Chapters 37. Liam The Possessive

Upon arrival at the cabin, Abigail immediately put all the equipment in place. He then cleaned himself up and immediately checked security after he finished changing clothes.

Once he felt nothing suspicious, Abigail activated an alarm on every camera. Every time a human passed by, the alarm would go off in the Cabin or in Micah's secret control room, separate from TLH's main control room.

Abigail placed a dagger and a gun near her pillow. Then take a special communication tool to contact Micah.

"Why didn't you tell me about Darren's whereabouts in the meadow? Or tell them to get out of there." Once connected to the Big Brother, Abigail immediately went to the core of the question.

"That can't be Ai. Not everyone in the agency knows what we're planning. So we can't tell the agents escorting them."

Abigail confirmed Micah's decision in her heart. So far, they have never experienced information leakage inside TLH. But that doesn't mean they're being careless. Still there are things or information that is only known by limited circles.

Especially if it is related to Abigail. Micah will be more selective in sharing information or sending troops that will help the younger brother.

"I hope they're gone by the time Draco comes."

Abigail is worried about Darren's safety. If anything happens to the young man, then it is in vain that he stays in the forest to provoke the arrival of Draco, the assassin.

Micah sighed. "Me, Liam and Tania will think of other plans if they don't finish filming."

"I believe in you, brother." There was no other option for Abigail than to leave everything to the older brother.

Micah laughed again considering how Liam growled to see their sister being kissed by Darren.

Abigail instantly became nervous, she bit her lower lip. The girl could imagine how angry Liam was. Just like when Abigail was caught having a boyfriend at Senior High School. Liam is so angry and terrorizes the senior who becomes Abigail's monkey love.

Even for hours Liam interrogated the two lovebirds separately. He wanted to know the extent of Abigail's relationship with her senior and what the two of them were doing.

Abigail cut off her relationship with the senior and never again accepted the feelings of the young men who fell in love with her. Even though he is currently in the reasonable category of having a partner, there is still fear considering Liam's actions at that time.

"Sister Liam must be very angry." Abigail's voice that sounded like a squeak made Micah stop his laughter.

"I have given him understanding. Liam's just not ready to see you grow up and will have another backrest. It seems like he feels rivaled, he's afraid that your love for him will diminish." Micah held back a laugh. "Liam was like a father who was afraid of losing his daughter. He's so possessive."

Abigail smiled wryly. "In addition to Draco, I also became concerned about Kak Liam's actions against Darren."

"Don't worry about him."

"So, who saw the scene?" Despite feeling very embarrassed, Abigail ventured to ask. He bit his nails as he waited for Micah to answer the question he asked.

"I, Liam, Tania, Louisa, Troy and Morgan."

"What?!! That many??" Abigail groaned, she covered her face with a pillow.

"Even Morgan says you can finally tell which monkey loves, which ones fall in love and which ones are just awe." Micah smiled broadly given Morgan's response to seeing the friendly scenes of Abigail and Darren.

"If this cabin isn't destroyed, I'd rather stay here forever." Desis Abigail. He felt very embarrassed and did not know what it would be like to go back to the headquarters and meet the people called Micah earlier.

Micah chuckles. "Here you go, don't worry about it. Better get some rest now."

"Alright Brother. I love you."

"I love you too, sleep well Ai. Brother will take care of you."

Micah's affection made Abigail's heart warm. He disconnected his phone and closed his eyes with a smile. Abigail was grateful, despite no longer having parents, but she was surrounded by people who loved her very much.

It was already evening when Abigail examined the bow in her hand carefully. Not far from there lay two black tubes filled with arrows. On the table in front of him also lay several throwing knives and two daggers.

After his bow was ready, Abigail fixed the weapon, stuffing all the sharp objects on the table into one bag. Then he did a light exercise aimed at strengthening his hands and arms.

Every now and then the shadow of Darren's face flashed through his mind. It made Abigail blush and finally a smile perched on her lips.

"Geez, I'm already like a person with a mental disorder who likes to smile at himself." Abigail muttered realizing her strange behavior.

He shook his head and took mineral water and immediately sipped it. Abigail stepped in front of the monitor and found that there were several broken cameras that did not display the image.

Abigail headed for the nightstand by her bedside. Take a small black tool and then press a button located in the middle. Instantly, the indicator light flashed and activated the exact same device in Micah's hand.

His chest began to thump, yet he was still very focused. Abigail activates a robot vacuum cleaner that has been attached to the mannequin on the top. Then he grabbed the two bags he had prepared. One bag contained weapons and another bag contained food and drinks.

Abigail exited through the back door of the cabin carrying two bags and a tablet in her hand. The firearms he had had had been placed at some point in the forest. This can help him when there is an emergency, for example if suddenly his weapon is stuck, he does not need to go to the cabin to take a spare weapon.

The girl stared towards the meadow for a moment.

"May you be in a safe place, Darren."
