Still Waiting for Him

Rena wasn't really asleep. He was just trying to close his eyes. After a long time he just remembered not giving a blanket and pillow to Albian. Rena rushes to get up to get a blanket and pillow. 

Rena came out hugging her pillow and and the blanket she picked up in her closet. He saw Albian sleeping on the couch with his arm. He felt bad for making Albian sleep cold without pillows and blankets. Surely Albian is very tired of having to take care of it after taking care of his sick girlfriend.

"Do you have cocoa powder?" asked Albian.

"There's in the top cupboard near the fridge," replied Rena.

Albian is awake. "You wait here, I'll make it for you" said Albian.

Albian walks into the kitchen and opens the cupboard where the chocolate powder is placed. He put the chocolate powder he took on the kitchen table. Then he took the milk in the refrigerator.

Albian poured enough milk for two cups into the pot. Then he lit the stove to heat the milk. While waiting for the warm milk he poured the cocoa powder and sugar in the two cups he had prepared beforehand. Then he slightly stirred the milk slowly until the milk was warm. 

After the milk boils Albian pours it into a cup filled with chocolate powder. A distinctive brown aroma wafted in the kitchen. 

Albian took the warm chocolate to the living room where Rena was. He gave one cup to Rena. Then Albian sat down next to him.

"Thank you" said Rena lirih.Rena inhaled the aroma of warm chocolate. "Emmm.. the fragrance," continued Rena smiling. Then Rena took a sip of the warm chocolate and smiled again.

"Like?" asked Albian who had been watching Rena.

"Hmm..," replied Rena nodding her head.

But after that silence enveloped. The two were silent in their respective minds. 

"Just now, I actually knew something like this would happen" Rena said breaking the silence.

Albian looked over and looked at Rena. Listen well to what Rena has to say.

Albian looks at Rena's face. "It's like a child when you're asleep" Albian said in his heart.
