Chapters 30. Embarrassed

Two months later…..

Abigail sat comfortably on a sofa that was deliberately placed in a poolside alley. In front of him is a laptop that displays his bistro financial statements.

"What's the scene like." Micah slightly glanced at Abigail as he asked.

"Yeahhhh, maybe cuddle." Liam pressed his last word. "Also kiss……"

"SMELLING??!!!" Abigail stood up from her seat with her face flushed red with anger.

"Yes, kiss Sagita's cheek." Imbuh Liam was relaxed.

Abigail gulped her saliva with great difficulty. In his mind, he imagined Darren would hug Sagita's lips.

Micah's response made Liam completely stop laughing. "Then give Morgan's men in exchange for my men."

"Not gonna." Micah replied with a laugh and left Liam.

Inside his room, Abigail sat cross-legged in the middle of the mattress while lapping a watermelon-shaped pillow with anxiety.

"Aarrrgggh….Howdyahoo!!!"

In the end Abigail buried her face in the pillow.

"I am why the hell?! Why should I be emotional just because of the news that Brother Liam brought." Abigail ruffled her hair in frustration. "It's completely different to what I feel to Morgan."

During these two months the memories of Darren always disturbed Abigail's calm. All the news concerning the young man became a topic that could thrill his heart. Just hearing people say his name alone can make Abigail flutter.

And when I heard Liam's words, there was a feeling of pain and unwillingness if Darren was making out with another girl even if it was just for filming purposes.

Abigail knew right, she shouldn't have reacted that way. But this time his heart and mind were out of step.

As for Morgan, Abigail still behaves as usual. But he no longer looked at the young man with admiration or stealing glances when the two met. Abigail begins to realize the truth of Micah's remarks, which she feels to Morgan is nothing more than awe.
