Chapter 2 Dating Plans

The final lesson bell rang, I hurried to pack my things. I don't want to make Lisa wait too long. Every time I go home and go to school, I'm always on Lisa's bike because we're in the same direction. Although unidirectional, but Lisa's house is closer to school. So Lisa just hugged me to the front of her alley, and then I waved my way to the house about 250 meters away.

Lisa's waiting for me in front of her classroom. While grabbing my arm Lisa invited me home immediately, "Yuk went straight home, Lan. This rumbling! It was not breakfast, lunch was just a part of a doughnut. Because my molen bananas are treated to your guy!" Lisa grunts remembering during the break earlier.

"Hahaha, really sincere. I went to Ryo's class. There's a 5-minute wait" I said as I removed Lisa's arm, then ran to my class.

"Five minutes, Lan!" Lisa yelled at me who passed by leaving her.

Arriving in front of Ryo's class, my lover was walking out of class. I smiled to welcome him. Ryo took my hand to hold her.We used to go to the parking lot together because Ryo never drove me home. Ryo's house and mine are opposite directions. Only on Saturday Ryo would drive me home, because that day was our date schedule.

While walking to the parking area we talked about the date plan tomorrow.

"Tomorrow where?" ask Ryo to me.

"Hmm, where are you. Watch it," I replied to him.

"Okay, watch me pay. You pay for the food, right? Hehehe" Ryo agreed to my invitation.

"Ready, Boss!" candaku.

"Waiting for Lisa!" point Ryo at the school gate.

"Ish, why did Lisa have to talk to the four men. I don't like the way they look at me." I complained of being annoyed at seeing Lisa talking to "Genk Kece", which is how the four men named their group.

"Go home. No need to serve them. They're jerks, "Ryo doesn't like his classmates either. According to Ryo they are just cool-ass men who rob their parents of wealth and office.

"I'm yank first," I said to Ryo.

Ryo nodded and let go of my hand. "Be careful, yeah. Tell Lisa not to speed with her motorbike" said Ryo advising.

I waved at Ryo who entered the parking lot to pick up his motorbike. Then I reluctantly headed for Lisa who was waiting for me. As much as possible I avoid interaction with Genk Keke. The way they looked at me like a starving cat looking at a fish, made me uncomfortable. Especially in Deni Wiratmaja, the head of the genk. Deni is handsome, his father is rich because the only business owner in Karang Gayam village. Realizing his good looks and wealth made Deni a proud figure.

"Yuk directly, Lis", take me to Lisa who sits on her motorcycle seat without talking stale with the four of them.

"I'm anther huh, Lan" Deni said in response to my call to Lisa.

"Yes up, hunt!" said Lisa immediately start her bike, realizing my reluctance.

On the way I denounced Lisa who was busy talking to attract the attention of Tama. "What happened to Lis, was waiting in front of those kids? Mana ngeliatin Tama sampe glared at it again."

"Duh Wulan, you know I've been with that tall guy" Lisa replied.

"It's a good thing that you are the same Tama, not Ryo. They are both very tall." I wondered for myself, shuddering at the thought that he would be fighting over a man with his best friend. Not funny! my thinking.

"Why don't you like Tama? I think he's really fun" Lisa asked me.

"I don't like Tama, Lis. I just don't like her company mate, that jerk Deni. Sorry sorry Lis, anyways Tama also like you. I don't like people who don't like my best friend" I explained at length.

Huufts. Lisa gave a rough sigh. "Yes, Lan. But I'll keep trying to get Tama's attention." she said sadly.

I can't say anything more. Like I said to Deni earlier, matters of the heart cannot be forced. Lisa has been fond of Tama for a long time, but unfortunately not so with Tama. Tama's tall man was almost as tall as Ryo, semi-box-faced, pointed nose, thick eyebrows and mouth, brownish skin. And like most men, the reason Tama doesn't look at Lisa is because Lisa is "average". I know the reason Tama didn't welcome Lisa is because I often caught her staring at me. Had Deni not blatantly said she wanted to make me her lover, maybe Tama would have expressed her love for me.

The rest of the trip was spent in silence. After twenty minutes of travel, we reached the front of the alley that led to Lisa's house. Lisa stopped the bike to get me down.

"Thank you Lisa, love the ride. Tomorrow don't be late, I'll wait here as usual". I'm warning Lisa who is often late.

"Ready boss! I go first." said Lisa, then drove her motorbike into the alley that went to her house.
