Phoenix

District III is a district located on the outskirts of Lestallum. The district was filled with citizens who had no soul energy and no money to buy weapons. They are exiles who are forced to work as managers of demonic carcasses.

Liliard was one of the laborers there. The money he made was very low compared to the office workers. This made him fail to meet the medical costs of his sister who was dying from exposure to the flu. He also had mild depression, so he was lazy to interact with many people, and locked himself from others.

This turned out to make him more disliked by anyone, even his own boss. He was fired by his superiors on the grounds that it often unsettled other workers. Liliard became in debt, her life continued to fall.

He fled to a bar near his home. At the bar, he was involved in a dispute that made him forced to bonyok. He was insulted also spat on by the visitors who showed the action. But that made Liliard happy. The next day, he returned to the bar to fight with the same man. This time, some visitors were seen betting money. The barkeeper also gave them a place to fight, namely, the basement. Miraculously, this time Liliard won. The visitors of the bar cheered boisterously, they did not expect the result at all.

The new guy is seen challenging Liliard to a fight, a new bet is made by the bar guards. Several other people were also seen challenging each other to enliven the fight at the bar. Inadvertently, Liliard had created a small community inside the bar. They call it a fighting club.

Liliard was appointed by them as chairman of the club, because it was Liliard who started the fight and united them all in that place. While Alex, the bar keeper, also participates in the club as the club's treasurer, he will collect the betting money and split it equally among the betters. The main purpose of the club, is to channel the emotions of each fighter, and enrich the players.

All went easily for the first months, Liliard got her money back, and her body grew bigger as physical training went through to win more fights. His soul energy also turned out to be growing wild due to the negative feelings that had befallen him since the death of his sister. He became able to create a magic technique that was nothing but a black flash.

After the owner of the bar, he risked his money and promoted the fight club in a big way throughout the city. The enemies of Liliard also become more varied. All Liliards are conquered by utilizing black flashes. He also felt bored, and modified the punch technique to create his own technique, he named it the black panther claw technique. The technique fused the power of the black Flashes and the phenomenal agility of the body, making Liliard even stronger and invincible.

The ego of Liliard also rises. One night, he kills the owner of the bar and seizes his property. He named the bar "Lizard's bar." It changed many aspects of the bar, made it more elegant, and accommodated many visitors.

The liliard got richer, making it forget about the ever-widening range of connections.

One day, he was met with a handsome man with a casual body, dressed all in black like an emo. The man challenged him to a fight, leaving Liliard herself dumbstruck.

As the day usually goes, bigger bets are fired at Liliard. But somehow, Liliard lost. Disappointing to many visitors, making the gaze once often given to him back. When fighting with the man, Liliard's magic technique did not come to the surface, and unfortunately, Liliard was already used to fighting with magic.

Liliard is back. But the man who had defeated him, came over.

"My name is Onyx Lucis Caelum." Sweepings. "Join to my team."

Onyx (23 years old) was the first son of Lucius Nox Fleuret, the deputy mayor of Lestallum. He was forming a small team that would help him in leading a large group of Phoenixes. Starlight immediately became Onyx's left hand, and with the power he had, Phoenix was able to become a group in disdain for society.

After the sudden deaths of Zack Fair and Bartz Klauser, Rachel Aldercapt and Lucius Nox Fleuret were sworn in as the legal mayors of the city of Lestallum, although they had to wait a few days in advance to take care of the files.

Seinaru - who is now led by Shiro (24 years old) - feels that now, is the right time to avenge Wham (the former chairman). Because when the inauguration period is over, then fighting with the Phoenix group will be one of the offenses, and will make their group a wanted group.

A few years after the inauguration, Rachel Aldercapt was poisoned to death. Lucius Nox Fleuret was appointed as the Mayor of Lestallum.

The Phoenix, who were the strongest group of demon hunters in the city who were coincidentally led by his son, was raised to become the Lestallum's protective group. They then created a system of centralization to tighten oversight, strengthen power, and minimize spending.

There are many pros and cons. Seinaru became one of them, because Phoenix had broken his promises.

Shiro (26 years) also asked for help to various parties to oppose the movement. And Jorio, was one of the people who would come to help him.
