Wulan In Night Wound

Wulan In Night Wound
Chapter 86 Return of Mother

Ms. Retno was staring doubtfully at the house she had left for nearly eleven years. The house that used to be paint has been peeling here and there, has been repainted and becomes two floors.

There was a sports car parked in front of the fence, and a car was also parked in the yard.

Whose car? Who has renovated the house? Various questions swirled in the mind of Ms. Retno.

When opening the gate that has never been padlocked at noon, from inside the house looks a man running staggered. Miss Retno recognized the man. Denis.

Ms. Retno had opened the gate and Deni had walked out of the living room door, then slammed the door shut. Bu Retno could see Deni's battered face and was busy cursing.

"Den!" hello Ma'am Retno.

But Deni did not budge, just hit the shoulders of Bu Retno. Just walk away, without the slightest apology.

"Based on a man who doesn't know manners" murmured Miss Retno.

After Deni's car was not seen, Miss Retno entered the house. Thinking that it was her home, Ms. Retno breezed through the living room and intended to go into her former room.

As she was about to pass through her daughter's room, Ms Retno heard sobs from her daughter and gentle whispers from men. When he was about to say hello to Wulan, his daughter began to tell the story more than ten years ago. A story Wulan never told, even to her real mother.

The story flows like something that just happened last night. So clear and detailed. It turned out that all this time the fateful incident was firmly imprinted in the mind of his daughter. Ms. Retno was crying because of such great guilt. He was once blinded by the desire to become a member of the Wiratmaja family. Thinking that his suffering will disappear by becoming a besan from a prominent family in Karang Gayam Village.

After telling the story Wulan started crying. Though during the story was not heard at all the crying sound of his daughter. Apparently Wulan had felt that she had been carrying a burden that had been squeezing.

Because it is too much to live the story told by Wulan, Miss Retno to be unaware of the arrival of others.

"You who?" Bu Nimas asked a woman who was crying and leaning against the wall.

"Who are you? And who is this boy?" The woman asked back.

The sound from outside made Mas Adit and me. Mas Adit immediately exited the room and closed the door. Give me time to get dressed and calm down.

"Lho, Adit boy?" Ask Bu Nimas suspiciously.

"Why is Adam from Mom's room?" Ask Sky, also in a suspicious tone.

"It's hard to explain" Adit murmured while scratching his non-itchy nape.

"Who is this mother?" Ask Adit to the foreign mothers who are among them.

"I..." Not yet had the woman answer, Wulan's stifled cry was heard shortly after the door of her room opened.

"Momuuu!!" Wulan then hugged Miss Retno. After ten years, my mother suddenly came home.

Although I was not very close to my mother, I still loved her. Regardless of any past mistakes, the fact that it was the young man who gave birth to me at the stake of his life cannot be forgiven.

After taking off the longs by hugging each other for some time, Bune led us to sit at the dinner table.

"Le, can we adults have a chat for a second? Her snacks can be carried" Bune's pinta gently on the Sky

The sky nodded and brought the few snacks he had bought with Bune to his room upstairs.

Bune prepared a few glasses of warm tea. Me, Mas Adit, and Mom waited for Bune in silence.

The four of us remained silent. Uncommanded, the four of us compactly sipped on a warm tea, then looked at each other. Smiling amusedly, feeling equally ridiculous.

"What's up...?" me, Bune and Mom were talking together.

"We should get acquainted first, Nduk" said Bune diplomatically.

Finally Bune, Mother, and Mas Adit met each other. Mom thanked Bune for raising me to be a child.

"Oh my goodness, that boy was my grandson? Oh my God, it's that big!" I'm full of days when I find out that Sky is her grandson.

"Remember, ma'am" Bune replied as he patted my mother's arm gently.

"Mom, why hasn't there been any news?" my many.

"Before, I'm sorry I couldn't tell you when I got to Taiwan. That's because as soon as Mom got to the dealer confiscated all our hp, passports, and visas. They were quibbling so we could focus on work" Mom started telling her story during her time as TKW.

"But it turns out that's just their excuse. From the airport Mother and colleagues were taken by car to the port, and from there the dealer team said that we would be taken to Beika* island*. That's where we'll work later"

" Up there, we were employed as canned fish processors. Many of the ones used are already in bad shape. A few days there, I realized that there we were victims of human trafficking. We were done very improperly. We don't get paid, and only get to eat twice per day"

"When production targets are not met, they will not hesitate to reduce our rations of workers. Not infrequently physical torture will be experienced by those of us who do not want to obey or try to escape" Mother told her experience while occasionally shedding tears.

"Finally after ten years more human trafficking practices were revealed. Authorities raided and arrested the cannery's top officials. We the TKI and TKW were deported to our home countries"

"I'm sorry, son. I shouldn't have done that before, forcing you to marry Deni. Not supporting your efforts to send them to jail. While at Beika, I really reflected on what Mom did to you. Maybe what happened to you was the fruit of your own actions. I received karma for your sins" said Mother full of regrets and tears.

I hugged Mom. I forgave her long before Mom apologized now. After a while of hugging each other, Mom let go of our embrace.

"Bu Nimas, I thank you very much. But it feels like any kind of thank you will not be enough for your services during these ten years for my son. I also feel ashamed of Ms. Nimas" Mother said as she stared inside Bune.

"Remember, Ma'am, Inggih. Everything that happens is the destiny of the Almighty. As long as we sincerely live out His destiny and do not break in prayer, God will always send His reinforcements in a form that we do not expect" Bune replied with gentleness.

"Mom saw Deni coming out of this house. And why the corner of your lip is bleeding. Your cheeks are also flushed?" ask Mother.

Mas Adit and I told the chronology of what happened to me earlier.

"I was going to invite Wulan family to Surabaya when Deni tried to do his depraved action. Lucky I came on time" said Mas Adit growled.

"Basar Deni is insolent! He hasn't changed a bit!" maki my mom's upset.

Mom opened and grabbed her bag. He was taken out of a notebook as big as a notebook, and he handed me a folded piece of paper.

"I'm sorry Mom again. The result of your visa used to be that I didn't burn it. Mom saves it and takes it to Beika. I've always kept the results of this visa as long as I'm there. I also don't understand the reason behind this action. But maybe it's time. Report Deni! Maybe your case can continue. Also include the events that have just happened to you. Deni and his friends must feel the punishment!" my mom said steady.

I cried haru. Can my case continue? I honestly still hope they can all get the punishment they deserve for what they did to me.

Accompanied by Mas Adit I did a visa to prove the attempted rape and violence Deni committed against me. From the hospital, Mas Adit and I went straight to Polsek.

(Backsong : Naomi Scott~Speechless)

And this is where Wulan is now. At the same police station ten years ago, Wulan had reported a rape case. In the past, the irradiance he got. Will the same injustice be repeated?
