From within the palace, Hope was watching over a single riot created by a monster in the middle of the city of Lestallum. Buildings were destroyed and troops dwindled every 30 minutes.
"You sure you're gonna go out there?" The man with the head asked.
Without answering, Cloud left the room.
...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...
"Back!" Raung Liliard before jumping from a crane on the building to another building only to hit a demon hunter who was running away from him. The lacing was too strong to tear down the building that the demon hunter was treading.
Sand and dust were blown away along with the fall of building debris.
"Belp!" Urahara dashed into the ruin, finding the big man sitting with his hands full of blood. "Liliardg..."
Liliard is currently training in her new technique, "Black dragon's net (the last phase of the Liliard version of the black flash, in which normal blows are massively raised, sacrificing speed and soul)". However, with each passing day, the devastating effects of the technique were becoming more and more dangerous for Liliard's body.
Liliard glanced at Urahara, then returned to her original position. "No need to look at me like that." Her speech.
Urahara walked over, then began to recover Liliard's fatal wound. "If I'm late, you'll die."
Liliard. "Then don't be left behind."
"Don't get left behind?" Confused Urahara. "I'm a medical team, you know. My job is to be behind-"
"Wait, is that right?" Urahara suddenly questioned the truth of his role in the heart. "Does the medical team really have to be in the back?"
A sonic bang was heard by Urahara's ears, his eyes then too late to follow Gin who was being hit by the purple lightning to penetrate many buildings.
"Gin!" Urahara.
Liliard clasped tightly onto the medical man's robe. "Please meet Yuri. We can't lose him."
Urahara nodded, then went towards the palace because that was where Gin and Yuri should have been after parting ways with them. But Gin is now here, indicating that Yuri is also in trouble.
"The driver came out of his fingertips..." Inner Gin, while closing the screen of his holo shield that had been damaged. He landed inside a building after creating a large hole in its wall.
A tall man with white skin, gray eyes and white pupils. White hair that reached his shoulders, worn out was swept backwards from his face.
Its most defining feature is the large black mask that covers itself from its chest to just above its nose, four additional pieces encircling the exposed skin of its face and around its head. Four darker plates covered each side of her neck, coated with dark purple, and she had something similar to the flat muzzle of a gas mask in her mouth adorned with seven gray buttons, which she had, as well as purple and black big. The cylinder protrudes from each of its shoulder blades.
Cloud was a very cold man, unaffected by most situations. He attacks no one unless provoked or at the behest of Justice, and uses his habits to ward off attacks. However, if pushed far enough, he tends to get angry.
Cloud's innate technique allowed him to control the weather, it could instantly cause extremely powerful thunderstorms and tornadoes. However, according to Cloud, his innate technique was too powerful to use, resulting in the destruction of the cellular network on his body [With the hope of healing, Cloud donated his body to the demon worship sect]
Cloud's 2nd innate technique was a weaker duplicate of Justice, an innate technique he could use to steal and store up to eight different innate techniques. He got it through a transplant operation by Dr. Joshua, once he was considered to be a match for Justice's innate technique factor. It was unknown if he could transfer his stolen innate technique to someone else. However, this innate technique would only worsen his already fragile health faster.
The first technique stolen by him was the Laser Bullet. Cloud used this technique to fire a purple-colored laser from his fingertips at will. This technique has been shown to easily penetrate human flesh, as well as many other solid surfaces. It has also been shown that it can explode on the impact of some surfaces.
"He's approaching!" Gin immediately created an electrically-conducting iron glove and installed his fighting horses.
"Don't move." Scarlett's whisper from behind. The tip of the rifle he put right behind Gin's head.
When the bullet was fired, the attack turned to Scarlett and threw the woman so far away.
Air Wall: Cloud can use this technique to create a transparent barrier made of high-pressure air to protect itself in a certain direction. This magic technique can also be used offensively, by issuing powerful bursts of air that can push people away and attack or used as a stepping stone that can physically push people away.
In general, a magician will use his innate techniques and maximize his potential as much as possible due to the limitations of soul energy and brain abilities.
"However what the hell is this guy?! He was able to use two kinds of magic and maximize his potential?!" Gin landed, then ran back to Cloud. "Is it possible that the case is the same as Madara? Or maybe..."
"Gin!" Call Liliard. He just came from a different direction to Gin and Scarlett. "Who is that guy?"
"Come, but he's strong." Answer Gin. "He just pulled out two different techniques.I don't want to rule out the possibility that he still has some other magic techniques in his pocket."
"I have a wild guess as to his identity, but I still need concrete evidence." Gin Imbuh.
Liliard nodded in understanding. "I understand."
"Scarlett!" Upon seeing the woman being thrown off, Garou immediately jumped down from above and chased after her.
Scan: Cloud can use this technique to identify an opponent's innate techniques and read their abilities through infrared-like vision. To a certain extent, he could also use this technique to measure the level of each other's strength.
He quickly understands Garou's technique and adapts to it without having any effect on the target making its use unconscious to anyone but the user himself.
"Exchange?" Cloud Mumbling. He seemed to be pondering when he wanted to steal it.
"We need to keep him away from Garou." Gin.
"Why?" Ask Liliard.
"Keep in case my guess is right."
Black clouds suddenly covered the city of Lestallum, thunderous thunder rumbles full of anger creating an extremely noisy sound within.
"Huh?" Gin noticed the oddity then faced upwards. "I can feel the soul energy from up there."
"KRRRAHHH!!!" Liliard moved herself towards Cloud with a fist ready beside her. However, in response, Cloud simply flipped half over and then swung his hand down followed by thunder that rumbled over the clouds, grabbing onto Liliard's body until it burned and blistered.
"Belp!" Exclaim Gin, panic.
Cloud did not stop there, he resumed the chain of attacks by landing more lightning to create a small earthquake in the district. As the destruction neared its climax, Gin and Liliard suddenly swapped places with pebbles fed by soul energy.
"We have to go." Garou.
"But Urahara..."
The huge explosion that shook the city of Lestallum sounded very loud in their ears making their ears buzz and silent for a while.
"We have to back off."
