"I'm sorry" Andra said as she threw away her cigarette. Then he got up from his seat, and stepped closer to Ella.

"What brings you here?" andra asked while looking at Ella. The woman who used to be his best friend, who he now loves, but already belongs to someone else.

"I know you're sad, you're disappointed, you're hurt. But can you think mature Andra, learn to be grateful for what you have. I know this reality is bitter, but in this way, it can turn your life sweet. No Andra, just like this makes you even more hurt. You're gonna get late in your grief, you're gonna make Aunt Mirna sad. Hadn't you let her down all this time, you've made her cry so many times. Is that not enough Andra, do you still want to make her cry again!" ella said in a slightly high voice. His tears had started to drip, he could no longer contain them.

Seeing Ella cry, Andra became misbehaved. What's he supposed to do? Removing her tears, but Kairi was there, Andra did not want Kairi to misunderstand later. To let it go, he also did not. The tears continued to flow, and soaked both of her cheeks.

"El don't cry, I just need time to myself, you don't cry" Andra said as she scratched her non-itchy head.

You're always looking for an escape whenever there's a problem, you know it just shows that you're a coward. If you still think of me as a friend, go home and live your life as you always have. Trouble won't go away, if you never face it. You understand that Andra!" ella shouted while looking at Andra.

"You don't understand what I'm dealing with El, this reality is too bitter for me. I just need some time to calm down. I must have gone home, but not now" Andra said as she returned Ella's gaze.

"The bittersweetness of your life, it's still the sweetness of Ndra. You still have enough money, you think, a lot of people out there are starving, and don't have the money to buy a bite of rice. Do you think their lives are so much sweeter than yours, yes!" scream Ella.

"Enough El! Why do you always carry around treasure whenever we talk about matters." Andra said in a slightly high voice.

"Because that is your advantage. Everyone has flaws, and the advantages of each Ndra. Everyone has their own difficulties. You always think that your life is the hardest, and the least. Though not Ndra, there are still many others whose lives are not as lucky as you. So please stop thinking that your life is the hardest. If your thinking stays that way, forever you won't be able to get out of the open. Improve yourself, learn to control your emotions, learn to be a better person. Aunt Mirna loves you so much, do you want to make her drown in guilt. That's how you are Andra!" ella said quickly.

"But El.." answered Andra.

"Go home, and live your life as usual!" ella said firmly.

"I must have gone home, but not now El" Andra said.

"Close to you, but if you don't come home right now, don't ever think of me as your best friend. Whatever happens to you I won't care anymore, I'll assume that we never knew each other!" snarled Ella while turning her body.

"But El.." said Andra.

"Go home Andra, Aunt Mirna is waiting for you" Ella said in a soft voice, stepping away from Andra.

"Remove your tears, I don't like seeing them!" andra said with a loud voice.

Ella ignored him, she continued to step all the way to the doorway.

"Come Kai!" take Ella to Kairi who is still standing there.

"Yes. I go first Ndra" Kairi said as she looked at Andra. Then he passed away following Ella's steps.

Andra stared at Ella's departure, and Kairi with a sad look. The woman he loved, who had always been there for him, would soon become his sister-in-law. Andra rubbed her face violently, then she stepped her feet towards the bathroom.

Meanwhile, Ella and Kairi, they were already sitting next to each other in the car. Kairi looked at Ella who was wiping her tears with a tissue.

"You're crying for Andra Gabriella. I'm reminded of your past, you've loved her for a long time. As for me, I am just a man who has not been present in your life for long. Is it true that I can replace Andra's position in your heart." Kairi's mind while turning on her car engine.

Slowly Kairi started driving her car, left the apartment yard, and started walking down a fairly crowded street. There was no conversation on this journey, they were silent, only occasionally looking at each other with a smile.

And not long after, Kairi stopped her car in front of Ella's house.

"It was night, I went straight home huh" Kairi said as she looked at Ella.

"Yes, thank you Kai" Ella said with a smile.

Kairi nodded while returning Ella's smile. Although he actually did not understand thanks for what Ella meant. For his dinner? To drive him home? Or for his meeting with Andra?

"Hurry to sleep, may you have a good dream" Kairi said as she hugged Ella, and kissed her forehead.

"You too, be careful on the road, when you get home don't forget to send me a message" Ella said, staring at Kairi, and rubbing her jaw.

"Yes, I love you Gabriella" Kairi said, rubbing Ella's cheek.

"I love you too Kairi." replied Ella.

Then Ella got out of the car, and stepped into her house. Kairi looked at him with a bitter smile, the feeling of restlessness and uneasiness re-emerged in her heart.

"I don't want any of them to get hurt, if Gabriella still has feelings for Andra, that's not the name they love each other. I'm happy, if they both can be happy" Kairi said as she drove off.

Meanwhile, Ella was sitting pensively by the bed. The shadow about Andra again flashed in his memory. For the first time Ella sees Andra smoking, plus her very chaotic appearance. Ahh that shadow really bothered his mind.

"I'm sorry Ndra, maybe my decision hurt you too. But how else, I've given you a chance for so long, but you never understand. Now that I love Kairi, I love her so much, I don't want to be separated from her. I hope you can understand yes Ndra, our destiny is only a friend, as you said before. Forever we will be friends." said Ella alone.

Then he laid his body on the bed, and began to close his eyes.

Sunlight began to gush beautifully sweeping through the city. Kairi, who had just woken up from her sleep, stepped near the window, and pulled out her curtain. The morning wind began to blow on him, leaving a sensation of coldness on his face that was still tangled. Kairi yawned while stretching out her arms, stretching out her muscles that still felt stiff.

Kairi glanced at the clockwork hanging on the wall, still at 06:00. There was still plenty of time before he went to the office. Kairi rubbed her eyes, while stepping towards the bathroom.

Soon after Kairi came out of the bathroom, her face looking fresher, with a water droplet dripping from the end of her hair. And he quickly wrapped his body in a formal suit, then he combed his hair, and sprayed perfume on his body.

After feeling enough, Kairi stepped towards the door of her room. And how surprised he was, as his eyes looked at Andra who had just come out of his room. Since when did he come home?

"For Kai." said Andra with a smile.

Kairi looked at Andra from the tip of the foot to the end of the head, Andra was already complete with her formal attire, it seemed like she was also preparing to go to the office.

"Morning." replied Kairi with a smile of her feet.

"Let's get off!" take Andra with her feet.

"When are you coming home?" kairi asked as she walked behind Andra.

"Last night, but it's late enough, you've been sleeping." replied Andra.

"Oh."

"Once my mom and I told you to go home, but you didn't mind it. And once Gabriella told you to come home, you immediately complied. Apparently as important as it is Gabriella's role in your life Ndra." Kairi's inner self in her heart.

Andra and Kairi walked towards the dining table. Both of his parents were already waiting there, they greeted Andra and Kairi with a big smile. Looks like a harmonious family, ahh if only from the first relationship like this. Surely Andra and Kairi do not need to feel the hurt, they will feel a happy childhood.

"Yes Ma." replied Andra and Kairi simultaneously.

"Your business in London how's Kai?" ask Mr. Louis.

"So far it's still smooth Pa." replied Kairi with a smile.

"You're amazing, being able to have your own business. Teach me sometime, that I may also be great like you." Andra said while patting Kairi on the shoulder.

Kairi smiled blandly, looking at the cheerful Andra. Just a few sentences out of Ella's mouth, Andra instantly regained her life spirit. That woman could be a good influence for Andra.

"You're great too" Kairi said briefly.

"You're so great, you can make Gabriella fall in love for a long time, even though you're just relying on your bad nature." Kairi's mind while bribing her food.

"Kai, what's wrong with you?" andra asked as she looked at Kairi who was daydreaming.

"It's okay" Kairi replied.

"You all right, Kai?" ask Miss Mirna.

"I'm fine Ma." replied Kairi while trying to smile.

The hour hand showed at 12:00 p.m. But Kairi has not left his job, he is still struggling with some files that accumulate on his desk. Kairi works in Bu Mirna's room, while Andra works in her own room.

While Kairi is still focused on her work, suddenly the door of the room opens, it turns out that Andra is coming.

"It's time for Kai's lunch, why are you still working. I called you from earlier, but you didn't mind at all." Andra grumbled as he stepped closer to Kairi.

"Tanggung Ndra, stay a little" Kairi replied while looking at her glance.

"Eat first Kai, I've ordered food for you, it's in my room now. Let's eat!" take Andra while looking at Kairi.

"You're so chatty" Kairi said as she moved from her seat.

Then he followed Andra's steps leading to his room.

"My work is almost done, so I can help you later. What matters is that you eat first, and forget for a moment about work" Andra said as she opened the door.

Kairi did not reply, she just nodded while staring at each inch of the room which was dominated by light blue, in contrast to the other room which was dominant in white. Either this is just a coincidence, or it has something to do with Ella. Whatever it is, who must be staring at this blue color, makes Kairi's heart restless again. Coupled with Andra who looks very cheerful, ahh he feels like he is in a dilemma.

The day is getting darker, the hour hand has shown at 06:30 p.m. Kairi was walking down the stairs. Wrapped in trousers, and a dark blue shirt, Kairi looks very handsome.

"You've got Kai tidy, where are you going?" asked Andra who was watching tv with Ms Mirna in the living room.

"I want to accompany Gabriella, her friend is married. Were you not invited?" Kairi asked back.

"No." answered Andra.

"Gabriella's friend isn't she your friend, why aren't you invited?" ask Kairi.

"I'm not very familiar with him." replied Andra with origin.

"I was invited, but I didn't want to come. Time yes went to the wedding of the former without bringing a partner, so the laughingstock I Kai." Andra's inner in his heart.

"Oh so. Ma I go first huh." Kairi said as she looked at Bu Mirna.

"Yes be careful Kai. Say hi to Ella." said Miss Mirna.

Then Kairi walks out of her house, and rushes towards Ella's house.

A few minutes later, Kairi arrived at Ella's house. After talking for a while, and asking permission from Ms. Halimah, they went to Nathan's house.

After almost an hour of travel, they finally reached their destination. Kairi took Ella by the hand, and they stepped together towards the place of the bride.

Many eyes were looking at them with astonished gazes, Kairi's beauty and good looks really stole the show. Many praised their compatibility, but also many were envious, and wanted to be in their position.

They continued to step up to meet Nathan, and Vani was talking to the other guests. But not yet there, Kairi meets his old friend, and he stops to greet him.

"Oh, I'll go there first" Ella said, pointing to Nathan and Vani.

"Dear on, I'll catch up." replied Kairi.

"Don't take it long" Ella said as she continued to approach Nathan and Vani.

"Nathan, Vani, good luck with being a happy family, I'm happy with your marriage" Ella said, greeting Nathan and Vani.

"Thank you El, I'm glad you came" Nathan said with a smile. Now Nathan has been acting ordinary, unlike before, who is always nervous when he is close to Ella.

"Thank you, Ella, I'm glad Ella came to my show" Vani said.

"Together, I'm also glad that you guys would invite me" Ella replied.

"Mad Ella is alone?" vani asked while looking at Ella.

"No, I'm with my girlfriend. He's still greeting his old friend, he'll be here soon." replied Ella.

"Oh that way, I used to think Ella would end up with Andra. Remember your very close and familiar relationship. Although only friends, but Ma'am Ella and Andra look very harmonious, and romantic. Even couples who are really dating just lose their romance" Vani said with a smile.

"We're just Van's best friend, nothing more" Ella answered briefly. He felt uncomfortable with Vani's words, considering Andra's feelings had now begun to change.

And not only Ella who felt uncomfortable, but also Kairi. He who was standing behind Ella, turned his face when he heard Vani's words. Close, familiar, harmonious, romantic. Is that how their relationship used to be?
