Demon Sword

Movement pt.1

April 4, 2024.

After mastering Mangetsu's full moon detection powers, Madara immediately uses them to search for The Saint's hidden base.

In the middle of nowhere, the country of Latvia. Madara breaks into a temple and commits a massacre of powerful witches assigned to guard the place from intruders.

"The wise choice. This place is beautiful." Praise Madara.

"What do you want from me?" Star asked, the mysterious alien figure behind the elitist group called The Saint/Old.

Because of Star's role in the magic world, most of them had no idea what Star really looked like. Only those who were given permission by him could tell that Star did not fully possess a human appearance in general. Star had six eyes with a cylindrical head that had no hair at all, but she had a bipedal humanoid body. Star was wearing a simple, light-colored robe.

Star used holograms to create her presence in several places, including the golden building. With that hologram after all, he created a simple illusion that made people dare to conclude that The Saint was a group.

"Give me the anti-magic cube." Madara.

"What do you mean?" Star seems confused as to what Madara needs it for. But soon, he realized something. "Is it possible..."

"You're too focused on hiding from me and being negligent. Yuna is alive, and Kenny has reincarnated." Madara.

"What about Onimaru's container?"

"Besides Yuna and Kenny's reincarnation. You're not following my orders at all, Saint." Madara said. "In this age, everything must be done with a binding oath."

"Kale betrayed me, huh?" Inner Star. "So, now you're planning to capture Kenny's reincarnation by yourself?" Guess it.

Madara. "By confining his reincarnation inside the cube, Kenny will be lost forever."

"After getting the cube, he won't need me anymore." Think Star. "I leave the rest to you, Onimaru's container!"

"Space expansion: Light prison."

A move Madara never expected from the star. The alien has confined it in a light-filled expansion of space where time is not running normally.

"The space expansion is uninhibited but still confined. It'll be troublesome." Inner Madara. "The only way to get out of here is to kill Star who became the object of the room itself."

Madara dyed, then smiled widely. "But you're not even in here, damn it."

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

The last 4 months, the world has been hit by a demonic disaster. The violent creatures of the dark territory roamed and destroyed many countries including the American superpower. Making such a large area a dead land, creating its own territory.

In these dark times, the academy's witches only play it safe by patrolling around the curtains to protect Kenny's reincarnation from the attacks of other witches or stronger demons.

However, after getting a special message from Star that Madara is trapped, Kale is confident to start his movement to reverse the situation.

Now the magic academy is divided into 3 teams, namely Team Kale, team Toru, and team Arka.

{Kale, Farel, Reisya, Yuki, & Yeoul} - Team Kale, tasked to come to Latvia.

{Toru, Ares, Aura, Asep, & Stardust} - Toru team, tasked with liberating the Indonesian state from the demons, also evacuated the survivors.

{Arka, Yuna, & Kenny} Reincarnation - Team Arka, must continue to move to a safe place.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

The giant butterfly demon that was perched on top of the building, was ambushed by Farel and Kale. They needed the wings of the demon to go to the country of Latvia, and by using Kale's shadow manipulation power, they could make it a vehicle.

"Don't kill him." Kale.

Farel nodded, then strangled the butterfly's neck and slammed it to the ground. Kale immediately shot and stabbed the demon's neck to death. "Shadow manipulation." Rapally.

The demon instantly came back to life in a more violent form with a deep black color throughout the body area.

"Feed!" Exclaimed Reisya and Yeoul who were waiting for him below with Yuki.

"Senior!" Farel Serving.

Just in case, Kale deactivated his power. But it even made Farel fall from a height.

"Farel!" Reisya who was about to save his junior was held back by Oda's black dust that hardened in the leg area.

"Winter." Yuki manipulates the air and freezes it to save Farel from the impact of a more dangerous fall.

Yeoul transformed, using Dojigiri's demonic sword to smash the black dust on his leg, then shot towards Oda who was standing behind them.

Oda created a shield in his arms, then brushed off Yeoul's attack with ease. "Dojigiri is the weakest." Oda beat up Yeoul, then dodged Reisya's attack coming from the side.

He then raised a thorn from the black dust that floated to stab Reisya in the shoulder.

"I thought so." Inner Yuki. "In a fight like this, the two of them will only get in my way."

Yuki creates giant ice waves that freeze the city streets without caring about the fate of his comrades.

Farel was initially quite surprised, but was able to breathe a sigh of relief when he saw Reisya and Yeoul get out safely.

"We've been together a long time, but we still can't fight on the same side." Inner Farel.

"Yuki!" Farel plunged down from above to stand next to the ice man. "I'm handing over what's here to you."

Yuki nodded, then continued his attack. While Farel went to pick up his two injured comrades.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

Kale crashed into a building, then used his sword to stop the pace.

"So that's..."

Floating upside down behind his opponent, Sky spoke to Kale's ear: "Shadow manipulation, huh?"

Kale immediately turned to face him. Before Kale could face danger head-on, Sky used his magic technique to distort the space around them.

Kale was thrown backwards by the huge blast wave created by Sky's magic technique.

Sky is a woman with a fit body, pale skin, and white hair that she usually manipulates to stand out upwards, keeping it in the same shape as if her body were upside down. She has thin eyebrows and large eyes with black sclera and dark pink irises.

Sky did not wear any clothes other than accessories. She wears two matching bracelets on both of her wrists, thick earrings, and a necklace around her neck. Instead of using clothes, Sky used his magic techniques to cover the exposed private parts of his body by making it appear translucent.

"I managed to reduce the impact of the damage, but what the hell was the attack?" Inner Kale. "Two different people... They're after me, aren't they? Judging from the situation, it seemed like one was with Farel and the others."

Sky followed up his attack with a punch that Kale was able to avoid and retaliated with his own punch.

Sky then warped the space around Kale's arm and distorted its shape. Kale was shocked and perplexed by his distorted frills as Sky struck him back with another attack.

Her arms returned to normal without any damage, making Kale assume Sky's magic technique manipulated space without completely destroying anything inside, similar to the way the lens created distortion.

"My magic technique treats the sky as a surface." Sky Reveal. For example, Sky physically took the open space, made it real and pulled it forward as if it were cloth.

"Sky... Turning space into a surface." Inner Kale. "Both attacks passed through my defenses and threw my body into the air."

Given the demonstration that Sky had given him, Kale thought: "Maybe it could be called a surface, but there must be some kind of trick behind it."

"Hey, I want to ask you something." Kale. "How many of you?"

Kai interrupts the conversation by using the Granite Blast to fire huge waves of soul energy at the two witches from above the nearby roof.

"Meet." Inner Kale.
