Chapters. 8 Going to Financial Banks Together

“Do you not think Romeo is suspicious?“ detective Keiko said as they were in the car driven by detective Egan, heading to the Joint Financial Bank, where Tania works.

“Iya. I think he's pretty suspicious. But kifa still had to check her alibi. But before that, we have to go to Tania,”, said detective Egan who is still focused on driving a car.

Before long, they arrived in front of the bank whose address was given by Tania's parents. A branch bank that is not too big or small. But this bank looks pretty busy in the hours it will close.

The two got out of the car and walked into the bank. The door opened and a security man greeted them kindly.

“Good day. Welcome to the Joint Financial Bank. What is the need?“

“I want to meet with the branch head here,” detective egan said.

“Sorry, what's wrong?“ ask security politely.

“We're from the police. There are several things we need to ask the branch head here,”, said detective Egan while showing his identification.

“Good sir. Please wait a minute. I've been conveying to the branch head. Please sit.“

After allowing detectives Egan and Keiko to sit down, the security immediately walked towards a room behind the teller room which at that time was seen two tellers who were busy with several people who made transactions.

Before long, the security was running precisely behind a man wearing a white shirt and a plain green tie.

“Good day. I'm Abqari Smith, the head of the branch here. Can I help you?“ he introduced himself and asked friendly.

“I'm detective Egan and this is my colleague, detective Egan,” this time detective Egan introduced himself.

“We came here to ask about Tania Akbar,” detective Keiko said.

“About six months ago,” replied Abqari.

“You sure? Six months ago?“ detective Egan tried to convince.

“Of course,” jawan Abqari again.

“But, according to Tania's parents, she still works at this bank.“

“No. He hasn't worked here since six months ago. I even have the stop document. If you want, I can give you,” Abqari said.

Detectives Egan and Keiko throw a glance and then reluctantly leave Abqari's room.

When they leave the bank, the security who welcomed them again opens the door for them and thanks them. But before they actually get out of the bank, detective Egan turns his body around and asks the security.

“Do you know Tania Akbar?“

“Mba Tania, who used to teller here?“ tanyakanya.

“Betul!“ detective Egan said.

“I know sir,” he replied.

“Is it true he hasn't worked here since six months ago?“ ask detective Egan.

“Iya. About six months ago he was not working here,” replied security.

"Maybe you know, where does he work now?" ask the Egan decective.

"To my knowledge now he works at a company called PT. Eternal Light as an office font," replied the security.

“By the way did you know Tania was fired for what?“ ask detective Egan again.

“Ehm... um.. I don't know sir,” the answer is clumsy.

“You sure?“ detective Egan tried to push.

But before the security replied, Abqari called out to him by shouting. Quickly, the security ran over to Abqari.
