It has become a habit in Masjid Al Hikmah Musi (AHM) 19, after finishing performing the congregational Fajr Prayer on Friday week 2, holding a complete meeting of the mosque administrators.

AHM 19 Mosque is the 19th mosque built by Musi Corporation, this mosque is on the 10th floor of Musi Jakarta Apartment Complex 5.

In the management of the 19th AHM Mosque, Ustadz Hanafi was trusted as treasurer, while the chairman of the Mosque was held by Haji Syamsuddin, who was also a senior staff in the transport division of Musi Corporation.

In addition to Ustadz Hanafi, the meeting of mosque administrators was also attended by Ustadzah Halimah who served as coordinator of Muslim activities.

Ustadz Halimah was no longer accompanied by her mother. The mother after the event at the Amal Musi Corporation Foundation, stayed at the residence of her relatives in Jakarta.

One of the topics of discussion is the evaluation of tabliq akbar which was just held on Sunday, February 4, 2046.

Although in the tabliq akbar event, Ustadz Hanafi was not present because he was still on the island of Natuna, but he was actively involved in planning his activities.

In the board meeting, one of the meeting participants proposed that activities that coincided with tabliq akbar, the cheap market and free treatment, be transferred during its implementation.

The manager reasoned, so that pilgrims can focus more on listening to the scholars who were invited to convey tausiyah.

But other administrators, rejected this proposal. With the reason, cheap market activities and free treatment, one of the goals is to attract the public to come at tabliq akbar event.

"We think these two opinions, there is a point" said Haji Syamsuddin trying to mediate.

"On the one hand, we hope that the pilgrims can focus more on listening to the lecture, but on the other hand we also hope that the tabliq akbar event is attended by many Muslims" said Haji Syamsuddin again.

Then Haji Shamsuddin was silent for a while, he saw him discussing with Ustadz Hanafi who was sitting next to him.

"So from Ustadz Hanafi gave a solution, to be rearranged in the time of his activities" said Haji Syamsuddin after speaking with Ustadz Hanafi.

"So the morning before 08.00, is a registration session for participants of free treatment and the distribution of discount coupons for the cheap market" said Haji Syamsuddin continued.

"While between 08.00 to 10.00, it is a tabliq akbar event. Those present are encouraged to focus on listening to the lecture" said Haji Syamsuddin.

"It was only after 10:00, the cheap market activities and free medical treatment were reopened after hearing tausiyah" said Haji Syamsuddin.

It seems that the solution presented by Haji Syamsuddin is quite satisfactory for both parties who have different opinions. Both are seen nodding in agreement.

Another topic was to discuss the invitation of the ministry of religion to hold a joint bazaar event in the monas field.

To fulfill the invitation, the mosque management assigned Ustadzah Halimah in coordination with the Musi Corporation Charitable Foundation.

This assignment is certainly not without reason, the mosque management sees Ustadzah Halimah has personal closeness with the Foundation. Especially after he was considered as one of the company's rescue staff.

On Friday, in addition to holding a Friday, AHM 19 Mosque in collaboration with the Musi Corporation Charitable Foundation distributed thousands of packaged rice packages to the people of Dhaufa.

This activity began at around 07:00 in the open courtyard of the Musi Jakarta 5 apartment complex, namely with the establishment of tents for public kitchens.

At around 10:00, the rice package was ready to be distributed, some were distributed through the foundation car, and some were distributed to the people who came.

This rice wrap distribution activity, supported by volunteers from the community around the mosque and only ended before reverberating adzan prayer Friday.

There are some people who eat on the spot, after taking a pack of rice. For them, the committee prepared a special room to eat food.

Usually these are adult men. And after consuming food, they participated in performing Friday prayers at the 19th AHM Mosque.

In emergencies, such as natural disasters, mosques have a social role as a refuge for residents.
