About the Wounds

Kairi walked into the door of her house with shaky steps. Honestly, his heart also hurt, and not willing to part with Ella. But he had no other choice. Her sister loves Ella, and only Ella can restore her spirit. So long his family relationship is quite bad, and now it has begun to improve, Andra has also lived his life as usual. Kairi does not want this family relationship back awkward, and Andra again hurt. He was willing to give up on the happiness of his family.

Andra is not a tough guy like himself, Andra is very fragile when faced with problems. All this time his life has been quite messy, and Kairi is sure, only Ella can change Andra into a better person.

Kairi paused when she arrived at the door of her room, she turned her head, looking at the door of Andra's room which was closed tightly.

"I'm going back to London, I'm going to keep this wound to myself, I hope you can take care of him" Kairi said with a long sigh. Then he stepped into his room.

Kairi sat on a chair near the window of her room, she lifted her curtain, and stared at the moon that was slightly covered in clouds.

"May my decision be right. I'm sorry Gabriella, it's not that I don't care about your feelings. I'm doing all this, because I can't see my sister getting hurt again. You're the only one who can bring him into the good. I'm sure you still have feelings for him, even if it's just a little, but it's enough to make you happy with him." said Kairi, enjoying the night breeze that hit his face.

Then Kairi took her phone, she looked at the photo of Ella smiling sweetly. Kairi rubbed it slowly.

"Stay smiling, even though I am no longer beside you. Gabriella, I'm not reneging on my promise, I will still love you. It's just, circumstances forced me to let you go. You're the one who's always in my heart, forever." said Kairi, clutching her phone tightly. He closed his eyes, and imagined Ella in his arms.

Kairi opened her eyes slowly, as the sunlight began to hit her face. Apparently last night he forgot to close the curtain, so now the sunlight can burst into his room. Kairi glanced at the clockwork hanging on the table, it was already nine o'clock. Last night he stayed awake, and after dawn he closed his eyes.

Kairi is not a man like Andra, who needs a runaway while he's in trouble. Kairi will only keep his own wounds, no need for others to know. No one knows, no one will be able to treat the wound. According to Kairi, only oneself can treat the wound of the heart, not others. Kairi also abstained from tears, because from growing up, he began to know. The wound will be more gaping, if we shed tears. Ignore the wound, it will get bored, and it will go away on its own.

Without bathing or washing his face, Kairi got out of his sleep. The stomach cannot be compromised. Although the heart is sad, but the stomach is also insistent to ask to be filled. Kairi stepped down the stairs, and headed to the dining table. Lonely, there's no one. Where his family is, this is Sunday, they should be at home now.

Kairi sat on one of the chairs, he opened the serving lid on the table. Then he took the plate, and started to take his breakfast. Kairi ate her food voraciously, apparently her sadness had no effect on her stomach.

"Kai!" call Bu Mirna while stepping closer to Kairi, and sit in front of her.

"That's what Ma?" kairi asked as she looked at the book her mother was holding.

"Mama is looking at the wedding decor, it's okay if Mama chooses it." replied Ms. Mirna with a smile.

Kairi stopped the chewing, the wedding decor. How he explained to his mother that he had separated from Ella.

"Maybe, but later in the afternoon I'll fly to London" Kairi said as she returned to feed her food.

Ms. Mirna gasped in shock, spontaneously she immediately closed her book, and looked at Kairi closely.

"What's the matter Kai, why are you suddenly back in London?" ask Miss Mirna.

"Who's going to London Ma?" ask Andra who just appeared among them.

"There's work that Ma can't put off, so I have to go there. Not for long, just for a moment." said Kairi as he continued to chew his food.

"I'm sorry Ma, I can't be honest with Mama yet." Kairi's inner self in her heart.

"You're serious it's just about work?" ask Andra.

"Seriously, I wasn't there for long" Kairi replied without looking.

"Yes already then, if you can not long yes. Weren't you and Ella planning a wedding, it's not good to have a plan, but it's delayed" Ms. Mirna said.

"Yes Ma, just for a moment." replied Kairi as she downed the glass of water in front of her.

"I went to the room first Ma." said Kairi as he moved from his seat, then he stepped up the stairs.

Andra looked at Kairi as she frowned, it seemed like there was something Kairi was hiding, but what?

"I'll go to my room first Ma!" yelled Andra while running after Kairi.

Miss Mirna just shook her head looking at Andra's behavior.

"Wait Kai!" andra shouted as she saw Kairi had opened the door of her room.

"What's wrong?" kairi asked while looking at Andra.

"What are you hiding?" Andra asked back.

"What do you mean, I'm not hiding anything." replied Kairi.

"Why are you suddenly in London?" ask Andra.

"There are business matters that cannot be delayed, and cannot be represented" Kairi replied.

"You're sure that's it, your face looks tangled Kai, are you having any trouble?" andra asked while looking at Kairi.

"No, my face is tangled because I haven't had a bath."

"Oh so yes, yes already then I went to the room first" said Andra while stepping her feet.

"Wait Ndra!" kairi.

"What's wrong?"

"Later when I'm not around, please take care of Gabriella" Kairi said as she looked at Andra.

"You said you'd only be gone for a minute" Andra said.

"Yes, but please take care of him, let nothing happen to him, and do not hurt him" Kairi said.

"Alright." replied Andra while nodding. Actually he did not understand too much about Kairi's intentions, why he was told to look after Ella. Doesn't Kairi know that he loves Ella, he's not jealous. Andra scratched her head that was not itching. Although confused, he keeps it alone, because Kairi has entered his room. Andra could no longer ask him. And having no other choice, Andra finally went into his room.

Ella sat pensively by the window of her room, staring at the golden light of the sun shining down on the earth. Ella had been awake since dawn, but until the sun had gone up, she had not yet come out of her room.

Since then Ella sat there, from the day it was still cold, and dark until the day had begun to heat up. Her tears were no longer dripping, but her gaze seemed to be empty without direction. Parting with Kairi really made her heart shake. She loves him so much, he is so happy with her relationship, he feels like the most perfect woman. But now that everything is only a memory, Kairi has dropped himself in the deepest wounds.

Ella exhaled violently, she felt the ring still coiled on her ring finger. Since last night he tried to remove the ring, but could not. His heart was always screaming in pain, every time he tried to take it off. It wasn't as easy as it used to be, when he took off the necklace, and the bracelet that Andra gave him. Apparently his love for Kairi is much greater, than his love for Andra in the past.

Ella lowered her head, letting her hair fall over her face. He never thought that Kairi would doubt his feelings. All this time he had loved Kairi wholeheartedly, but somehow the man could not understand.

Shortly after, Ella came out of the bathroom. And sure enough, the cold shivering could lighten the burden a little. Ella wrapped her body in knee-length pants, and a short red shirt. His hair is still wet he just let it wither away.

Ella came out of her room and walked over to her mother who was in the store. Visitors are quite crowded, even the three employees who helped his mother, look a little overwhelmed serving buyers.

"Mother!" call Ella while approaching her mother.

"You are awake at noon El." said Ms. Halimah. It's not usual for Ella to come out of this room.

"Slightly tired Ma'am." replied Ella. He is a private person who is closed, not easy to tell about his problems, even to his own mother.

"This is what you want to send ma'am?" ella asked when she saw her mother putting the cake in the cardboard box.

"Yes, but still waiting for Masmu." replied Ms. Halimah.

"Where's Mas Gilang?" ask Ella.

"Send order, but this one's not unidirectional. So it is not taken with you." replied Ms. Halimah.

"It's just a little bit, if I'm the one who dropped off" Ella said as she looked at her mother who was putting her cardboard in her pocket.

"Mommy is up, if you want it is okay" said Ms. Halimah.

"Introducing an order while taking a short walk, might help me forget this wound, yes even if it's just for a moment." Ella said with a smile.

"Then I'll drive you home, ma'am" Ella said, carrying her pocket, and grabbed her motorbike key.

"Yes, be careful El" said Ms. Halimah.

"Yes ma'am." replied Ella as she walked away.

He started riding his bike, he smiled when he remembered about the past. This motorbike is his friend in looking for change. Although butut, but for Ella this is the most valuable object, and the most meritorious in her life.

Ella began to drive her motorcycle, down a fairly crowded street. Ella was riding her bike at medium speed, because the address she was heading to was not too far away, so she did not need to rush.

A few minutes later Ella arrived at her destination, gave her the cake, and talked to the customer for a while. Ella then returned to the bike. But he did not go home, but went to the park that he used to visit.

Arriving there, Ella sat on one of the chairs under a shady tree. Staring at some people who were relaxing there, some were with his friends, some were with his family, and also some were with his partner.

Ella looked down, staring at the one cup of cold matcha latte she was holding. Again the shadow about Kairi again flashed in his memory. In London he once spent time with Kairi in the park. Romantic, that's the right word to describe the atmosphere of that time. Ahh but what is the use of romance, if now only memories remain. All about Kairi is now pseudo, only in shadow, no longer incarnate in real.

"Why did Kairi make me this weak. I never thought I'd be fragile just because of love" Ella said, biting her lip.

The sound of laughter and shouting from the little boy who was playing with his parents, made Ella look up her face. He looked at the boy, funny and adorable. He was about five years old, he played ball with his father, and his mother. They laughed happily, it was obvious that their relationship was very harmonious.

Ella looked down again, even now holding her head. Her dream of marrying Kairi is now broken. He could no longer build a happy home with his girlfriend.

"You're so precious in my life Kai, you've occupied all the space in my heart. My disappointment in you is not able to fade my love. Even though I am gone, I still carry this love. Even though I'm married to someone else, someone I love is still you Kairi" Ella said, closing her eyes. Hoping that Kairi's shadow will disappear in his memory.

Ella took a sip of her drink, enjoying the sensation of coldness that began to wet her throat. Ella let out a long sigh, trying to strengthen her fragile heart.

"He had doubts about my feelings, he had let me go, and he had disappointed me, but why I still loved him. I should have forgotten him, because he didn't expect me anymore. But why can't I, why am I so weak now." Ella said softly.

"Girla!" call someone behind Ella.

Ella was stunned to hear that voice, why did she come here?

"Andra" said Ella while looking at Andra who was sitting next to her.

"Why are you sitting here alone?" ask Andra.

"It's okay, just want to sit down." replied Ella briefly.

"Oh so." said Andra.

"It seems like there really is a problem, Ella looks grim, and Kairi suddenly wants to go back to London. What's the matter, I have to find out." Andra's mind while looking down at Ella.

"Why are you here?" asked Ella without looking.

"Actually I was just passing by, and accidentally saw you sitting alone. So I approached you, because there's something I want to talk to you about." replied Andra.

"Andra wanted to talk about what, the last time she saw me, she talked about her feelings. Could it be that right now it is the same, Kairi has just let go of me, and now suddenly Andra is meeting me. It was Andra who made Kairi let me go." Ella's inner self in her heart.

"I have to go home now Ndra" Ella said as she moved away from her seat. Why talk to a selfish man like Andra. When falling down Ella cares for Andra, but Andra instead abuses her kindness, and causes Ella to part with Kairi.

"El wait, I have to talk to you, it's important El. It's about.." Andra said as he stood up, and held Ella's hand.

"About what!" ella shouted while clasping Andra's hand.

"I didn't think you were this old Ndra. Yesterday you were down, I came to see you, and I care about you, because I still consider you my best friend. But what's your reply, you took advantage of my concern, and made Kairi misunderstand me!" said Ella in a high tone.

"What do you mean El?" andra asked while frowning in wonder, misunderstanding what Ella meant, she really did not understand.

"Didn't you hurt me enough in the past, seven years you hurt me Ndra. And now that I am happy, you come with your feelings, and you disturb my happiness. Are you destined to be a wound in my life Ndra, were you created to take away my happiness. Is that what Andra is!" ella shouted while crying. He can no longer hold his emotions, he must vent, sadness, and also disappointment.

"El listen to me first, I can explain, I can't." Andra said as she tried to calm Ella down.

"Enough! I don't need an explanation from you. If you're not satisfied with hurting me, why don't you just kill me, Ndra. It'd be better, than you keep getting me hurt like this!" ella shouted while looking at Andra sharply.

"What do you mean El, I don't understand. I.." said Andra, whose sentence again just hangs, because Ella has quickly denied it.

"Originally you know Ndra, my heart hurts so much. Losing love is sick, parting is sick. Why don't you understand Ndra, why you're this old. I just want you to let me go with him, but why can't you do that Ndra. Why did you make him let me go." said Ella, weeping bitterly. Her tears drenched both her cheeks.

"Let go, so Kairi releases you. Why is he doing this, what does he mean." Andra's inner heart in his heart.

He begins to understand the subject, Kairi releases Ella because of her. But what makes Andra confused, why Kairi did all this.
