The two fighters attacked each other at the speed of light to reignite the battle. Erca made the first move, creating a shockwave with just a wave of her hand. Arka ducked under the waves of debris and attacked with a straight kick caught by the black hair that protruded from Erca's head. The curse tries to take advantage with the tailwhip but Arka blocks it with the knee. The two fighters returned to a neutral position where Arka was able to fend off Erca's punch and retaliate with an upper punch to her body. However, the Arka soul energy punch did not inflict any damage at all.

Erca's body was now even harder than Ares's at the end of her magic fight with Arka. Erca drops Arka and forces her to realize that the demon has surpassed her former state. They exchanged blows but Arka's attack was unable to reach his opponent anymore.

The arc was overwhelmed and slammed into the road, creating a giant crater from its impact. The road collapsed and Arka fell to the bottom of the crater where several pipes broke. As the water filled the bottom of the crater where Arka was standing across from Erca, the student realized that he could only win using a black glint infused with maximum soul energy.

Arka's feet suddenly sank into the shallow water that formed at her feet. Erca tried to take advantage but she couldn't. That special grade demon coughed up blood and the smaller parts of its body suddenly broke. Arka touches Erca with a black flash as soon as Erca activates the space expansion resulting in serious damage. The lasting effects of their long battle are catching up to Erca. Arka hits her leg to wake her up, making Erca comment that the two of them still have plenty of leftovers in the tank.

Erca stormed her opponent, as soon as she was able to. Kicking large amounts of water. Arka focused on replenishing her soul energy around her fist and hid under Erca's attack. While continuing to clench his right hand, Arka fended off Erca's attack. This puts them both in a position to attack with their free hands, with both fighters ready to deliver a decisive final blow.

Not a single magic user could bring out any black spark at will. However, Arka's fighting prowess was so incredible that she would make anyone watching believe that she was able to unleash a black Flash at will. Erca knew she was vulnerable to one of the Arka's black Flash attacks, which meant carelessly entering would only lead to her death.

Believing she had countermeasures, Erca disabled a portion of the Distorted Instant Killing Spirit Body on the left side of her body. The special grade demon believed that Arka would aim at his left side and it would be an opportunity to fight back and decapitate him. Arka did attack Erca's left side, as if taking a pass. Just as Erca was committing the murder, the second collision threw out the trajectory of her counterattack.

Since his fight with Ares, Arka was able to control different fists at will. Arka ducked under Mahito's missed attack and prepared to deliver the final blow. The demon strengthened his left side with the Instant Spirit Body from the distortion killing and tried to attack his opponent first. Suddenly, Garou's voice echoed throughout the battlefield, interrupting Erca's momentum. Garou stands on top of the crater where her best friend is dueling inside with Erca. Garou tells the demon that the arm is just a decoration and the applause is an acclamation of the soul.

The impact from Arka's punch was so devastating that it coated his opponent with a beam of soul energy blasting the demon out of the crater. Erca was severely injured and exhausted of soul energy, forced out of the Distorted Instant Killing Spirit Body. In addition, his special grade was the human transfiguration. As despair rises within Erca for the first time in her existence, Arka stands nearby.

"You're right, Erca. I was you. I want to deny your existence, convince myself that your words are wrong. But that doesn't mean anything now. I'm gonna kill you. Even if you come back in a different form, I'll kill you. Change your name, change your formation, I'll kill you again. Perhaps a hundred years after my death, the meaning behind my actions will become clear. Because in the grand scheme of things, I might be nothing more than a cog wheel. I'll keep killing demons for as long as I can. Because that's my role."

Just as the devil was proclaimed in their previous fight, Arka admitted that he was Erca. Arka no longer needed a reason to kill Erca and would cast out the demon no matter what. Fully aware she is just the cog in the fight between the two sides, Arka is content to play her role as a witch who fights against the threat of demons.

Erca desperately tries to escape as Arka chases her from behind like a wolf chasing a rabbit through the snow.

Before Arka can finish Erca off for good, a more powerful predator comes along. Madara with his exposed field body suddenly appeared before Erca, standing nearby and looking down at his fellow special class. As Arka and Erca are both shocked by her sudden appearance, Madara asks if she should save the demon.

Arka acted quickly, though did not recognize Madara's name and appearance. He still thinks that Madara is his enemy. The seasoned witch nonchalantly explained that people from the mid-edo period talked about the mysterious relationship between catfish and earthquakes. At the same time, he summoned a small demon catfish that swam to the ground.

Suddenly, a giant hole created by a demon appeared under Arka. He lost his balance and seemed to fall into a hole. However, Arka suddenly fell to the ground as if the hole had never existed, completely puzzling him. Madara then asks if Arka believes she has fallen and says that from the side, Arka just stumbled.

Madara explained that the power of demonic manipulation lies in the high number of movements the user can use. By using multiple demons from semi-grade 1 and higher, Madara can launch different types of attacks whenever his opponent adapts to a single attack. Madara does not even need to give time for the opponent to overcome his technique and can only stack different attacks.

Madara demonstrated this to Arka, using a demon of centipedes crawling out of the black net to ensnare Arka. Then the catfish demon opened another hole at the same time, holding Arka in the air without balance before piling up another centipede attack and smashing the mage to the ground with great force.

Erca tried desperately to attack Madara from behind, but to no avail. The demon admitted that he knew of Madara's plans for her from the moment she was born as a human. Madara absorbed Erca as the demon spoke his last words. After condensing Erca into a black sphere, Madara asks Arka to continue discussing the future of the wizarding world.
