Shots above Tokyo's head at night are shown, slowly scaled down to reveal that the area is almost pitch-black. Unidentified figures began discussing the situation and revealed that 23 wards had been almost completely destroyed, with only a few areas cleared. They plan to create an evacuation plan for five million residents, with an estimated at least ten million demons having been released.

One of the people was flabbergasted as they planned to evacuate the entire area, wondering about the various consequences. One said that they had to expand the two barriers to the prefectural boundary, and the other was worried about announcing the existence of demons. Someone reassures the others that witches are protecting refugees within the city, with another addition that they can tell the public that demons are not just appearing in Tokyo. In a convenience store, a young girl knelt on the floor while consuming a wide variety of food and drinks. He suddenly saw a sinister figure in the doorway telling him to come and it was dangerous.
