," Andre grabbed her daughter's slightly trembling cold hand.

"She's my real daughter" she continued.

Bak was struck by lightning, Aida's chest felt hot, her veins felt weak helpless when she heard her husband's words.

"It's not funny, Mas" said Aida in disbelief.

The woman who had accompanied Andre's life for a dozen years was like being infested with a thousand painful needle punctures. All this time Aida did not want to know about Andre's past, and he did not expect if the man who was beside him had children from other women.

"You lied, didn't you, Mas?" Aida's eyes began to be bathed in clear liquid, she hoped for an answer that would fit her heart at this moment.

Andre took a long breath. Whatever happens, he must acknowledge Alisa, his flesh and blood from that dark night.

"I'm not lying."

Aida's defense collapsed, she felt disappointed by Andre's expression, from the bottom of her heart, Aida felt cheated by Andre covering everything.

"I'm sorry, Da."

Aida brushed off Andre's hand that was about to touch her, during the marriage, this was the first time Andre let her down to feel so much on top of the crown.

"Ma, I'm just here to see you, if my arrival makes you uncomfortable, I'll go."

"Don't go! You're gonna stay here with Aida's mom and dad."

"Mas we should talk." Aida left Andre for her room.

"You wait here, no matter what happens you'll stay in this house."

Andre again convinced Alisa to remain calm.

In the room

Andre approached Aida who was sitting on the edge of the bed and kneeling in front of him.

"Hit me as much as you do." Andre grabbed Aida's hand and slapped it on his cheek over and over again.

Aida gets more and more excited when she sees her husband's frustrated face.

"Enough, Mum!" aida shouted accompanied by her cries, at this time Aida's heart was broken into pieces, and it felt even more painful to remember Alisa.

"Why didn't you tell me you had a child?" ask Aida.

Andre told me what happened to him and Camelia. This time he didn't want to hide it from Aida. Households that have been built for years should not just collapse with just one fact that happened in the past.

Aida becomes a loyal listener to her husband's words, she digests every word that slides from Andre's lips straightforwardly and clearly, even explaining how she got tangled up one night with Camelia.

"That means I've never cheated on you, I just made a mistake before we knew each other."

Now there is no reason for Aida not to forgive Andre, what is different from him who also did the error. Aida once wanted to snatch her sister-in-law from her own twin sister.

"Now it's up to you, but I'll keep Alisa" Andre said resignedly.

"Alright, I will accept Alisa as my daughter."

Andre hugged Aida. He was grateful that his wife was able to accept his daughter from another woman, and it was so amazing.

"Thank you."

Everyone has mistakes, and so do I. Alisa's Andre's son, which means she's also my son. I have to accept it as Andre accepts me for who I am.

Alisa stood up from her seat, walking towards the dining table staring at the servants who passed by doing her activities. He stared at his father's tightly closed door.

"For a long time, should I just go."

Alisa snorted considering Aida's very flat expression, Alisa felt her hopes were slim to be accepted in that family.

"Mama's name, Aida. Her parents name is Devan, Sabrina. Why they are so similar. Are they brothers? If true, that means I'm also still a brother to Devan, and most likely I also know about Devan."

Alisa scratched her head that was not itchy, if everything that thought was true, it would definitely be more complicated, and it was certain that she would often meet Devan whose status was a cousin.

"Alisa," called Aida from the door of her room.

Alisa turned her head, not like it was surrounded by fear, now Alisa felt calmer when faced with her stepmom.

Aida walked over to her mother.

"From today you will stay here."

Alisa hugged Aida tightly.

His struggle to come to Indo is not in vain. In fact, he not only found his father, but found a new, warm family.
