Code 810: Corpse On The Hill
Chapter 32. Looking for Aditya, the inventor of the corpse

Detectives Egan and Keiko decide to go to the crime scene and try to find Aditya in the village, but it turns out that it is difficult to find Aditya there.

They approached the small village, the distance between the houses was far enough to make the village so empty.

“You know Aditya?“ detective Egan asked when he met someone who was watering his plants.

The man quit his job and replied, “Aditya who a few days ago found a corpse on the hill?“

“Betul,” reply detective Keiko.

“She is going to the next city.“

“Can't during the research not go all the way?“ detective Keiko whispered to her partner.

“Did he say what he was sick?“ detective Egan continues his question to the man.

“Since that incident he has often felt fear. He said as if he was always followed by the woman whose body he saw on the hill,” replied the man.

“She reported it to you?“ detective Keiko asked, feeling strange.

“He not only suffered that to me but also to everyone in this village,” replied the man.

“Thank you for the cooperation,” detective Keiko said.

“Are you guys here to do an investigation about the woman Aditya found?“ this time the man was curious.

“Yes. We are still investigating the case, ” replied detective Egan.

“Do you guys suspect Aditya?“ ask the man.

“How can you think like that?“ detective Egan asked, beginning to be intrigued.

“Aditya was the first person to find the woman's body, I once watched a murder film and it turns out the culprit was the one who first found the victim,” this time the man said seriously.

“Yes, it could have happened. The possibility of Aditya killing could have been considered but a thorough investigation is also mandatory we do,” said deetective Keiko.

“You should watch more crime drama movies. Looks like you can be a detective like us,” said detective Egan while blinking his eyes to the man.

After that, the two detectives retraced the village path and continued to head to the foothills where the murder case began.

Their steps stopped behind the car they had used to get to this place. The black SUV car was parked on land that was provided by the forest police for anyone who brought a vehicle to do activities on the hill.

This hill is a hill that is commonly used by residents around to find food sources, firewood and anything they can sell. While for residents outside the village under the hill, this hill they usually come to just sports or picnic with family or friends.

Usually this hill will be visited by many visitors on weekends. On a day like today of course the hill looks deserted even almost without visitors.

Detectives Keiko and Egan walk towards a tree-shaped building with windows and doors.

Detective Keiko knocked on the door and a few seconds later a man walked out of the building.

“Happy day!“ detective Keiko said.

“Oh, detective. Good afternoon,” reply him kindly and smile at his show.

“You're Mr Ivan, right?“ ask detective Keiko.

“One stop. We met and chatted on the day of the incident,” he replied.

“We want to ask for your help sir Ivan,” detective Keiko said.

“Of course. Uh, wait a minute, has the case of the discovery of kemaein's body not been found who the pelakhnya?“ ivan asked, pooisi the forest.

“Betul. We just returned to find a dead end,” replied detective Egan.

“That woman's sorry. He was young and died in a horrible way,” Ivan said.

“We were trying to meet Aditya, the person who first found the body but—”

“He's gone to see a psychiatrist. According to the villagers he was a little disturbed this,” said Ivan while turning the index finger next to his temple.

“Yes, that's what we heard from one of the villagers we met.

“If I were him, maybe I would also experience the same thing,” said Ivan.

“On the day of the incident you were the first one to meet Ivan?“ ask detective Egan.

“More precisely he accidentally hit me there, as he ran down the hill,” Ivan pointed near the entrance to the hill.

“He looks scared and his body is shaking,” Ivan added.

“Didn't he look suspicious at the time?“

A call went inside a walkie talkie that was on Ivan's waist, “No. She just looks so shocked.“

Then Ivan answered the call while slightly moving away from the two detectives.
