Meanwhile, Steve goes to the room of Doctor Luke who incidentally is his old acquaintance. Actually, Steve just wanted to say hello to the guy. But, his steps came to a halt when he saw another doctor in Doctor Luke's room. Steve decided to wait in front of the slightly open door while listening to their conversation.

"What are you talking about, Sam?" ask Dr. Luke who is leaning on his chair.

"Do you know anything about Alden's real parents?"

"You already know about Mira. Why are you asking again?" it seems that this time Doctor Luke was overwhelmed to the point of looking nervous in front of Sam.

"Suster said there was a person whose blood type matched Alden's." "Do you know anything about Alden's real father?"

Doctor Luke was silent. He can fool everyone, but not Samuel Sebastian.

"Don't you care about Alden? Why are you so curious about him?" doctor Lukas said intimidatingly. He must make no mistake again by spreading a secret that Sam should never have known.

Steve sat in the patient's seat, while Lukas sat back in his chair after locking the door.

"You heard all that?" asked Luke with a concerned look.

"Yes, that sounds so obvious." Steve said with a voice.

"Do you want to hear a fuller story?"

Steve did not answer.

Luke took a deep breath. Steve was shocked by his conversation with Sam. Luke knew this only after 10 years. He accidentally finds a letter in his wife's drawer that is an obstetrician. The letter was written by Mira and no one knew.

"Is Alden Mira's son?" this time Steve took the initiative to open the conversation after a moment of silence.

"Yes. Alden is Mira's son. He left a letter for my wife before he left the hospital." "We don't know where Mira went to take Alden. A few years later, I met her who was sick. She's been a waitress in Sebastian's family."

"Good, Luke! Why did this happen?" "Why didn't you tell me?" Steve rubbed his face violently.

"I didn't think Alden was either.." Luke stopped his words because he was unable to continue. "It's Steve, I'm not talking because you have a harmonious family. You have such a nice wife and so does Zoe."

"You mean, Mom Zoe's dead?" Lukas. "I'm so sad to hear that."

"It's been a long time."

"Then, what are you going to do now?" ask Luke who is curious about Steve's next action after knowing all this.

"Eitherway. She hated her father so much and didn't want to see him." Steve wiped the tears dripping out of the corner of his eyes with the back of his hand.

"Steve.Think carefully. Don't let you regret it a second time." Luke patted Steve on the shoulder as a sign of his solidarity.

"I'll see my son first." Steve got up from his chair. He's got to get back to Alden's room.

"Alden's.." Steve went inside without knocking on the door first. Alden only looked because Valen was asleep hugging him.

Alden could neither move nor speak loudly.

"Sorry, I'm just looking for Zoe." Said Steve lirih.

"He's home, sir."

Steve nodded. He looked at Alden intensely. After being noticed, Steve only realized that Alden was very similar to Mira, especially his eyes.

"Is there anything you need again, sir?" asked Alden who was confused because Steve was daydreaming while looking at him.

"No. You just rest. Get well soon, Den." Steve tried to smile at Alden.

"Thank you Mister. Tomorrow I'll leave."

"You're taking a week off. I won't cut your salary."

"I'll be bored if you stay here long, sir."

"Yes, come in when you're healthy. I'm waiting for you, son." Steve's voice rang out. He immediately turned around and left Alden before his tears fell back.

"Son?" Alden repeated Steve's last words. That sounds really weird.

"Dear, why?" Valen opened his eyes because he heard the voices of people around him.

"It's okay.. I'm just thinking." "You'll sleep again." Alden rubbed Valen's back so the woman could go back to sleep.
